Personality: Out of costume he is your typical playboy billionaire. In the suit, he is a ruthless, killing machine.
History: Anthony was born into the wealthy Osborne family. His dad was a weapons mongol, who died while Anthony was very young. This scarred Anthony mentally, who was already a natural psychopath. As he grew up, family pets just.... disappeared... It wasn't until he was 18, however, that he committed his first murder.

He used his genius intellect to become the "Iron Goblin", a machine capable of flight (with the use of a glider), using lasers, scanning nearly anything, firing projectiles from its fingertips and causing mass hysteria. It was in the first edition of his Iron Goblin armor that he found Eric de Chagny, and took him under his wing. Anthony helped Eric truly become the Phantom, and then used him for his own nefarious purposes. Unfortunately, he lost Eric's trust the second time he defected to the United Vigilantes. The two are now bitter rivals.
Powers (Out of 30, +5 if you played in the first game): Intelligence, and I don't feel like listing all that the armor's can do... Basically think Iron Man armor with Pumpkin Bombs... And each new armor will have a 'special ability' that I will post here first.
Drawbacks(This is to be used to bring to down to 30): He cannot use anything but his intelligence when not in his Iron Goblin armor.
Can your character be killed?: Yes
Other: Again, he is a psychopath that can easily function in society.

Zeraliel can freeze time and punch you in the face, smashing open your head. Or just kill you from a distance. Well, it can do those if you aren't technically alive or killable.

I'm planning for Zeraliel to stop being so angsty and decide to fight. Over time, of course. This had better go on for a while. Anyway, I'm hoping that Zeraliel can do some fighting (but not much), start wavering as to whether or not it failed, and have someone deliver an inspiring speech that revitalizes it. Maybe Shade?
