Mostly, yes. I see death penalty as an easy way out. Plus there is always chance that the convicted could be innocent, no matter how small.

I seriously disagree., Forgoing debate just to have people midlessly vote derp or dorp is exactly what I dislike about the democratic process.

But it's what we have so I advocate it be raised to a higher standard when I can.
