Construction of the city will begin in 1 month, and completion of the city will be in 3 years.

Tshwane, South Africa
President Paul Maldane looked out onto the sprawling metropolis that had become of Tshwane, a city that, in the past decade, had undergone many more changes than just the name. The city had once been known as Pretoria until 2014, but it was then that South Africa entered what some are calling it's first "Golden Age". The city had a population of over 2,000,000 in 2023, and the Commercial District was currently being revitalized in the form of new skyscrapers being constructed out of marvellous glass and steel. This showed as a testament to the future of the nation, that, under the correct leadership, would bring peace to Southern Africa as a whole. In 2019, Lesotho practically begged to join South Africa, as the current status of the country was a complete disaster and illegal immigration hit an all-time high. It was done quickly, and Lesotho was quickly absorbed into the South African Republic. Billions of rands had been spent in the process, and it was predicted that in the next four years profits from Lesotho's raw materials would almost double the original investment. That money would be used to improve Lesotho infrastructure, schools, hospitals, public services, etc. Those investments were just beginning to pay off, and Lesotho already almost up-to-par with the rest of South Africa. He could see the signs in the distance, advertising the investment of Lesothian mines and what-not. A similar process would be done on a much larger scale to Namibia, who had recently voted in favour of joining the South African Republic, and Botswana, who had almost diplomatically forced into joining. Botswana was forced into joining the republic due to the fact that South African cities needed more food to sustain the booming population, and Botswana had an ideal situation. Zimbabwe would soon follow along with hopefully Swaziland. But a different situation had concluded between Mozambique and Madagascar, the two nations had been at war for the past seven years, fighting over a single sunken cruiser near Maputo. The Madagascar armies had advanced fairly easily throughout northern Mozambique, and near the end of the eighth year of fighting, Mozambique was lost at all hands, or so they thought.

The South African military had sent a "peacekeeping" force into Maputo, the final point of resistance against the Madagascar Army, and in return, Mozambique swore it would join the South African Republic when the war was over. The remaining Mozambique Army numbered around 18,000. The invading force of Madagascans numbered close to 42,000. The peacekeeping force sent in by South Africa? Closer to 85,000. Meanwhile, a "diplomatic" force was sent into Mahajanga, the port guarding the mouth of the river which led to the capital of Madagascar. A squadron of battleships and frigates were assembled and launched. This had been met with all of the Madagascan Navy, and as a result submarines were sent from South Africa to launch cruise missiles at the enemy boats, while areal support was brought in from the Maputo force. The "diplomatic" force was all lost except for two frigates, but the Madagascan Navy had either been complete eliminated or had fled to the other side of the island. Now, the militarises of Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa began an invasion of Madagascar.

The Battle of the Betsiboka
Following this, numerous amphibious frigates made their way towards Mahajanga virtually unopposed, but when a resistance force was met on the river that could force any man to think twice before advancing. Fire from the banks of the river cut a pretty large hole in the invading navy, but the advanced air force of South Africa was too much to contain. Fighter Jets marked SAR on the side rained hell on the guerilla fighters in the forests, and the amphibious carriers, now clear to fire, forced their way through the lines. They were followed by lines of troop and vehicle deployment carriers, Ground forces from Mahajanga, a city already wholly won by the SAR, advanced into the swamps, burning napalm to clear areas for movement. The battle turned into an overrun, and the SAR Navy fought it's way into the clearing in front of Antananarivo, and it was there that the war would more or less be decided.

The Battle of Antananarivo
The soldiers came in from boat, helicopter, in during the latter stages of the battle, land. Madagascar decided this would be where they made their stand, nevertheless, the troops of Madagascar were already worn from the long engagements with Mozambique, and the total reinforcements numbered a little less than seventy-thousand armed soldiers stood guard at the capital, back up by helicopter gunships, and even a few tanks. On the other side, SAR troops numbered a little less the 50,000, but they had an entire tank division along with air support and artillery fire from the banks. The sounds of war echoed on the outskirts of the city, and after a shelling of the city lasting almost four hours, they advanced, it soon became a house-to-house fight, the South Africans pounding their way to the capital. Oddly enough, some citizens against the regime in Madagascar joined the fight against their own country, throwing what they could at the public buildings. A tank charged up the market streets in the Central District, and soon the palace was in sight. Massive charges from both sides would end with the combustion of entire neighbourhoods, and for a moment, the Madagascans looked as if they might have the upper hand, but it was then that a massive air strike, coming in from two sides simultaneously, carpet bombed the entire Central District, levelling a large portion of South African troops, but an even larger number of Madagascan troops. The citizens themselves stormed the capital, and the battle was won. In the following years, the South African Republic incorporated a provisional government of Madagascar into the Republic, while Mozambique was restored to it's former state. However, the military of the South African Republic was badly damaged, and it would take years to recover, none the less, the South African Republic now included most of South Africa.

Nigeria was still a mosquito on the great plains of the world compared to the great powers of the world. Despite this Nigeria was still strong in the western African region with one of Africa's strongest economies and militaries. Nigeria needed an economic partner or an ally that could support Nigeria in case war did break out with Nigeria's neighbor's but for now Nigeria would lay low and build up for if Nigeria was to rise and become a major power she needed to lay low. Mogadishu had risen like a phoenix from the ashes after decades of war and violence. The beautiful architecture of the old quarter had been restored and the city's infrastructure rebuilt. 'Never again' was the mantra of the city's inhabitants, who had fueled the Renaissance the city was experiencing. In some ways, the war had been a blessing in disguise as it had forced millions of Somalis to emigrate to other countries, building a large diaspora. This meant that once the war had ended, millions of Somalis came back with the right skills and mindset to rebuild their nation and accelerate its development in a way unprecedented in Africa. The new Somali government was strong and the economy had seen record growth rates in the past few years. Somalis' natural sense of entrepreneurship had resulted in the creation of thousands of new jobs. This coupled with the exploitation of plentiful natural resources, such as oil, natural gas, gemstones and minerals under SNRC (Somali Natural Resources Corporation) had resulted in a dramatic increase in the country's wealth.

President Ahmed knew that strong diplomacy would be needed to protect Somali interests in the uncertain Cold War that was going on between Europe, America and Russia. Somali diplomats were still yet to draw up a comprehensive foreign policy and so to avoid tensions by establishing relations with rivals, President Ahmed ordered the Foreign Ministry to establish relations with nations seen to be neutral, such as Japan and South Africa.

President Ahmed pens a reply stating he hoped these newly established ties would be the start of a prosperous relationship. President Ahmed orders the two newly appointed ambassadors to South Korea and Nigeria to travel to Abuja and Seoul to meet with the leaders of the respective countries and establish formal diplomatic ties. On the top of President Ahmed's foreign policy agenda was trade and military deals and he was aiming to sign a oil deal with South Korea, whereby Somalia would supply 60% of South Korea's annual oil demand.

Koell ran the PMC and underground cover-up criminal group Blackwatch. He was the head of it. His title being Chairman. In reality he had no other chair members he had to share his power to. Blackwatch had started a PMC group. But in 2015 Jasper would commit the coup of the PMC Corporation, which would become his own criminal and military empire among North American, European, Middle Eastern, and one Asian country. Now Koell was exactly 35 years old, but he was no less the optimistic scheming mastermind he had been in 2015. In fact, if anything he was more. He had factories that had been producing the corporation's own schematics of tanks, APC's, SUV's, Cars, Helicopters and Planes. They were powerful in the chemical, pharmacutical, and biochemical fields of war as well. They were ready to bring total chaos to whatever they country they saw fit, and they had the money to do so. Koell had a astounding 59 Billion dollars from two rich billionaires he had "Deposited" the money from. One was now dead. His name was Arnold Colby. He had originally willingly funded the organization in 2012, but then Koell had forced him to donate all of his money when he came to lead the organization. Colby's money had gone to fund the design and mass production of the organization's signature cars, SUV's, and military transports, and aircraft. Plus they had a masterful small but elite naval fleet, and several gigantic warehouses, most underground which held millions upon millions of explosives, their own M1 Assault Rifle and AR2 Rifles Mass produced, vehicles, and loads upon loads of chemical formulas and bio-chemicals that could wipe out or be used in at least thousands of terrorist plots.
Now they had another billionaire, Daniel Swanson, forced against his will and who had donated every penny to Koell, and was now sitting in a lovely prison cell in an underground Ukrainian Blackwatch vault. Colby had already been killed. Put out of his misory by Koell after he had begged to die. Koell had obliged that offer by putting a bullet in the back of his head. Koell didn't have to do much though and this is why he could relax in his Swiss Villa. He had many lower ranking generals, and administrators, Barons, and Baronesses, Politicians, Bureaucrats, and corrupted military officials that he gave the great honor of running the corporation's different branches from. The Corporation had 15 Branches for each country it had some type of work in. Koell was rarely even notified of day-to-day operations. He only was clued in and ordered the big missions that he though were necessary or the people who worked for him thought were necessary for him to know about. Koell was planning on taking a bigger initiative on his corporation though, now that the world was restless, and he needed to supervise things again.

Miami Florida, United States of America: Blackwatch Training Camp and Miami Division HQ-7 miles outside central Miami
The Miami Division HQ was one of 15 HQ's in the US, all of which belonged to a Eastern Seaboard US State. The Blackwatch US Central Office was located in Arlington Virginia, but each state had a substantial amount of jurisdiction as well. The Florida Division and Blackwatch bases there were run by a familar face to Florida and Miami in general. Chris Bosh; former NBA star, turned Blackwatch Officer, ranked up to Blackwatch Senior Commander in 2020. Bosh had given up the NBA life in 2018, when he retired at the age of 34. He had around 3 Billion dollars in his pocket. He searched around for a let-go place to chill. He found Blackwatch. Originally it had been by accident looking up the term "Blackwatch: Prototype 2" on the internet. But true to testament, Blackwatch from Prototype 2 wore the same uniforms, and had the same weapons as in real life. So when Bosh found this, he decided to join up. What-the-hell? He had thought, what could some PMC work possibly do for a 6' 11" former Miami Heat Center. He found something different. He was in the right spot for a never-ending vacuum machine eating money-making business. He began as an officer, because of his respect, then, as he became more loyal, he turned to become a senior commander and was put in charge of Florida, setting up HQ in Miami. Now he was devout to the cause as ever. He like the commanders and high ranking actually recognizable and notable people in the corporation didn't have to be brainwashed into submition, they just did it willingly.

Stefanie Zenner sat on the bench on the street corner, pretending to read a German magazine. In reality she was waiting for her ride. She too, a Blackwatch leader, but she controlled more than the Miami-affiliated Chris Bosh. She controlled the Vulkar Special Division. This Division was made up of Blackwatch Troopers and Armed German Fascists alike. They were based out of Bremen Germany. Zenner was originally Austrian but was now living in Germany and had been for the past year. Her father had been Austrian but had gone to Blackwatch after he retired from the Austrian Special Forces in 2010 when the corporation was still good. When it became under Koell's control her father stayed in the organization. But he would be killed in 2011 by a German SWAT soldier who could have spared the at the time unarmed man but killed him anyway. She would be raised by her "Family" which were mates of her father in the corporation. Her mother dying when she was only 3 years old her father had been everyhting to her. She would become one of the best undercover agents, masters of intelligence, stealth, and weapon accuracy and precision.
Her ride finally pulled up, and she entered the car. As she settled into her seat, she had to pull her dress down from going to high. It only went up to her mid thighs. Honestly, she looked like a hooker. But she wasn't anything like one. If a man came to close to her, she'd blow his head off with her 9MM Serpent standard issue Blackwatch pistol. It was able to fit inside her small handbag which could clip to her belt and doubled as a disguised holster.
As she got comfortable the man in the front passenger seat handed her a file without showing her face. This was an informant. Neither the driver nor passenger would show their face. Even though Blackwatch had very expensive tech including satellite interfaces and the best brainwashed professional spies and intelligence agents in the business they still wanted the cheap way out sometimes; hiring informants to do their work for them. After all brainwashed agents sometimes messed up. It wasn't bad to hire informants. But they were costly.
The file had pictures of a man ordering other men around with guns. They were also on a ship called the "Fair Lady".
"So who am I looking at?" Stefanie asked. "Levitri Dykar; weapons importer, Russian turncoat, and traitor to his own motherland. He deals weapons to the EDF secretly. Whether they impact the EDF's military structure or not is for you to determine but he does do weekly or even daily shipments. His ship is found down by the main port but its in a secluded location, and never checked. He has a 21 man crew, not including himself, half are armed, half are brain-dead and their only good job is piloting a ship. He'll leave again tommorow at around 6:00 AM. You've got an hour or so to nab him and the crew before he goes out partying till midnight and by then port security has things locked down tight and you won't be able to make a move. Any other questions?" The man said. Stefanie was disgusted. All this man wanted was his money which was coming to him.
Stefanie reached into her handbag and pulled out a plastic bag filled with 50,000 dollars of American money wrapped in a dense block. The man sounded pleased by the tone of his voice. The vehicle stopped right before a 4-lane intersection. Stefanie exited the vehicle and her black high heeled boots clacked against the sidewalk as she got a good ten meters from the car and then it started to drove off. Another 10 seconds later the vehicle blew up in a fiery explosion. People screamed and ran in all directions. Stefanie smiled. Inside the money had been a C4 block and enough of an explosive chemical to make a large explosion. Stefanie had activated the timer when she had taken it out of the handbag. Now the evidence of her path was dead and she knew how to piss the EDF off. Blackwatch was playing the game.

The Kalmarian Navy made an attempt at breakthrough the blockade we set up. At 0530 GMT, July 24th, (insert year here).

The Kalmarian Navy made an all out frontal assault on the 2nd Fleet's position, they came in with the bulk of their naval strength, and almost crushed the 2nd Fleet were it not for the timely intervention of the RAF and a daring flanking manouever by the RNs 4th Fleet. Now the bulk of the Kalmarian Navy lies is sinking in the North Sea and North Atlantic. They should be incapable of maintaining any sort of supply from the mainland.
