We're planning on holding presidential debate between the first two candidates. Since you're an independent, we'd like to ask if you'd be willing to be the chair.

I believed it was elimination style though; Only you and Aeken would be left.

I thought that was how we were going to do it anyway.

As far as I know that is what happens in the second round, the first and second place go head to head. We still have today and tomorrow til round two starts, we should wait til then.

I go under the name Vyvland now (IIWiki page). This account is used for the odd foray into the Senate or NSG.

Haven't there been a few votes for New Freedomstan from what seem to be puppet accounts now? Suspicious.

I wouldn't be surprised.

If that's the case, may I suggest that New Freedomstan be kicked out of the race?

Not much point, it'll take a few hundred puppets to win, an investigation is however in order.

He's losing, if he was using puppets don't you think that he'd be at least closer than 10%?

It could be an attempt to save face.

Even you must admit that all the puppets voting for one candidate is just a little bit suspicious?

If you guys are going to make the claim you're going to have to give substantial evidence :P. I'm not a puppet and I voted for him.....

I'm merely suggesting that it might be the case and that, as Finium said, an investigation is in order.

Well, in the interest of fairness, there was one person who came in and voted for Regnum Dominae that has never made any other post in any NSG Senate thread and only has 11 posts total.

Yes I know, but if proven what will happen?

True, but if this is the case (and has been proven) I suggest we kick him out of the race, to send a message that voting fraud is not tolerated.

Well, that's fine so long as they registered as a Senator and so on, but it's the ones with no posts who aren't even Senators that are suspicious really. Some people are just lurkers for the most part and there's nothing wrong with that. I even have one friend, Senator Snoringen, in the CMP with me and while he checks the threads a lot, he doesn't post much. Which reminds me, I should get his ass in here to vote for Zweite Alaje already.

Anyway, I don't really mind so much either way, as Freedomstan clearly isn't going to win this election and if he was to start using puppets to do so, it would be pretty blatant.
