It has been done so for more than one reason; all of which will be listed here within this message. Our first problem with your application is the fact that you are planning to bring uranium in your bullets. Whereas you claim that this uranium could never be used in a nuclear or chemical manner, it is still an illegal substance for a foreign delegation and it's security force to be carrying around. If you wish, you have been permitted to carry regular bullets which may be either full metal jacket or hollow point rounds.

Our second problem is that you are planning to bring Cocaine into Greater Americania, which in our country, is an illegal substance. If your ambassador or whomever else was otherwise planning to engage in the consumption of this drug insists on consuming drugs, he may bring marijuana into the country or buy it here whereas marijuana is legal within Greater Americania and readily distributed. However, most other substances that one could consider a 'drug' are illegal, and thus here your delegation will not be permitted to consume them on Greater Americanian soil.

Thirdly, it should be noted that we are uncomfortable working with Anarchist country, most notably because we are as a nation strongly opposed to Anarchism as it goes against the principles of the Nationalist Party, our ruling political organization.
