Only moments later, a spread of Malafon anti-submarine missiles tore forth from the fleet, bound for the enemy submarine. At the same time, a number of depth charge laden helicopters rose from the decks, to ensure that the job was made complete.

At the same time, a single Exocet missile was launched from one of the Horizon class frigates, aimed at he fleeing warship.

As the A-6 bomber streaked past where the sub was just a few seconds before the Sea Hawk Hunter kept pinging the sub with sonar and guided the missiles to it, ten anti-sub missiles were now swimming to their target there was no way they would all miss with the Sea Hawk and its sonar, the A-6 pilots flew around for another attack and released the remaining ten now there were twenty anti-submarine missiles all headed for the doomed sub and all souls in it. In the distance the pilots could see the trails of Blainesville missiles streaming for the war ship, they were satisfied with the attack on the sub but remained circling above with the Sea Hawk Sub Hunter still pinging the sub. On the radar the missiles were now 5 seconds from impact they had locked on.

Back in Rofinta

The Arch Bishop looked worried he was about to sign a paper that would declare war on Paleocacher, he looked up at the cross on the opposite wall and thought long and hard his military advisers grew inpatient. He looked at them then the paper then spoke,

Captain Schlessman reads the telex, rolled his eyes turning to his Executive Officer "Arrogant Akinesque Bastards, aren't they?"

Amidst the commotion, a lone Horizon class frigate trudged its way through the water towards the Leighshire. Just next to it was the captive civilian merchant vessel. A short bit later, the frigate and its prize were outside of the exclusion zone, and a message was sent over asking for the foreigners to take back their ship and send over a delegation.

With word that the Aritite ships had defected to join the blockade, the Donnchadh altered its course to allow the Crusader to rescue the life rafts. Instead, the Eirish frigate would lay a course to capture the surrendered merchant vessel. In just a short time, the first Naval Infantrymen were on the decks, and making their way to the bridge.

It only took but a minute for the Naval Infantry soldiers to place a breaching explosive on the door and blow it off its hinges. In moments, the men were in the bridge of the heavily damaged vessel, placing zip ties on the crew to restrain them and bringing them out to the deck for extraction. A pair of Dauphn helicopters were on their way to pick up the new captives.
