A stereotypical modern cargo ship, three hundred feet long. There are two decks. The top deck is just a large flat metal floor, without anything of interest on top. Below is the cargo deck, a single large room which is filled with large metal crates containing stereotypical valuables such as gold and diamonds. The bridge is located at the back of the ship, rising high enough to have a good view of the entire top deck and beyond. There is radar and intercom, but no radio or lifeboats. On the bridge there is a captain, who is the only person on the boat aside from the students.

That answers the question of what Chakri is, but not what it can do. The examples on that page range from spirit animals that scare ghosts to giant samurai warriors that can smash buildings. Clarify please.

It is part of your characters powers to do so, so as long as he is not within an active power nullification field he can do it. Do keep in mind that it is a school and summoning a large monster will provoke reactions from both other students and the guards though.
