Sounds good...after this thread, a seemingly random group of people are flying over New Cinoth when a storm hits and the aircraft they are on is forced to crash land.

By some wierd coincidence, these people are the same people, from all over the world, who went on this random school exchange program last year.

So if the civil war was still on then strongholds would be safest but if it was over just about everywhere would be okay, there would just be a lot of tensions.
