Noticing the crisis on the seas, the SSV-33 Ural, the Soviet Command Vessel was deployed. As it arrived on scene, the Ural, escorted by four Leningrad-class destroyers: Baku, Moskva, Petrushka, Scheherazade. Immediately upon arrival, the Moskva deployed a life vessel to rescue any surviving crew, if any; however, upon being brought back aboard the Moskva, the crew noticed a large gash in the hull, which by then, had been flooding for fifteen minutes.

"SHIP SPOTTED OFF THE PORT BOW!

A large, unclassified vessel had become visible, lying just to west. It fired upon the Moskva, once again.

A messenger frantically contacted the Ural.

"PLEASE, SEND ESCAPE VESSELS TO AID US. WATER CAN BE SEEN ABOVE THE KEEL!

The destroyer was torpedoed once more, water flooding into the boiler room. The Moskva had been destroyed... its crew, as well as the "rescued" members, drifted into the icy seas.

OOC: Now that people who are writing pretty good naval battles, I might RP my last two cruisers and destroyer escaping and running into one of you guys if that's cool with you.

"Premier, sir, we have reports of a Mizradian (correct demonym?) vessel, directly off our starboard stern, sir," said the scrawny operator in a nervous tone.

"Operator, standby and prepare to engage, but do not strike," said the Premier's stragetically placed decoy. "Alert the Mizradian vessel that the 'Premier' would like to negotiate a treaty to stop these inconvenient maritime battles, but most importantly," he said, "tell him that the 'Premier' would like to board his vessel."

In reality, and unbeknownst to the Mizradians, the false-Premier wanted access top-secret Mizradian battle plans, but before too long, at precisely 22:09, the true Premier entered the room, and executed the decoy.

"Sir?"

"Engage," said a soft, emotionless voice. "I want the Mizradian fleet deprived of their own trust. You will send 160 unnamed spies aboard the span of five ships. Instinctively, the crew will all panic at the word "spy," and will refuse to trust one another, tearing the once-formidable fleet apart."

"Umm... sir?"


"You shall do as I instruct, or you shall be classifies as a traitor to the USSR and her allies," said the stiff man dress in a red military uniform with gold trimmings. His eyes were as cold as steel, but were welcoming, as if he were part of your own family. He gazed down at the wireless operator, as the scrawny sailor wired a telegram to the Kirov-class battleship.

"Operator,"

"Yes, Premier, sir?"

"I shall return to the capital city. I entrust you to instruct the fleet of the change of plans."


The Premier was then escorted to his personal flight vehicle, and was flown safely to the capital city.

Early this morning 1 Soranna cruiser and 3 destroyers attacked and sank 3 enemy transports.

The cruiser Mozhaisk and its 2 destroyer escorts, the Red Rising and the Sturmovik were out early protecting the transports after an attack on them.

Capt. Uben of the Mozhaisk yawned deeply as he stepped onto the bridge and poured himself a cup of coffee. A spotter at the scope said "Sir 4 ships have entered the sector they look like Swanisca ships"

"What kind?" asked Uben

"They appear to be 3 destroyers and one heavy cruiser."

Capt. Uben ordred a protective battle formation around the fleeing transports.
The Swanisca ships turned and fired a full board side. The ship lurched under Capt. Uben's ship but he staggered over to the radio and yelled into it "Return fire"
The Peoples navy ships fired back. The battle waged on like this for an hour, finally the transports were out of range and the Swanisca ships headed back to port leaving one of their ships burning, not sinking just burning. The Red Rising had been sunk the Mozhaisk and the Sturmovik were damaged.

OOC: All Mizradian people have forearm tattoos designating who they are and when you join the military, one of your toes is chopped off and replaced with a tracking device and when a high enough rank is reached, the left eye is gauged out and replaced with an AI system, spies don't work in Mizrad they'd be caught in an instant. Also how big is the fleet I would be engaging? Mine is three ships and one submarine, they're the last ones out and if you fire first, expect a MASSIVE battle if not war.

IC:

Wacthing over the horizon as the know confirmed enemy ships raise their guns towards the Mizradians. The three ships and one nuclear sub ready their guns. The 5" guns on the destroyer raise up as the missiles and torpedos are loaded into their tubes to be fired. The two cruisers ready their 75mm autocannons and hundreds of hellfire missiles and multiple anti-ship missiles. The small landing pads containing the slower and not as high tech as the F-25, the F-35 Lightning II JSF. The two VTOL's come and one KA-62 Kasatka come out of their mini hangars as the two jets take off and the chopper stays in place. Although the jets just circle the Mizradian fleet.

Under the water, the MNS Fury's Deep, the nuclear submarine proceeds about two hundred feet below the water. Barely visible on radar from it's stealth ship build and cannot be seen from above on the surface by the naked eye. It's HE and AP torpedos are loaded along with it's tomahawk anti-ship missiles as it sails out front of the fleet. The nukes in the back cargo area go dark, making them almost non-capable of detonating. But, if they do, everything within an eight mile radius will be reduced to dust and dried salt from the ocean water.

Then, the ships wait as the drones and AWACS planes keep an eye on the enemy. Ready to strike at any moment.

OOC: I giggled a bit.
My currently deployed fleet (in the general vicinity) is four, formerly five, ships large.

"Fire."

"SIR?! THEY WILL DECLARE AN ALL OUT WAR!"

"Fire," a cold voice replied.

"Sir, I must disregard those orders..."

"LOOK," said the Premier, drawing his golden sword on the tiny television screen aboard the ship's bridge. "You are disobeying a direct executive order, and if you wish..."

"Sir?" interrupted the frightened voice of the operator,"...do you want us killed?"

"As a matter of fact, I... I will disregard that question," replied the Premier.

The Premier glared at the First Operator through his reflective, chromed face-shield. He carefully placed his sword back in its sheath, and held his golden, red velveted, ruby-encrusted baton over his head. He slammed down on his end of the television.

The Premier swiftly turned toward his Fleet Admiral.

"I want the fleet destroyed. You will force them to fire upon the Mizradian vessels; the Mizradians will destroy them."

"You're insane," replied the hardened Admiral.

The Premier turned, and within a split-second, beheaded the Admiral where he stood. The psychotic ruler then faced the crew.

"If any of you have the audacity to defy my very word, you shall feel the wrath of my sword.

[Mizrad]

Knowing the fleet can easily be destroyed, the Mizradians still don't find it neccesary. The radio operator then cacthes on to their channel and speaks into the radio.
"This is the Mizradian Navy, please state why you're prepearing to fire?"

The wireless operator replies.

"Mizradians! Umm, uh, err, please! Do not fire! Our Premier is a psych-..."

The babbling is ceased, and a loud gunshot is audible.

The Premier channels in from a remote, undetectable location.

"Greetings, Mizradian fleet! What a fine evening, it seems to be, don't you agree?"

"Soviet fleet, why have your weapons been raised?" asks a Mizradian officer.

"Oh, why are you being so serious, you fascist scum? Can't you just play alo-"

The Premier's chattering comes to a halt. A medium-height gentleman, wearing a black topcoat, a black peeked-cap, and black, knee-high boots walks up to the deck's video transmitting system.

"I do apologize for our former Premier's useless babbling; he was a nutcase... Now, onto business. I understand that he has ordered my fleet to fire upon you?"

"Yes," replies a Mizradian officer.

"Well, disregard the threat, for the psychotic dictator's reign has come to an end. I am the new Premier of the USSR, and I shall do everything in my power to arbitrate this conflict."

The "new" Premier's speaking was brought to an end, as a missile hit the side of a Mizradian ship. Fire broke out, as a skirmish on the Soviet ship -- a struggle for power-- ensued leaving two Soviets dead. The Petrushka continued to fire upon the Mizradian vessel, until the Ural arrived, forced to destroy the Petrushka.

We have 1 cruiser un-damaged (out of 3) and 4 destroyers un-damaged (out of 6) and 1 heavy cruiser the flagship for The People's Vice-Admiral Orsha.

What do people do when you get out of the military mizrad?

We estimate that 30% of all communist troops in Freelend have been withdrawn.

OOC: USSR that's godmod, but it doesn't matter I'm cool with it for now. Also Communist for the people, they get government jobs because by the time somebody earns the AI eye, they've already been in either the special forces, Mizradian Central Intelligece Agency or really high in the military or government. This means they know too much to be let back into the general public. Butthe toe thing is just a tracker that can be replaced with a fake toe or something. Or if they screw the country over, jail time or death.

IC:

Suddenly, a cruiser takes a hit to it's side hull. Being at full combat readiness, most of the missiles are torn out of the sky by the OICW turrets and the M140's. But one gets through and thus, the side hit happens. The men are quick to react, knowing not to fire on the other ships the entire fleet pours it on enemy ship.

At first, the 75mm autocannons begin firing. Shredding away at the enemy ship, the first rounds missing but getting more and more accurate with each shot. Shells constantly eject out on to the deck as the guns fire away at the single rogue ship. Then the 5" cannons of the destroyer open up. The two turrets fire in succesion as they keep consistent shots on the ship. Then with it's rocket batteries, the destroyer continues to rain hell.

Below the water, the MNS Fury's Deep whales a high powered anti-ship missile from it's mobile silo. Blasting from it's tube, out of the water and then into the sky. With the utmost accuracy, the missile is above the ship and coming down fast. Right above the ship, the guided missile goes unguided and all the crew can do is hope it hits.

The people's heavy cruiser Ryazan has been dispatched to the scene of the battle to monitor the battle from a safe distance. To make sure no transports are caught in the crossfire.

The tanks rolled down the highway the SDF troops followed firing at the retreating communist army. The communists were running out of space, their troops were being pushed back to far...

The withdrawal has increased due to the advancing Freelend armies every ship we have been dispatched to assist in this way.

A large crash is heard on the bridge, which violently throws the crew around. Down below, in the engine room, water pours in, drowning the remaining crew that the explosion did not kill, if any.

The captain radios to the Mizradian vessel.
"PLEASE! WE DID NOT MEAN TO FIRE! An outside force fired the remote missiles..."

"Lying Communist scum... FIRE!"

By this time, the Petrushka is quickly flooding, and crew members are jumping into the lifeboats, into the jets -- waiting to live, waiting to die. Just over the horizon, the Baku arrives just in time to evaluate the damage done to the Petrushka, and to determine the amount of casualties.

"67, sir."

"Alive? Dead?"

"Dead."

Vice Admiral Orsha ordered the Ryazan to go and try to pick up any survivors from the communist fleet.

The Swanisca planes flew over Freelend's coast the A-6E squadron peeled away to go bomb the communist forces. "All planes stay on the current course" ordered Lt. Colonel Hampton "Were going to attack the transports."

The enemy transports appeared in the horizon the squadron of F-35C's dropped to just above the water line the enemy ships that were protecting the transports opened fire with flak and phalanx fire. The flak was heavy even before the Swanisca fighters had reached targeting range 2 planes were already shot down. Hampton saw his viewfinder go red, he pressed the launch button the Anti-ship missile shot from his plane and slammed into the front of a transport opening a huge hole in the bow. Hampton with his remaining 6 planes climbed out of the range of flak and headed home.

Actually RP it. Also any other forces I can have my left over F-35's and F-25 [Single, I know] bomb or have what's left of my troops on the ground [About four hundred] attack? I have next to nothing left in country though, so it'll most likely be just mopping up what's left and assisting in rebuilding. I'm open to helping out with an invasion of any of the Communist nations that attacked Freelend.
