Before the Unification Wars and afterwards, The Order of Takhisis has a maintained a viable indigenous defence industry. During the Unification Wars (1890 - 1903) more advanced weaponry and equipment were manufactured locally by Takhisian companies under the auspices of Syious De'Wyren, Duke of the North, Director-General of War Supplies. However, this was for the duration of the War. In October 1903, an Advisory Committee on Takhisian Defence Force Equipment Requirements was appointed. This date may therefore be regarded as the beginning of the Takhisian Armaments Corporation, of which later took on the name Pegasus Armaments as the sigil of Syious De'Wyren's House is such, as a form of honor towards it's founding patron.
