Given that the US-analogue is supposed to be dominating the NACO block a la the United States, I was considering moving Carthage to be non-aligned so as not to make things unbalanced. Now that I'm not filling in for Belgium anymore it's easier. I'd be willing to help organize the non-aligned block, something in the vein of India.
