Nothing. I must say you guys do a good job. I'm a raider myself and I honestly would love to earn a condemnation for my region. But authors write condemnations like they are going to be something horrible for the region to receive.

I still vote against condemnations for raiders because I think we use the C&Cs way too much.

This needs to be prevented by the Security Council to ensure the continuance of Regions and their diversity and to ensure the balance of power, diversity and freedoms of all members and regions.

We are also confused as to why this is called "Liberate lazarus" as outside the title, that region is mentioned nowhere in the text. Were this the GA, I would classify it as a "hippy-dippy feelgood" proposal that tries to do more than it should, badly. Not sure what the SC equivelent of that would be.
