Is this normal?

Every time I try to open the check name box at the create a nation page, it fails to load. In fact, I think it's been happening in all links that open new windows. Is something wrong with my computer?

No. The window doesn't open AT ALL.
EDIT:I tried it in IE, and it worked. so apparently it's Firefox-specific.

I don't think I've ever had this problem, if you;re getting a specific error, Google it since your IE works. Maybe do a virus scan, check that your FF is up to date?
