"Get down! We're being fired on!" Rudawski scanned teh scene before him. Unidentified men on the Trekish side of the Bordurian/Trekish border were firing on the Bordurian troops stationed at the border post. The post was manned by a single platoon. Since the Bordurian troops were suprised, 3 men were hit in the opening seconds. The rest, dove for cover. At first, Captain Rudwaski suspected the Trekish Paramilitary forces however, the were being fired on too. He ordered the men to continue to fire on the unidentified targets while he used his two-way radio to call for back up.

Stanislaw looked around. He caught the eye of one of the Queen's Butlers and beckoned him over. "Hello Sir, I was just wondering if the Queen had a minute for me to speak to her?" After the Butler went to check Slanislaw's wife Queen Christina walked up to him.
"Stan, you're hit"
"What?" The King looked at his right arm and saw that a bullet had grazed his arm during the attack. "I'll live. Some people, won't."

Chairman Sein, London

"Yes, that is exactly my implication. Even though the world has not had a major war in almost 25 years that dosen't mean that it's safer today.

That said, your refusal to join our alliance has rendered this current round of negotiations over. Good luck securing an independent foreign policy from the Empire. Perhaps we will be able to have further negotiations in the future, but not today. Now if you'll excuse me, I have an emergency room to attend."

Although his tone had remained terse throughout the entire conversation with the Lord Admiral, it was clear that he was most displeased with the outcome of the negotiation as he gathered his things and began to exit the room.

Rear Admiral Hso, Ierapetra, Republic of Crete

Ever since 1947 Crete had existed as a de jure independent republic, however, in reality it remained as a Consular client state for the purpose of hosting its Mediterranean fleets, in particular the reorganized 6th Fleet.

Hso in particular was on edge this day as he had heard of the terrorist attack in London and that several high ranking politicians from many countries had either been wounded or killed, but he had yet to hear of his own Chairman. Not that he would personally mourn Sein's death, but he feared the instability that his unexpected death might cause.

As his Telex machine started rattling off a message, he feared for the worst, but instead received a different piece of news. It was from the office of the High Admiralty in Corporate Court instructing him to transport a Trekish force to assist the Zumreedians in a peacekeeping mission in Syria.

Oh how the globalized world makes for exciting bedfellows. He thought to himself as he started sending messages of his own to his officers instructing them to gather for a briefing on their new mission. He needed to inform them that in less than two days some of them were to depart with transports from Ierapetra for Treko while the rest of them prepared the warships for the remainder of the escort to Syria. Whether or not they were to take part in the mission themselves by providing a blockade had yet to be determined by the Corporate Council and the Chairman.

Shootout

Adam was laying against a concrete divider and was reloading his HK33 when he saw one of his men get brought down due to a wounded leg, "Sir, we need orders. The Bords are firing at the terrorist but they're firing on Treko buildings, that's an act of war!" shouted the wounded soldier as he gripped his leg and began applying a field dressing. "This is a complicated situation, I'm going to radio this in." said Adam as he used his two-way radio to contact command in S. Slovakia, while Adams contacted command, B-Company continued to fire at the T.U.N. terrorist. Tracers rounds continued to fly back and forth between, and men from B-Company and T.U.N. hit the ground in pain or in death. After receiving new orders, Adam contacted his company of men, "B-Company, this is Lieutenant Mečiar and I new orders from high command. We will begin attack against the Bords immediately." ordered Adam as he cocked his HK33 and popped over the concrete divider before firing on the Bord platoon. RPG-7s and RPG-16 missiles flew across the border towards the Bordurian platoon, as the men poured on the fire, Adam used his two way radio to contact Fort Bear in Smižany, Slovakia. "This is Lieutenant Mečiar of B-Company, the Bords have opened fired on Treko buildings. We're going to need backup immediately." asked Adams as he fired a couple more rounds off at the Bords "Lieutenant Mečiar, we're sending a flight detail of four Mil Mi-24s. They should be there shortly." replied the officer who quickly left the radio to give the order to a section of Mil Mi-24s stationed at the base.

"The Bords did what!" shouted Ludvik as he threw his coffee against the nearby wall before looking at his generals "Sir, we already have a company of men engaging the Bords at the border." replied a general who was pointing it out on the map. "I don't give a damn! They fired at T.U.N. terrorist taking cover in a Treko building, they should have contacted us first before acting." Ludvik stated in anger as he looked at his generals; the generals were tense and sweat could be easily seen on their foreheads. "Put us in defcon-1, you better start deploying to that Treko-Bord border this instant gentleman!" shouted Ludvik as he saw his generals rush out of his office and towards their private offices to give the order of full mobilization.

Lord Admiral Ogilvey sighed with relief, "well that's sure as hell done with." The Royal Navy could definitely use carriers like the ones the CCC had in its arsenal, but there acquisition was not worth the treaty. He recalled what the Chairman had said, good luck getting an independent foreign policy with Zumreed, as if it would be any more independent with the CMTMA. That was when Winters walked into the room.

"I saw the Chairman leave, he didn't look very satisfied. How'd it go?" Winters asked.

"Well, there were some veiled threats, a few hidden insults, and several unreasonable demands." Ogilvey smiled, Winters raised his eyebrow. "The man wanted a complete monopoly over our arms manufacturing potential, wanted us to sign in to the bloody CMTMA club, and then when he left said good luck maintaining an independent foreign policy under Zumreed, as if he was trying to pretend that we would have any more freedom under the economic yolk of the CCC. He wouldn't give us the carriers, he called it a security risk."

Winters laughed aloud. "I wonder my good Lord Admiral Ogilvey, I wonder if Chairman Sein himself of the mighty CCC lies awake at night, fearing our power." They both laughed for a short time before Winters continued. "Well, we are proceeding with the ultimatum operations. I imagine you will also have to inform the companies that we will be commissioning a few Stewart Class Carriers after all."

"Indeed I will, but first thing is first. I will position our 3 flotillas accordingly. The 2nd to the north and the 1st to the south, the third will leave port and keep a low profile in the Irish Sea. When the RAF begins the aerial assault, the 1st and the 2nd will begin their strikes, and the third will come out of hiding to support the RAF. The carrier groups should be in position in about 20 hours," Ogilvey said.

"Very well," Winters responded. "If all goes well, we will deal the IRAC a serious blow, then demand they come to the table."

(3 Weeks after the shipment from Eifel, Antarctica) Outside the World Hotel, Lake Bled en-route to the town of Kranj Tito Krepenstein stood above on the balcony waving to all the people and saluting the soldiers as they walked past. Today they were having a military parade. News vans as well as broadcasters broadcasted live from lake bled. Capturing the sounds and sights of the parade. Soldiers marched passed, tanks in sharp military formation went down the road, planes flew above as the crowds looked in awe and cheered. Some waving Sjovene flags. As the soldiers marched past they sharply turned their heads right and saluted. Next was the Tito's pride and joy. Something that would change the world. Something he wasnt going to use but something he wasnt afraid of using. Trucks rolled by...on them....Nuclear missiles. Bearing(<----Not sure if its spelled correctly) a gold star and Sjovene words on them. A few had the past leaders name on them. News crews stood in awe as they watched history unfold right in front of their eyes and their camera lens...live.

Belfast, Ireland Paddy stood in the capitals ball room. He was notified of the attack and just nodded with a straight face. In his mind, though, he was very pleased. Chaos should engulf those not of a republic. Those corrupt governments hold on the world will be picked off one by one. "Vice president...it seems that we have emotionally crippled our dear friends to the east. The death grip of corruption and politics will soon be held on by a mere pinky instead of the whole hand." said Patrick as the vice president turned around and replied "Ahuh...very well indeed. I suppose a retaliation is going to follow? Thats alright because they wont be expecting a child soldier or even a simple house wife with a rifle. No no...they will be expecting a bloody defense line. Once they land their troops, assuming they do so, then we can simply catch them in our snare of guerrilla warfare and the element of surprise muhahaha!" the president smiled and walked out of the room. He was going to have a civil service announcement be broadcasted stating that if any unknown soldier was within the area...kill them. And kill them discreetly. Atleast until the real fighting starts. But before he would have the message broadcasted he would have to make sure all aerial defences and radars were on high alert.

The Pentagon, District of Columbia

Mr. Glenn entered the Leaders office, The Leader stood up to shake his hand. "How do you do? Welcome to New America" "Thank you for the invitiation" Mr. Glenn said, "Well I am always interested to meet nations who are generally interested in my nation. Now I would like to discuss the terms of a trade and defense pact. It is very simple, we trade goods to each other, and if any nation attacks one of us we rush in to save each other. Although Capitalism is a major part of New America, we utterly despise the bloc and its members. Communism how ever is not my favourite alternative, but it is acceptable. Do you have any statements Mr. Glenn about the pact? Or anything else?"

1968

The Union of Confederate Socialist Republics was the paradise of revolutionaries. Large sums of money, garrenteed protection from enemy governments, and access to weapons of the UCSR special forces in exchange for them to let the UCSR de facto control the nations that they took over.

The revolution in the Iberian Peninsula failed. The red armies of La Moriya failed to make it past the Spanish-French border and were smashed in Portugal. Francisco Alba, La Moriya and a large remaining part of their "Red" army retreated to Northern Morocco, continuing a terrorist campaign against the Murrays and remaining in Northern Morocco to rebuild their strength.

The massive socialist republic had detonated it's first atomic bomb in 1949 and had begun building ballistic missiles from their own notes and from the shattered remains of the V2 rocket that had been fired at the UCSR from NAU.

Donovan Trovikov, died in 1953 and was denounced by his successor, Leon Khrushchev. The country looked as if it would return to the original intent of collective leadership but Khrushchev crushed his opposition and gave himself the same power that Trovikov had. Khrushchev had also outmaneuvered his opponents who had tried to ousted him.

In 1968, with the world plagued by bombings from the T.U.N, La Moriya struggled to serve as a paramilitary group alongside the Selekruz special forces as it was supposed to be a guerrilla army, not a counter-terrorist force.

UCSR; Northafrikan CSR; Tunis; People's Premier's Office

Premier Khrushchev walked around his office, trying to figure out a way to improve his position in the global political climate. Not many communist countries were on their side. South Kings, Sjovenia, Glenn Nation, and the UCSR were the only major ones, the others were puppets.

The communist republic in South America had to be dealt with. How to do so was much more difficult.

Khruschev had a powerful paramilitary force that had taken up refuge in Northern Morocco. La Moriya. The were however, not interested in anything else besides the Murray Dynasty.

Maybe he could hold a meeting with all communist leaders from around the globe in the UCSR to decide what their objectives for the next twenty years could be? Yes, that might work. Communist nations could bring up trade deals, defense pacts and other issues. As well as to direct communist revolution.

Premier Khrushchev sat back down at his desk and began writing out the telegram.

Code: Select all
To: All interested communist leaders, in power or not.
From: The Union of Confederate Socialist Republics

It as come to the attention of the UCSR that the ability to direct communist revolution as been somewhat broken by the capitalist bloc. So, in order to rebuild our strength, I have decided that a meeting for all communist leaders to be held in Tunis to discuss various matters of importance as well as working our trade deals, defense pacts, etc. During this meeting, a new organization shall be formed to direct communist activities as agreed upon by members of the organization. The meeting shall be held on September 1st, 1968 in Tunis. All communist leaders are encouraged to come.

Premier Leon Khrushchev

Costa Rico, Central America

Ray and José had sneaked across the border of New America and Panama, although Panama was a territory of Kingston. The Leader thought it was time to take it back for the Union. How would they do that without upsetting the Kings? A civil war. The two men would go into Panama disguised as Panamanian soldiers, they would acquire artillery guns and fire at a small town. That would surely light the match to a Civil war, people will demonstrate the governments removal of power, then they come in a shoot protesters. And New America comes in and helps the opposition and instates a puppet-leader then he lends control of Panama to New America. It would work for sure.

They silenced their weapons, and approached a military base, surprisingly not that many soldiers, there was no sign of the Kingston people here, it was as if they abandoned it. There were only a few men roaming the base. The two men quickly eliminated them without being detected. They had found their artillery gun, but how were they supposed to move it? An armoured car was parked close by, so the men took it and hooked the artilery gun onto the back. They drove it to a hill overlooking a small town, unhooked the gun, put a shell in the barrel and fired it. A loud boom was heard after firing the weapon. The shell hit a church sending debris into the streets, their next target was a school, they loaded another shell and fired. It was a small one-roomed school, it was destroyed, only a wall was left standing, everyone inside was killed. After a few more minutes of shelling the entire small town was obliterated. Ray and José ran back to the Military Base, they then torched the base into a blazing fire, they took two bodies form the base and placed them near the Artillery gun. The two men took the armoured car and fled back into New America.

News had spread throughout Panama of the attack. Protests would begin of the attack, then Ray and José would return to cause violence among the Protestors and uprising would begin. New America would finally take what was rightfully theirs.
I can save you all from the flames of this world, and the next.

Daragal
Agent Valnon observed the Daragalian soldier mill about in front of them. Daragal would be the first to fall in Brazil's quest to unify South America. However, they couldn't simply invade, they needed justification. After Valnon and his partner observed the base more, they saw an artillery gun being hauled through the base into a bunker.

"Perfect" he said.

Telling his partner, Valnon explained how they could take the artillery gun and fire on a Brazilian military base, giving justification for at least short term military actions. Daragal would likely escalate the conflict, seeing military actions from Brazil as a pure invasion, not knowing the shelling that would occur on a Brazilian base.

Moving in at night, Valnon and his partner used silenced AK variants, and shot the guards on the side of the complex who were looking down through watchtowers. Cutting the fence with his equipment, they moved and made sure to conceal the dead guards and make the fence appear normal. They stole the guards uniforms, and dressed in them when out of sight. Slowly heading to where they saw the artillery gun placed, they opened the door and quickly eliminated the guards there, making sure to load them in the truck for use later.

Getting in the truck used to haul the artillery piece, Valnon's partner opened up the garage dor then hurriedly got back into the truck, where they proceeded to drive out of sight. They were stopped at the front gate, but luckily their IDs worked as there were no pictures, so simply having them on their person was enough.

After driving to a nearby hill, they unloaded the artillery piece and began loading it. Aiming it at the Brazilian base, they fired, making it as obvious as possible to ensure they were found or fired back on.

They slumped the dead guards near the artillery piece so that once return artillery fire occurred, their bodies would be blown to pieces, and the bullet holes would be unrecognizable, while the bodies would still confirm Daragal military presence.

Daragal-Brazilian Border, the Federal Republic of Brazil, Military Base #14

Commander Fernando mustered his soldiers. He saw the lower ranks of officers addressing their soldiers to the normal hum and drum of base life. He went outside to observe his brigades before he heard the sound of artillery falling in and the alarm sound immediately. The trajectory of the shells could imply they were coming from Dargal, and as far as Fernando was concerned, this was a declaration of war.

Running outside, slamming the door open, he immediately shouted to the lower officers to fire their artillery back at Daragal and give an immediate report to the Brazilian capitol.

Malacañan Palace
City of Manila, National Capital Region, Republic of Luzvimindia
January 13, 1968 - 10:11 am Luzvimindia Time (UTC+8)

It has been already over a week since the death of Vice President Angelito Realonda but still the mourning atmosphere could be felt across the whole nation. Right after the arrival of the coffin of the vice president in Manila International Airport, President Renato Arturo Manuel declared 12 days of national mourning, from January 3-15. His funeral was attended yesterday by many of the key political figures in the country as well as over 3 million Luzvimindians from around the country, and this showed how Vice President Realonda was truly an irreplaceable leader in Luzvimindia. His value for freedom of speech, choice and his focus on social welfare, health and education as well as his service as a former mayor became his legacy and he will be sorely missed by the whole nation.

Renato still couldn't believe the sudden and violent death of his longtime friend and ally, Vice President Angelito. He treated Angelito as his brother and Angelito's family as his own and he felt the same feeling of sadness as Angelito's family felt during the funeral. He also knew how Vice President Angelito was the reason why he was here right now. If Angelito wasn't his running mate during last year's elections, he surely wouldn't have won. The people loved him and his political colleagues admired his talent and genuine love for his country and his steadfast belief that Luzvimindia will soon rise from the ashes. Now that he was gone, Renato was sure that questions will start bombarding him about how Angelito's death will affect his administration. No matter how hurt he was for his friend's death, he must remain strong for his country and his countrymen. And so, he must move on so that his nation will progress just as Angelito wanted it to do.

Renato's first agenda would be to name the new vice president of the Republic of Luzvimindia. By the 1962 Constitution's succession laws, in the event of the death of the Vice President while in office, the President has the power to instate a new Vice President in his/her place. Renato chose a man he could truly trust and was very much a visionary like Angelito, the secretary of the Interior, Jorge Quintin de las Alas. Jorge boasts a good political background in that he was also a former mayor of a city in the Visayas and he was a former congressman in the 1st Congress of Luzvimindia. He was also one of the Nasyonalista Movement's leaders in that he didn't fight with weapons but with the mind. He was sometimes called the, "Brain of the Revolution". He was a good friend of Renato and even Angelito and he was somewhat popular as well with the masses during his service both as a mayor and a congressman. No other person would fit the job better than Jorge and that is why Renato chose him. Jorge's inauguration will be held two days after the end of the national days of mourning as it was quite crucial for Renato to have a vice president during these trying times.

Renato's second agenda for now would be to finally modernize Luzvimindia's Armed Forces. They still wholly used left-over weapons from World War II and he knew even those weren't enough for the huge volume of new recruits graduating from 1969 onwards. And so, with pen and paper in hand, he drafted a telegram to be sent to the Red Lion Heavy Industries CEO, K. Hidayat.

Code: Select all
TO: K. Hidayat, Chief Executive Officer of Red Lion Heavy Industries
FROM: Renato Arturo Manuel, President of the Republic of Luzvimindia

Good day! I would like to express my nation's interest in procuring some state-of-the-art military equipment from your company. We have gone over your military catalogue of equipment and my secretary of National Defense, along with some of the generals in the Armed Forces of Luzvimindia have chosen some of your equipment for the modernization of the AFL. Upon your company's recommendation, we have increased the modernization budget from a mere $1.2 billion to $12 billion for this year pending Congress approval. This is just the beginning and we hope to increase this in the coming years. While we wait for the Congress of Luzvimindia to approve the budget, we would like to give a few questions and some requests. Firstly, do you have a bulk packages that my nation could purchase? Since the AFL will be modernizing across the board, we will be interested in procuring land, air and naval equipment within the next 2-4 years, so we prefer a bulk package. Secondly, we would like to send three weapons specialists from our Armed Forces along with two generals and my Chief of Staff to your company and I hope that you will be able to show them how you produce your military equipment and test out any prototypes, especially those we are most interested in. Of course, all of the information you give will be purely confidential and I will soon be handpicking these specialists and generals soon. I will only send those whom I trust the most.

Thank you and we hope this is a fruitful beginning to a great partnership between your company and Luzvimindia!

Respectfully yours,
Renato Arturo Manuel, 1st President of the Republic of Luzvimindia

As Davis got back to his office from his trip to NAU, he was immediately bombarded with the presence of his son.

"So Dad, did you make a deal?"

"Yes Son, I signed a trage pact and defensive pact with NAU. Now there is going to be trade beween our nations and we will help each other out in times of war." he said answering his son's question.

"Well, there is another nation who wants to discuss some agreements between our nation and others," his son told him handing David the message from UCSR, "UCSR wants you to go to Tunis do discuss different deals between communist leaders."

David read it and looked at his son, "Write a message to them telling them I am going."

"Do I have to do it?" The younger David asked.

"I was talking to you."

"Fine!" he then walked out of the room and into his assistant's office down the hall, "Write a letter to UCSR telling them my Dad will go to there meeting."

"Yes sir!" she said and got right to it.

Daragal, close to the border

Bullets flashed everywhere.

"Move!" shouted Commander Fernando. Artillery blasted around the hill on the top, Brazilian support was softening the target for an infantry assault, but stopped firing as the soldiers got close. As the infantry were sprinting up, the Daraglal forces were forced into cover as Brazilian LMGs offered covering fire, although the Daragal forces compensated by chucking grenades over the trench, killing several Brazilian soldiers.

As the soldiers reached the top of the hill, they made sure to stop on the area around the peak, as cover, so as to not run straight into the trenches.

"Men, attach bayonets!" shouted Commander Fernando. The infantry attached bayonets to their AKs, and chucked grenades into the trench before the assault.

"Charge men, for Brazil!' he shouted. With this order, the Brazilians emerged from cover firing their AKs from the hip, not to hit Daragali soldiers, but to keep them in the trenches. While they were firing, they charged, sprinting towards the trench as quickly as possible. Firing what was left in their magazine when they reached the trench, only some got the final shots off, as Daragali soldiers had stood waiting. The remaining men leaped down and engaged in close quarters fighting.

Finally, they emerged victorious, and exited trench, moving towards the Anti-Air and Anti-Tank defenses beyond.

First though, they lowered the Communist flag near the trench, and replaced it with the Brazilian green and gold.

Sao Paulo

"Mr. President, the......security operations in Daragal have been a success, our forces were "shelled"." said Grieve's secretary.

"Excellent, release a press release that Dargali artillery has fired on Brazilian forces, an act of war, and we shall respond in kind."

Code: Select all
Dear all whom may be concerned,

Daragali forces have shelled a Brazilian military base yesterday night, and have offered no apologies and deny their obvious shelling of Brazilian forces to this moment. The artillery responsible for the incident was blown to pieces following artillery fire in response to the Dargali attack. The bodies of two artillery officers were found blown to pieces, but an order from the Daragali government was found detailing a probing of our Anti-Artillery Defenses.

Sincerely,
Press Officer Angelina Boyle

Commandant Omber, Brazil

"Hmm. I'm impressed by the JT's, but the regular troops could definitely use improvement. While I was inspecting your men, my assistants checked your equipment. It seems that your equipment is slightly outdated. The AK-47 was phased out of service 15 years ago by the AKM, which is an improvement over the first version. You're obviously are lacking in Armor, which is something you need to look into. Aircraft isn't quite as bad, so that part is really optional at the moment, since most of the nations in South America use around the same standard. I will send a message back to Cairo about what equipment you need. As for the training, that can start next week."

Panama, Central America

Crowds rallied together in protest of the deadly shelling of the town in Northern Panama. Thousands protested outside the Capitol building demanding an explanation, but there was none.

Ray and José along with other Agents from New America began to cause trouble, torching shops, flipping over cars. Even desecrating a monument, not too long after Police and Military forces arrived. The two groups clashed, the seeds of a civil war had been planted. It was exactly what the Leader wanted.

I understand demonstrations have broken out into your Country, if these demonstrations become violent and uncontrollable. Mark my words I will come for you. Keep your head on straight and straighten out your nation.

Leader of New America

Of course the Leader had a plan that would both intimidate and instigate, the Panamanians. He knew these demonstrations would get worse, and when the time was right he would make the snatch. Then send in troops to calm to rebels. It would only take a little time.

He had his eyes set on another nation: Colombia with the chaos happening over there it would be very easy to just take it. He had doubts whether he would do it or not. He would have to act fast to crush Colombian forces and steal it away from New Sapienta. He ultimately decided, he dispatched a fleet from the Caribbean en-route to Colombia.

Admiral Akbar

After the Emperor returned from Britain, he dispatched a fleet of 25 ships to Ireland to blockade the country and force the Channish government to surrender the IRAC bombers. The Imperial fleet ensure nothing left or entered the country.

Lima, Company Paraíso

Juan Carlos was in his office sleeping after a long night from the night before. But his nap was interrupted by the Vice President when he came in and started yelling.

"Juan, look at this!" he yelled waving a message around.

"What, umm I'm awake," Juan mumbled to him waking up.

"This is a letter from Brazil. Apparently, Daragal has performed an act of war against them." he said handing Juan the paper.

"Hmmm... It is quite a coincidence that after we agreed that they would spread their influence to Daragal, Daragal would actually attack them. This is either a trick to make Daragal look bad to all the countries on the eastern hemisphere, or just a good coincidence for Brazil since it gives them a reason to attack. But, I would put my money on the first one," he then thought a while, "send a message to Brazil asking them if there is anything we could do to help and to it ASAP!"

"Right, I'll get right on it."

"Wait! I almost forgot! Tell the Head of S.CORP.I.A. to meet me in my office. I finally have a plan for Barlatia"

Northern Slovakia
Lt. Rudawski
While radioing HQ, Trekish troops began firing on Bordurian troops. "Men, fall back to the outpost! Get back!" Rudawski ran back to the outpost with them. Now, his platoon size had been halved. He pulled out his two-way radio. "Hello...This is Rusawski can I speak to General Slazak?... Yes... Hello General? We are at war with the Treks. ... Yes Sir you heard me correctly. They fired on us purposely. We need back up now. Over and out." Rudawski stood and yelled at them so they could still hear while shooting. "The BRAF is sending several F-16's for air strikes as well as 5 AH-1 Cobra's. Charlie Company should join us in 30 minutes.

Kochanski had just been called into the director's office. He was about to be assigned a new case, likely the biggest one he'd ever tackle.

South America; People's Republic of Daragal; UCSR Firebase Punic

The whole military base was on alert. Daragal was under attack from their Brazilian neighbors to the south for no apparent reason. It was most likely a declaration of war upon Daragal and the communist super power the UCSR.

The poor fools.

The UCSR soldiers began bringing trucks out of underground garages and parked them. On top of the trucks were missiles. Scud missiles to be more precise. They were to be used against the aggressors in case they did not back down from a threat from the UCSR high command.

The Vooruzsi troops began grabbing their weapons and preparing themselves. Among the weapons they had included the StG 66, a modified version of the weapon from The Second Great War.

Other bases throughout Daragal also reacted. Their troops began heading towards the front and stopped to see how the cards of diplomacy turned out.

It has come to the concern of the UCSR that your military has begun an armed incursion into our ally, Daragal. If you do not cease operations against our ally, we shall retaliate accordingly and with the utmost efficiency.

We shall give you and your military 72 hours to respond before we begin operations against your invasion.

"Maintain radar watch, stay on high alert, any populace within the IRAC reserves report all suspicious activity and only engage when forced to do so. If there is no need to engage then let the current IRAC members fight!" said a broadcast over loudspeakers through out the country. These speakers were used by the Civil Service Agency used only to warn people of storms, invasions, or nuclear threat etc. Commanding IRAC officer wearing a hoodie with a camouflage vest and wearing a bandana began shouting out orders "All AA guns and SAM's online and prepare. We are expecting enemy engagements. Air force will try and deplete our numbers and assuming they will land troops on the shores!"
