Holy Christus Krieger, and Portugal Brazil and the Algarves, as far as I know, sign-ups are closed. We're well into the RP right now, and I'm not so sure how new entrants would affect the RP...

But then again, who am I to say who gets accepted and who doesn't? I'm not the creator of this RP, so I don't have jurisdiction on whether you both get accepted or not, but I'm just telling you what could happen, and the reasons for such.
