The new government of the Republican Empire of Mexico consists of an executive branch lead by a constitutional hereditary monarch, the Emperor, and his Cabinet of his advisors; an executive branch of a Parliament split into a Congress and a Senate elected by the people, the Senate will have a Secretary-General to speak for it, and the Congress will have a Chief Deputy for the same purpose; for a law to be passed, either at least half of Parliament and the Emperor or three-fourths of Parliament must approve and it must be declared as Constitutional by the judicial branch, particularly the Supreme Court. All the various Captaincy-Generals become states with governors and their own legislatures; the division between Guatemala and Mexico is dissolved, as are the Intendancies.
Three parties will be founded: the Nationalists, who support a strong, central government; the Federalists, who support a balance of local and central governments; and the Localists, who support strong local governments.

As for the military leaders, I haven't got names yet, but here goes:
The Northern General is sort of a Villa or Zapata: fiery, extremist, revolutionary. He's amazingly popular with the working class, and has a distrust of the wealthy. He's mestizo, and has a history of beating or making alliances with Indios. After the war, he becomes the General of the Armies.
The Central General is more like Napoleon in some ways: he arose from the riots and chaos of Mexico City after the death of the Viceroy and restored order, and as a Spanish-turned-Mexican soldier from Cuba, he's popular with Colonos. However, he's nowhere near as grandiose as Napoleon, although very ambitious. After the War, he becomes a General of the Mexican Army.
The Southern General is much like De Iturbide or Santa Anna or Porfirio Diaz or Napoleon or a very long list of people. A Peninsular turned revolutionary, he's got a massively bloated ego and is very slippery, cunning, and autocratic. He helped start the slave revolts in Guatemala and insisted that the Spanish victories in Guatemala were just part of the plan, something which the victory at Managua "proves". He becomes Emperor, which fulfills his self-centered wishes.
The Eastern Admiral is something like George Washington; a mestizo officer who rose to commanding a ship in the Spanish navy, then changed sides when the revolution came and led the mutiny against Spain. A miltiary and tactical genius, and massively popular with the people, he's exceedingly modest, almost to the point where it's sickening. He becomes Admiral of the Navies, but resigns only to be elected to the Senate and then gets appointed to be
The Western Admiral misses most of the major naval battles(Laguna de Terminos and Cabo Catoche); he does lead his navy in seizing a few Spanish ships in the Battle of Isla Tiburon. He becomes Admiral of the Navies after the Eastern Admiral's resignation.

Kinda like when the Russian Army just roflstomped Paris in the Napoleonic Wars, huh? Haha, that is pretty terrible. It would take a long time for it to arrive, and by this time periods' standards, would have large losses due to the elements even if the battle was light.

I have Spices to begin with. I trade via Free Market, and I probably will get Bengal I have a well-trained Army and my proximity to the theater will give me a huge advantage over a European power in the area.
