Greetings Nations of the World,
After a long period of partial isolationism, Thesan has finally decided to open its doors to the world, hoping in an increase of the level of relationships with foreign countries, we're not searching military alliances but economic, cultural and ideologic support.
As first attempt to promote and (finally) total destroy this isolationism, we've open our Embassy Program.
First of all some information about Thesan: we're an Hyperdemocratic Republic that respects more nature than economy, we encourage private enterprise till a point (when a company becomes too big is forced under a tight control of the government), the govt. is considered one of the 10% least corrupted of the region (but we're trying to reach at least 5%) and freedom of speech, of strike and of press are held sacrosanct.
Each nation will be afforded an embassy building within the centre of Mairidan, our capital builded in the middle of a lake (so underwater countries can still have an embassy).
We remember to all the foreign countries that Thesan is an hyperdemocratic direct republic, where only the people has the right of vote on each law etc., so trying to force the govt. to not enact a law is useless and can damage the foreign relations.
The embassy will be considered a proper foreign territory in the Thesan Republic, but we'll offer the embassy only in free rent for 99 years, at the end of the contract the embassy can be re-offered to the current tenant.
It's not possible to held in the embassy radioactive goods and/or carbon-based fuels for ANY reason, we'll provide radioactive-free cures for cancer (in case of) and 100% electric vehicles if your country doesn't have.
Privileged embassies are reserved to nations where Thesan has already an embassy/has good relationships (see here), others will be located in other buildings
