As Minroz is need of more allies to help stand against her aggressive southern neighbours as well as certain belligerent nations, the Khurultai – Minroz’s national parliament promptly decided to improve relations with
The Glorious and United Kingdom of the Floor Kippers, hoping to gain another ally to trust. The Imperial diplomats sent to Floor Kippers will be led by Crown Princess Aigiarn Merrmesh who got acquainted with their Leader Sir Nigel Griffin ever since Casino Land, Astol. Time will tell the fate of two Interdimensional nations, whether they collide into each other or co-exist in harmony.

Meanwhile at Floor Kippers’ airspace a green portal opens up letting out a white-coloured, curvy-shaped airship with the moon enclosed in a sun marked in the middle of its sides, her name is Silverleaf, the oldest cruiser-class warship in service of Imperial Air Fleet; nowadays serving as an aerial transport for important government officials and royalties, carrying the delegates onboard. The government of Floor Kippers is already informed beforehand that the Minrozian diplomats are coming in to visit. In the meantime on board the ship.

“Your highness, are you certain we can trust them?” Hu Xiangning asks sceptically

“Of course I am,” Crown Princess Aigiarn Merrmesh reply calmly, sipping her green tea “Why else I’m here for, they’re great people once you get to know them. Unless we don’t screw things up, pray to the heavens that it doesn’t happen,”

“Hopefully…” Crown Prince Ozgol affirms “it’s bad enough have another enemy at our throats, not to mention certain terrorists back home are attacking us left and right. Chancellor Jiang Yingshen acts like a little king whenever father is absence.”

“I don’t really approve of Yingshen’s approach,” Hu spoke “He’ll drag our nation into more troubles than we bargain for, with his blunders alone.”

“I cannot imagine if dad’s gone,” Aigiarn gripes putting her tea down “without father at the throne, Yingshen will do anything he pleases to satisfy his twisted ambitions. I admire him for being tough against corruption and crime but I don’t agree with his Pro-expansionism stance.”

“True, not to mention your ex-boyfriend is with him as second-in-command,” Ozgol adds sitting down on his seat “I don’t understand what Tseren is thinking but that’s not a good way to serve the country.” The scarface princess nods her head solemnly, reminiscing memories of her time spent with her beloved boyfriend.

“Everyone has their own path and ideals, we can only pray for peace,” Ozgol continues “I feared the Motherland will go on the dark path if dad isn’t alive. He worked hard to maintain peace with the Southerners even they’re being ungrateful. Valpa is doing his best trying to prevent war in Xoraine.”

“Your Highnesses, we can worry about Chancellor Jiang next move,” Hu said “and we should not forget the treacherous Eleven Families. They’ve been quiet recently.”

“We’ll see their next parlour tricks,” Aigiarn stated calmly “if they do, we’ll be ready.” She turns to watch the scenery via window of the airship. The captain of Silverleaf announces to Floor Kippers Air Control that the Minrozian delegates have arrived.

The Flight controller announced that they had permission to set down in zone 4 of the Bel-Gium International Areo-Spaceport.

Beneath the airship, Green feilds and forests passed below them, the thick watery Snake of the River Bel Weaving through the landscape. The green landscape was punctuated every so often by roads, railways, canals and villages.
The BIAS sat on the outskirts of the capital city, Bel-Gium, a sprawling missmatch of Architectural styles ranging from gothic to modern. The Port itself was a modern job, all glass and steel, with runways for Aircraft and various Landing areas for Spacecraft.

In the terminal for zone 4, waiting for the visitors was Sir Nigel Griffin, The Immortal Prime Minister, Spiridon, Alpha Dragon of the Nation, and King Matthew the First, recently coronated

"They're almost here" Spiridon said, looking into the skies. Despite his size he had plenty of room due to Zone 4's spacious design

"I hope they enjoy their visit" Nigel said, straightening his tie "We could always do with more people to trade with and more freinds to share things with"

"I wish mother was still around" King Matthew said, adjusting his gold crown "She really knew how to deal with these visits"

"You'll get the hang of it Your Majesty, You'll be one of our Greatest kings yet" Nigel said reassuringly

"Well I hope so" Matthew said uncertainly "I don't feel like a great King"

"You will" Nigel said "I've seen many kings and queens in my life and you have the look of a great monarch. Just remember, Give off an Aura of Authority, when you move, move purposefully, make sure people can tell that you're the Monarch of this Constitutional Monarchy."

The airship slowly descends to the ground at its designated location, in accordance to local control.

“Well, we’re finally here.” Ozgol said as the Minrozians feeling the airship touch-down.

The scarface princess sighs, bringing her katana up.

“Okay gentlemen, you know be on best behaviour when meeting them. I don’t want another incident happening ever since Song’s arrogance back at Casino Lands,” Aigiarn reminds her male companions, her tone grew stern “And top of all, we’re here to determine whether the Floor Kippers is willing to be our allies. Do I make myself clear?”

“Yes!” Hu and Ozgol reply in chorus.

“Good,” silver-hair girl now returns back to her cheerful self “aside from all that, let’s enjoy our visit as usual. We can relax a bit in this interesting country; it’s not like Imeriata, nor Lubyak.”

“I understand, your Highness.” Hu respond as he gathers up the documents for the meeting.

"Let’s go meet our Floor Kipperian friends.” The Crown Prince quip

The Minrozians later went down their ramp to meet their hosts waiting for them. Upon greeting them, they deeply bow in accordance to Minrozian tradition.

“I’m General Aigiarn Merrmesh, commander of the Third Army and Crown Princess of Minroz,” she introduced with warm smile and fluent English. “It’s nice to meet you all.”

“I’m Major Ozgol Merrmesh, Eleventh Army, Crown Prince of Minroz.” the black-haired man introduce with Chinese-accented English.

“I’m Hu Xiangning, Liaison for His Holy Majesty’s government.” The last Minrozian delegate introduces, like Ozgol, with Chinese-accented English. When Hu saw Spyridon, he’s a bit shocked by the size of the dragon.

“It’s been a while since Casino Land, Nigel.” She glances at the Immortal Prime Minister with knowing smile. “I hope you could forgive the certain incident back then, caused by my friends, the Song siblings. Aside from that, we've done our best trying to prevent more conflicts in Astol.”

"No Mean feat from what I've seen Crown Princess" Sir Nigel said after lifting his hat in greeting "But that is for another discussion. As You already know, I am Sir Nigel Griffin, Prime Minister of the nation, guardian of the peace"

"I am Spiridon, Alpha Dragon of the Nation, Commander of the Imperial Dragon Guard" Spiridon said proudly, Bowing low

"I am King Matthew Lambert The First, Monarch of this Nation, Commander of her forces and guardian of her people" Matthew said regally "I Warmly bid you welcome to this nation, Crown Princess Aigiarn, Crown Prince Ozgol and Hu Xiangning."

“It’s a pleasure to visit this wonderful nation, gentlemen, and your Majesty. May the Heavens continue to bless your nation eternally.” Aigiarn reply cheerfully

“So am I.” Ozgol nods respectfully

“Alrighty, our Floor Kipper companions where do we want to start our meetings? Surely it’s not marriage interview between me and you, Your Majesty.” the platinum-hair girl jokes, winking at the last part. Both Hu and Ozgol stumble over bit at her joke.

“What was that?” Hu exclaims in Chinese while the Minrozian crown prince look in disbelief.

“I’m kidding,” Aigairn shrugs, pouting at them “Who’ll want to marry the girl with the big scar on her face?”

“Don’t mind them, they take things way too seriously,” she explains to the Floor Kippers’ hosts.

"If I wasn't already engaged to Princess Adela Alcedina of The Arda i Eruhini of Of the Quendi I'd seriously consider an engagement Crown Princess" King Matthew said with a grin, but a hint of seriousness in his voice

Sir Nigel chuckled
"I say we travel into Bel-Gium and straight to Beeching House where we can hold the meeting, afterwards we can take you see some sights if you wish" He said

“Beeching House it is then, where we can discuss prospects between our nations respectively, although I am looking forward to some sight-seeing afterwards.” Aigiarn smiles.

“How long it takes us to the Beeching House?” Hu asks

"About Twenty Minutes, fifteen by train and then five by car from the station" Nigel replied


"The Royal train will carry us into the heart of the capital where one of the royal cars will pick us up and convey us right to Beeching House" Spiridon said

“Hmm, that’s understandable.” Hu remark

“What are we waiting for? Let’s go!” Aigiarn chirps cheerfully, punching her fist in the air. She’s finally waited for adventures in Floor Kippers with her companions.

"Let's go!" Sir Nigel said, turning and leading the Minrozians towards the BIAS Train station.

As they walked the air around Spiridon shimmered and he began to shrink, stopping at the size of a large dog.

"So, did you have a nice journey?" He asked Hu

"So what's life in Minroz like?" Matthew asked Aigiarn

“Umm, it’s good. I just enjoyed the ride after all, ever since we discovered means of teleportation, our ways of travels have gotten much easier in the whole Empire. The fact is Minroz is a gigantic realm of fifty dimensions.” Hu respond to Spyridon, feeling bit nervous to see such a large dragon shrunk. He can tell this dragon is powerful, worthy of his position.

“So what’s like to be the Commander of the Imperial Dragon Guard?” Ozgol asks Spyridon

“What’s it’s like in Minroz, you say?” Aigiarn reply to Matthew, giving him her cheeky grin “well, I can tell you that my people live a well-off lifestyle as a whole; even they’re from the lower-class, whom at the same level as First World middle class. Thanks to our advances in national developments, including free healthcare, advanced technologies and free education. Also we mostly benefit from our near-limitless deposits of natural resources, being a massive empire and all. Partly we don’t spend them like crazy; we’re not like Saudi Arabia who invested more into luxuries rather than improving the country’s welfare.

In short, Life in Minroz is quite easy-going where every species and cultures in which makes up our Empire getting along with each other in harmony, except…” she paused “in certain cases which concerns the government. My father the Emperor is more focusing on stabilising the country, rather than aggressive expansionism. Historically, we incorporated many nations in our dominion, whether by force or we let them join us, certain ethnic groups hold grudges against each other out of ancient vendetta. There’s a reason we’re often considered…as a military dictatorship by outsiders.”

"It's good. Important work." Spiridon replied "I have to choose the recruits and see to it that they are trained properly. At times of hostility The Guard is posted at points around Beeching house to deter attackers and at those times I oversee all of their work personally. But That's really only my Second Job."

"The Trouble is, it's so much easier to judge from the outside with no context. I've seen nations doing what I thought were the most beastly things. But from the inside I saw that was what they needed to survive" Matthew said "So you're a Multiversal Empire? Plenty of elbow room then. We've got plans for becoming something like that in the future, though mostly in our own Universe"

“Then what’s your real job actually?” Ozgol asks sounding curious

Aigiarn sighs “I guess you’re right. It’s too easy to judge others based on their looks. Indeed, we are the Multiversal Empire of our own universe and we have to make do with what we have. Our expansion isn’t always benevolent…not since my great grandfather the Eleventh Emperor of Minroz.”

“Say, how many dimensional worlds Floor Kippers possess?” she inquire to the king. “Minroz possess about fifty to be exact.”

"I am rule of Dragonkind on this world" Spiridon said Proudly "I am the Alpha Dragon"

"One" Matthew said "And that's Shared with Warhaven. Two if you count the Asteroid in E-Space where this nation, and indeed this planet discovered the Multiverse"

“Fascinating,” Hu cannot find words but he utters “umm, how can I address you Lord Spyridon?”

“So, I presume being the ruler is not a fun job,” Ozgol smirks “Loads and loads of paperwork is it. I can testify about that especially my father the Emperor hates paperwork, he prefers to do things direct.”

“Ah, I see. Perhaps we can discuss about it like trade deals between our Dimensional colonies and yours. By the way, what are your nation top exports and imports?” Aigiarn spoke

"Just Spiridon will do. Well as 99% of the dragons in the world live in the Bearing Mountains to the west of here My job is quite easy. The Paper work is waived for myself because I lack the ability to do it" Spiridon said "Because I have no hands and I cannot write in english"

"Now I can answer that" Nigel said "Our Top Export is Transport. Trains, Boats, road transport, Planes. We build 'em all and we do it best. We even built the Flying Aircraft Carriers for the EDF and we're looking into moving on to spacecraft. Our Biggest Import therefore is the various metals needed"

[Minroz]

“Oh, sorry about that.” Ozgol apologises, feeling embarrassed

“Transports eh, we can arrange that, our private enterprises are looking for good-quality products like yours. We build flying aircraft carriers too.” Aigiarn smiles “Our alloys are second-to-none in our world, perhaps the toughest metal in the universe. We slap them on our naval warships. In fact, we’re quite very rich in minerals resources.”

She continues “Our top exports are natural gas, petroleum and petroleum products, while our imports are capital goods mainly.”

"No reason to be sorry" Spiridon said "Very few Dragons can write in english. We have our own Language, Draconik."

"Toughest in the Universe Eh? Well We'd best get some to compare it with our own Super Alloy, Rotex" Nigel said "After transport the joint first export is Foodstuffs. Vegetables mostly, GM Foods have given the Agricultural sector a huge boost."

“I see. Spyridon, I’m how did your people became part of Floor Kippers?” Ozgol asks

“Is that a challenge of our alloys, eh?” Aigiarn smirks cheekily “Don’t mind we do that once we’re done with the meetings and all. We’re quite looking forward to sharing our technical knowledge.”

She continues “Our agriculture is like that too. GM Foods have given the Agricultural sector a huge boost, but we prefer to keep it for ourselves because of our massive population. Our diet is often supplemented with synthetic and vat-grown foods to keep up with our population. Though, our synthetics are improving at constant rate."

"Many Thousands of years ago My Species Ruled this earth as an Empire." Spiridon said "And the center of the Dragon Empire was based in the Bearing Mountains. When the empire collapesed due to the dissapearence of The God and Goddess in charge those dragons that survived Retreated into the Weyrs in the mountains. The Floor Kippers Simply Founded itself around us"

"Well we only have a Population of around 5 Billion to feed" Nigel said "What we don't need is shipped away to those in more need of it. We are looking into Synthetic foods for when we begin to construct Our Empire. But for the time being we're enjoying ourselves with normal food."

“Interesting history you’ve told.” Hu remark

“While we Minrozians, well, the Marmarrians (Mongolians) in particular who are descendants of the formidable warrior nomads who conquered half of my homeworld two thousand years ago, nowadays we took pride in it as their descendants, trying to emulate our tribal ancestors.” Ozgol explains “following by melding into a mighty coalition with other nomadic tribes and sedentary kingdoms we encountered.”

“Minroz today is like a melting-pot.” Hu affirms

“Ah I see, though normal fresh foods are quite expansive back in the motherland but they’re quite plentiful.” Aigiarn comments “Nigel, how’s the current political situation in the Floor Kipper’s Parliament, nothing troublesome I presume.”

"The Floor Kippers itself is known as the Genetic Melting pot, just down to the sheer number of different Species Living here." Spiridon said "All Mixing together. You get to see some beautiful Hybrids, Like the Deputy Prime Minister's Children, a Mix of Neko and Human/Humanoid Wolf Hybrid. They're the cutest little things."

"Politically Things are as solid as a rock" Nigel said "No Dissidents no disgruntled minorities. We've had some Outside trouble recently, the return of an Evil Dragon Goddess, but that's sorted now."

“Just like the Motherland, although in terms of ethnicity and species.” Hu remark

“Hmm, I think I know the reason why my father is interested in Floor Kippers.” Ozgol said

"Hmm, Your Father Sounds like a clever man." Matthew said "Still If I were in his position I would keep an even closer eye on the chancellor, a restricted man with his sort of veiws can often be a dangerous and unpredictable hazard"

“Umm, no, if you put it that way; my father is more a soldier than a scientist.” Ozgol respond

“He already is; he had spies in the chancellors’ goons in case they don’t do anything rash. Although my country is a Semi-constitutional monarchy with dashes of theocracy, our constitution is fairly weak giving a lot of leeway to the Emperor, in theory he answers to no one but the Heavens. My father is not a type to be a petty tyrant, knowing him, he only does so with reason or if the situation calls for it. Though he runs the government like a military unit, he tends to execute corrupt government officials, with trail or no trail. He ruled the nation to what he sees fit. We have a parliament called the Kurultai, but unlike in Floor Kippers, they tend to obey the Emperor’s decrees like the old days. We only set up the parliament to help run the Empire better.” Aigiarn explains
