That takes balls, and you've got them.
All was dark when the armies surrounded the town. There was little bloodshed as they swept in, and they quickly took control. "Success," said a communicator, "a base has been established."
OOC:There. Now, we'll wait for UK to catch up.

You could hear Monoffians cheering.

OOC: Since that is less than 2% of my nations total population, it is being reasonable. The United States of America, at one time, had 8,000,000 of its people deployed overseas. My population is 6.3 times the current population of the USA. In the late 1930's to the early 1940's, I would expect that the USA was far less than the current population of the USA. When my mother was born in 1951, the world population was only 3 to 4 billion people.

OOC:Ya, but that was during a rough wartime economy, i bet. I doubt if you could maintain that.

Monoff wrote:Monoff began its largest independent military build up since Worlds war 2. People were lined up for miles at recruiting stations. Mostly Nazarene Christian. There was to the amazement of most Monoffian a large amount of people from other religion joined. Mostly for the pay. Soldiers were deployed to maintain control over cities. Militias from Villages joined soldiers and the borders of Monoff became Militarized.

OOC: There is virtually no bureaucracy in my nation because Chancellor Princess Adena Ryokun, Archbishop of Linistea, is the Military Commander and anything she wants done by the military will be done. Even drafts, if necessary.

Months, even years with a modern military. the US had 5% in the military in the 1940's. That is in no way a viable example now. Technology and expenses have skyrocketed since then. Gone are the days of pumping fighters off the assembly lines every couple minutes. Gone are the days where a tank cost 450,000 (adjusted for inflation). Deploying a military that large would take a massive amount of time. In Militarism be Damned, I've only been able to deploy a little over 450,000 men, and its been a whole month. 30,000,000 would be like the U.S. saying its entire military (including reserves) was already on a boat towards China, and would arrive soon. It just can't be done.

((OOC: Even without a bureaucratic system, it would take thousands of workers toiling around the clock for days to fuel, repair and launch the vessels needed to carry that many troops out of your nation, not to mention the great big chunk of the economy it would eat up requisitioning, packaging and transporting the millions of tonnes of petrol, food supplies, ammunition and other supplies needed for such a voyage.))

OOC: There is absolutely no bureaucracy, so whatever the Chancellor wills is what shall be done. Also, expense are not an issue. South East Europe has spent virtually all of it's military funding to deploy all of the soldiers and will not be funding any other aspect of this war. There will be no extractions of any soldiers, only extractions of innocent Catholics. $118,000,000,000 would be able to do this.

Belovika Kaufmann stayed in his royal church. “Why do they defy us?” He said to other clergy man. Soldiers surrounded this church.

There are no military vehicles, only the ones to extract innocent Catholics and they are each provided with food supplies for a week. Any thing else that they require can be pillaged from any building. Any military vehicles have been taken from other militants by force.

And it doesn't matter whether there's a bureaucracy or not. Just getting men onto ships, and transporting would be a NIGHTMARE. Consider that a large transport ship could carry a few thousand men. That would mean that you would need 10,000 transports. It would take weeks just to get men on the ships. Also, how do you already have men in his nation? Don't tell me you just auto spawned.
I'd like to point you to these three threads:

((OOC: So you're going to essentially drop off thirty million troops in Monoff with no supply routes, air cover, strategic bombardment or anything? You do realize that, in theory, all Monoff needs to do to win against you is hide in the mountains/jungle/whatever rough terrain he has, engage in geurilla-style conflict for a few months and wait until your soldiers run out of petrol, bullets or spare tires, then massacre them on a huge scale?))
