Within any given prison in Cohokia, there are designated places of worship which are not specific to any religion, however.

The Council of Twelve has decreed that all prisoners are (collectively) to take a one day supervised pilgrimage to The Temple of The Architect, located in The Lake of Life. This pilgrimage will take place on the sixth day of the sixth month, and as always, ceremonies shall begin on the sixth hour. The largest prisoner pilgrimage brought a crowd of 40,000.

A service for the Church of Vazeckta, the nation's largest religion, every Sunday, which prisoners may attend. If the prisoner is of another religion, they may have a religious text from their religion, provided it is brought to them by family or paid for.

Yes, this is protected under "Freedom to the Right of Religion" thus because all of the 5 "C" Stage jail have onduty religious leaders if need be by that religion. The Island where "L" stage jail is houses a multi-religion building where you may go to pray and whatever you wish to whenever in the day.

We have no prisons. Criminals are rehabilitated in society. You can't make good citizens by isolating people from society.

In very rare cases - and there are none at present - a very dangerous criminal might be plced under house arrest, with an ankle bracelet to monitor his compliance. If he wanted to go to church, or anywhere else, he would have to apply to the court for permission and the court would probably require him to be escorted.

Those serving custodial sentences are permitted to practice their religion as long as it does not interfere with custodial procedure. Chaplains are on hand in rehabilitation centres and group worship sessions are set up for most faiths represented among the offender population.

It depends on the crime, but prisons do have religious facilities for all faiths, except Scientology (because of Minoan law).

All prisons are built with both a Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox chruch attatched. Though you are not forced to go to one over the other, church is mandatory. Any who do not go are given between 1-3 months in "The Hole"

Religious leaders may visit prisoners, and offer services in the prison chapel if they wish. All prisons have a non-denominational chapel for any religion to offer services in.
National Parliament/Congress is called the Alþing. Each of the 18 constituent republics has its own Þing. Our national head leader is called the "Lawgiver".
We speak an language called Yggandan or Pacific Norse. The latter name hints at our background- descendents of Norse settlers that didn't just reach Vinland, but crossed the ithsmus of Panama and struck out for the Pacific! (Not the most realistic scenario, but I don't really care).

We have no prisons. Captured dissidents are free to pray any way they like, or not pray at all, as they're thrown into the smelting pit. We don't care as long as their metal still melts.

We provide temples, churches, and mosques within our prison compounds.
It ensures that the prisoners are still allowed to pray just like anyone else.

Similar situation in Vudnia. Believing in religion is considered a sign of mental disorder and we seek to cure as many mentally disturbed people as possible.

All prisons have multipurpose rooms that may be used for religious services, and ministers of various faiths frequently volunteer to provide for the religious needs of inmates. Prison libraries generally have copies of holy books available for prisoners to read. Attendance at services is not compulsory. Non-violent, low risk offenders used to be allowed to attend services at local places of worship outside the prison grounds with the accompaniment of a guard, but this program was judged too expensive and scrapped six years ago.

It depends on how high a security level the prison is. At the maximum level, no, prisoners cannot go to religious worship. At the minimum level, they would be allowed to go to the religious worship service of their choice. Or none.

Religion is illegal here, infact if you want to leave the prison camp to go to a religious event then its probably the reason you wound up there in the first place.

The freedom to practice religion is a right guranteed by our Constitution for all citizens. If a prisoner wishes to attent services of his or her religion, they may of course attend them on prison grounds. By strongly urging our convicts to go to religious services, we have a found a slight (yet growing) decrease in repeat offenders.

Well, despite being a nation that favors Christianity over other religions, we have no issue with recognizing other beliefs. If the crime is not to serious, then we will allow the prisoner to attend church outside of prison. If he is a dangerous criminal or cannot be trusted, the prison facility usually contains a church for them to go to.

Every prison in Voerdeland has its own chapel, and almost every employs a chaplain. We understand the positive role of spirituality in rehabilitation.
And of course we allow prisoners to leave their cells, in fact, our penitentiary system tries to minimalise the amount of time spent there. Inmates are encouraged to work and to continue their education while incarcerated.

No churches or religions are recognized here. Any prisoner who wishes to try to leave his or her cell outside of the designated times will be doing so at their peril.

People living in rehabilitation centers or halfway houses may attend religious services within the community with a congregation of their choice (unless of course someone within that congregation has taken out a restraining order against them), while medium-security residential facilities have a multifaith house of worship comprising several chapels as part of the main premises, with services for most major religions made available at the appropriate days and times. Prisoners in those facilities who wish to participate in services of a religion not already represented may make a request to that end, and those requests are generally honored. Prisoners in the supermax (including Death Row) may bring a pastor, rabbi, imam, etc. to them (assuming the religious elder has a clean criminal record) but are generally not allowed out of their cells.
