A utopian government would give its citizens the most civil liberties and freedoms possible. It would also protect the vulnerable in society against the excesses of pure capitalism.

Conflict-lacking, crime-lacking, vegetation-abundant, peaceful, many civil liberties, freedoms, money-less (instead, people would work together for the greater common and individual good), etc. Basically, a flawless but improbable (and given human intuition, impossible) society.

They say communism is a utopian society. I do agree to that, but I do not think everyone is equal when it comes to societal roles.

I see it as an injustice to pay a lazy person who does not work at all the same amount as the person who did all the work. I do not see that as right.

The one who worked worked to earn it, the lazy bum deserves nothing because he did not work for it.

Here's you problem. The United States does strictly follow its constitution with very few variances. It is also, by its constitution, a democratic federal republic. All of the states are, by their constitutions, democratic republics.

Here's you problem. The United States does strictly follow its constitution with very few variances. It is also, by its constitution, a democratic federal republic. All of the states are, by their constitutions, democratic republics.

The U.S. was meant to be a consitutional republic. Nowhere does it say in the Constitution or Pledge of Allegiance the word democracy. The Founding Fathers feared democracy just as much as tyranny.

Also the Patriot Act, bail outs, and social welfare are unconstitutional.

In a Utopia, there is no need for a Goverment. So thats pretty much leading to a (Temporary) Peaceful Anarchy State, then One or Two Generations later the entire thing turns into the exact opposite, people organize and a Goverment is formed. Thus showing that the Utopia has failed, and Humans need Leadership, Unity, and Organization.

So yeah, there will be no Goverment AT ALL In a Utopia.

Sadly, society is not yet culturally or politically ready for Anarcho-Capitalism.

For Anarcho-Capitalism to work successfully, everyone needs to be a hard working, independent-thinking, person.
