It's a big mansion in the middle of Bulldog Nation (read my nation's Factbook - under "Marijuana" there is a small entry about it) anyway, no one is allowed in the mansion or even in Bulldog Nation unless they are in the High Council (which consists of only ten people) or if David Esax - my nation's ruler allows them to be there. Unless anyone is needed to be there, there are usually only the Jufoncian Bulldogs and the other animals that frolic freely among the lands. Also, Redford X (10) - the 10th descendant of the original Jufoncian Bulldog is the nation's current animal. The mansion is his and his own little family lives there with him. It cost over fifty million dollars to build this mansion and the roof of it is pure gold, nothing else. There is a ceremony held each year for Pot Spot, where Redford sniffs out five different bags of marijuana - whichever one he bites into, is the one that becomes the official marijuana strand for the High Council and the Royal Family that year. One month after that, there is only one hundred bags sold for two days straight - and usually only the rich can buy it. The starting bid is usually 1500 on each bag.
