We are deeply shocked and appalled by Karenytenia's decision to outlaw communism and socialism, as it would be an infringement to the fundamental rights of freedom of speech and expression. It is now apparent to us that Karenytenia is becoming more of a fascist state under their dictator Yarel Vyerelyn. As such, we would also welcome any Karenytenian exiles and political opponents in our country, and grant them the right to asylum.

Also, we've just received notice that the Hippostanian Army illegally massacred dozens of civilians protesting against the Vyerelyn regime. That horrible action is clearly unacceptable by our standards, as they are using flamethrowers and bombs against innocent people, including children. Despite their goal of "restoring peace and order to Karenytenia", the situation there has become more tense than ever, and we are absolutely more appalled at the horrible acts committed by both the Hippostanian and Karenytenian governments.

The regimental Atlas transports was getting readied for a deployment schedule in Karenytenia, an obscure place they never even heard of in their lives. However, it was not Karenytenia they were conducting this operation against, it was the Republic of Hippostania, a dear old paranoid schizophrenic friend of theirs. For this purpose, they had repainted their Atlas transports in Prussian-Steinbach livery, and with their best Karlslander immigrants by the radios, they would hope this force would sneak through the lines to their drop-points.
It would take a few stopovers for fuel in friendly air bases, but in a few days, they'd be over Karenytenia. They were kitted out with MBT LAW's and some of the MA-14's bought so long ago. If anyone was to stop those flame-tanks, it was the first, second and third Kaiserjäger regiments. Drop time was scheduled for Tuesday evening, and despite knowing that there was no extraction possible except maybe months and years later, they were quite positive as they finally had the chance to do some difference.

Mark Dennis slumped in his metal chair, he had turned off all the lights in his office save a lamp on his desk that gave the room a weak and depressing light. "What the fuck has that asshole Pitts done?" Mark said to himself as he rubbed his forehead in thought. Mark was torn at the moment, he remembered the emergency board meeting he called when he heard reports of the Hippostanian army commiting war crimes. Mark remembered the reports Tyslus agents, that were gathering intel for the Peacekeepers, sent. Mark remembered seeing the heat signatures from Tyslus spy sattelites that could only be missles carrying White Phosphorus detonating into a helpless crowd. Mark didn't want to sympathise with those goddamned leftist hippies in Karenytenia but he didn't want to help a war criminal as well. "Goddammit" Mark said to himself in a frusturated voice "I'm going to comprimise aren't I?" Mark hated having to comprimise, especially when it came to beating down the red menace. Mark booted up the computer on his desk and started typing messages to the Tyslus board of directors and to the international community.

In response to the events in Karenytenia, we are taking the decision to indentifinately suspend our diplomatic relations and introduce a trade embargo. We believed that our embassies were important lines of communication for diplomacy, but we have decided that we do not need this line of communication as the Hippostanian government refuses to negotiate with us.

The ArghNeedANamic embassy in Waverley will be vacated immediately. The ambassador Alexander Carrington, who is currently on holiday in Faransia, will be recalled. Any ArghNeedANamic citizens currently residing in Hippostania will be advised to return immediately and a travel warning will advise citizens to avoid all uncessary travel to Hippostania.

Conversely, we will expell the Hippostanian ambassador and diplomatic staff from the Hippostanian embassy in Ankh Morpork. The building will be vacated immediately and remain vacant for future diplomatic use. The government will provide the Hippostanian diplomatic staff a free and safe journey back home. A trade embargo will be enacted, barring trade in both directions. Furthermore, all Hippostanian assets in ArghNeedAName will be frozen.

They are also no match to interceptors and aerial superiority fighters which can easily take down stealth bomber. I also remind you that precision bombing with stealth bombers is extremely difficult if not impossible.

We are appalled and shocked at this breach of human rights and political freedoms in the Republic of Karenytenia through its banning of support, organisation, administration and existence of any leftwing party or organisation. This is a blatent act of rightwing totalitarianism launched on the people of this once proud nation. The governing body of the State Entity known as Karenytenia has shown its true colours, it is not a democratic force, acting on the wishes of the people, but a corrupt instrument of oppresion, used by the capitalist upper class to continue the active enslavement of the workers and their families to suit their own needs. Unless change is enacted immediately, Karenytenia faces the dire chance, of falling from the already hated capitalist regime, to a fascist dictatorship in a bid to secure their power. We accuse the Governing Body of restricting the people of this state, their right to free speech, and of commiting political espionage against all opposition and of the State of Hippostania, for using its Armed forces, to actively crush any movement that acts against their interests in the region. They have shown again, their disregard for democracy, peace and justice and we condemn the murders, carried out by their armed forces in the boundries of Karenytenia, and class them as an imperialistic act of the far right, in an attempt to crush the spirit of the people. We here by launch an embargo of trade on the Nations of Karenytenia and Hippostania, and globaly condemn them for their acts. We have dispatched a convoy of ships, under guard by elements of the third Huskari Naval force, to evacuate any citizens of Karenytenia that wish to evacuate the country and deliver them to the safety of the Huskar Social Union, or any other nation they wish to move to. Any attempt at blocking this convoy will be considered an act of aggression, and full military force will be used in retaliation against the aggressors.
