To an extent, yes. I mostly agree with the fourteenth amendment. It says every citizen is guaranteed life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Therefore abortion should be outlawed because everyone deserves a chance to live and having an abortion goes against the fourteenth amendment because it is taking the right away from someone who never got a chance to live.
Then, by your logic, LGBTs deserve to be able to get married, because keeping it illegal deprives us of our 14th Amendment right to the pursuit of happiness.
