To the Nations of the World,
As Astrolinium is a small but peaceful nation, we feel that it is in our best interests to establish good relations with nations much larger than our self. To that end, we ask that any nations interested in the establishment of an embassy to Astrolinium fill out the following form, and e-mail this to Secretary of Foreign Affairs Giovanni Romero at gromero@astrolinium.gov*. We also ask that you read and adhere to the rules and regulations for embassies located before the application.Thank you,

Rules and Regulations
Diplomatic Immunity
We adhere to the following table in regards to diplomatic immunity.

Extraterritoriality
As all foreign embassies are located in sections of the Embassy Center in the Town of Astrolinium, they are counted as private property being rented (except there's no rent to pay) by the nation that is present within them.
Staff
We ask that you limit diplomatic staff to a maximum of four, security staff to a maximum of six, and service staff to a maximum of ten.
Equipment and Vehicles
Automatic weapons, machine guns, armor-piercing weapons, and explosives are strictly prohibited. Semi-automatic weapons are fine.
All nations will be assigned one SUV and one town car, to be found in the parking lot outside of the Embassy Center.
Drug Laws
The following mind-altering substances are ILLEGAL in Astrolinium, and possession will result in immediate removal from the country. Note that this is not a comprehensive list, and cases of drugs used for religious purposes will be judged on a case-by-case basis and strictly controlled.

*Note that Cannabis, while not strictly illegal, does have strict laws regarding its import in order to discourage the influence of international cartels or something. I didn't write the law, I'm just the Secretary of Foreign Affairs. But I'd suggest that, if you want some, you buy it locally rather than importing it.
Other Notes
If your nation is anti-LGBT, do not bother applying.
If your nation is a member of the Stonewall Alliance, feel free to mention this, as fellow members are given special consideration in diplomacy.
If your nation has strong Roman heritage, please feel free to mention this and be considered for natio Romana status, which carries certain diplomatic benefits.
