Cyborg Holland, a nation steeped in sporting heritage, tradition and experience. A nation with 5 world cup qualifying under it belt (almost WC60). Two Summer Games, A winter games. Sport is in Cyborg Holland's blood, but we have never hosted. We know the ins and outs of hosting. We know about scorinators and cut-offs. We've done our own leagues before, in rugby, football, field hockey, cricket etc. We know how it works.

Cyborg Holland is a large island nation to the east of mainland Esportiva, population c. 120 million. It's capital is New Amzterdam (14 million). Other major cities include Eindhoven (9 million), Alkmaar (5.5 million) & Büllen (4 million). The land is stunning and the people are friendly, all football teams will feel right at home in our country. We are a free country, with free market, economy and laws. As our tourism motto says "Enjoy the journey"

Format

With the 16 teams I'm aiming for, it's going to be four groups of four, with top two qualifying for quarters. 20 will be Four groups of 5, with top two qualifying for quarters. 3 points

Scorination

Good ol' NSFS, with skill modifiers -5 to +5. RP bonuses will be 0-5, with two points for creativity, two for detail and one for grammar. As usual, quality not quantity. KPB will not be used. Otherwise I'd probably win!

The Grand Duchy of Licentiapacisterra is an island nation located in the region of Esportiva. It is ruled by Grand Duke Luke Thomas II, but he is merely a figurehead, albeit loved by Licentiapacisterrans. It is home to a population of 2,000,000 people, and a small minority of about 1000 ponies. It is a democracy, with the current leading party being the Licentiapacisterran Socialist Party (LSP), led by John Harrison.

When it comes to sport, Licentiapacisterrans are some of the most passionate in the world. The country has only recently emerged onto the national stage, but the country has prominent national leagues in association football, cricket, lacrosse and water polo, with smaller fanbases for basketball and American football. The Licentiapacisterran national football team, known as the Eagles or Cyan-and-Gold, are currently ranked 176th in the world, according to KPB rankings.

Despite the gargantuan size difference between our two proud nations, our people share one common ground. Sports. We hope to bring everything good about our nations, and Esportiva as a whole, by hosting these championships. We promise we can succeed.

Format

Will consist of three groups of six, with the top two qualifying instantly for the quarters. Then the two best placed third placed teams will get in as well. Then proceed with normal knock-outs.

Scorination:

Will be done by NSFS, the latest version of course. I will do Groups A & C, and Licentiapasstria will take group B. Then Quarters and Semis will be split evenly, then Licentiapasstria will have the final, and me, the 3PPO.

Experience:

As mentioned before of Cyborg Holland's part. Licentiapasstria has recently successfully held the 4th edition of the Quidditch World Cup.
