Although, instead of just the looks, we are kind of roleplaying in that tech period. It is like a blend of Steampunk, Dieselpunk, and 1870-1940s tech. I might allow for some fantasy if some people really want that kind of stuff- but not to far off.

It's actually either a large peninsula or a small subcontinent (like India) and quite large, too -- about the size of the bottom "triangle" part of India, or about the size of mainland Europe from about Germany to Britain and the Iberian Peninsula. The climate varies between Mediterranean and Subtropical. Here's a pic of it here, and, so long as you don't have a problem with me using it, I'm pretty decent at Photoshop and it shouldn't be too hard for me to graft it on. The nations that border it to the north are made up by me and never mentioned IC anywhere except on the actual map, so those are easily thrown out or replaced. There are also two small island colonies that are not pictured.



If everything sounds OK, I'll commence with the grafting

I've used that mapgen before! OK, working on matching mine to yours, then onto the grafting, then onto the steampunkification
