You're trying to be too cute about it. "We won't comment (because it's obvious how we're noncompliant)" is not a serious defence. Your actions speak loud enough on this one, though all your screaming to the rooftops helped a bit as well.

OOC: So you have no evidence at all. I'll pretend to be shocked. Not commenting on allegations of noncompliance being evidence of noncompliance is quite the take; I suppose a judge should convict every person that pleads the Fifth. Furthermore, opposing a resolution doesn't equate a pledge to not comply with it. Or does it? In that case, almost every nation is a bunch of criminals in violation of WA law. Well, that'd make for an interesting story.

OOC: This compliance argument is becoming a threadjack. A thread on a repeal is not the place to discuss a non-author's compliance with the repeal's target, or throw accusations around; though Pope could've perhaps given literally any response other than the single most guilty-sounding one on the books ("You don't have any evidence and you can't prove anything!" is very different from "I am innocent and I didn't do it!" - to the point where it's almost begging to be challenged.). Let's all get back on topic please, huh?
