[Legality Question] EDIT: Answered

More of a question than challenge. Noticed this lurking in the submissions list:

Electric Cars

Category: Environmental
Industry Affected: Automotive

Recognizing that vehicles made by automotive companies move by burning oil which causes severe health problems and also long-term environmental problems like global warming etc.

Believing that this has become worse over the past years because the staggering amount of greenhouse gases produced by the cars

Concerned that there has been a little to none done about this problem

Acknowledging that we have done a mistake and we should be committed to change from our old ways

Hereby,

Requires all WA nations to do their part by convincing their automotive companies to produce more electric cars than ordinary cars and also establish charging stations for the electric cars

In Conclusion, this GA resolution not only helps the environment but also helps the economy of each WA nations and help the people of each nation to live longer and happier.

I thought that using "we" was considered branding? It's been treated like that in many, many cases, yet this was let through. What's different between the various attempts?

In my opinion, "we" means "the World Assembly's member states." Thus, it's legal.

Context. In this case it can reasonably be taken as meaning "We, the members of the WA".

It's not an ideal use of a pronoun in legislation, but it's really not branding per se. Nobody is branded, and the context isn't the Royal We that would create one.
