We are currently at 44 teams, so that means I can't reliably do my double group stage proposal without using too many matches. I will cutoff here, however, unless between now ans the group stage draw we get 4 entrants. Just as when I answered Graint, I would use 4 groups of 11, one matchday per cutoff, and then let the top 4 teams enter the Round of 16. Everything thread will come up tonight my time.
