Once again, Jamie will be the one getting the charter, please. Anna, in her natural emotions, is absolutely fine with it and she was the one to give.

There have been no open charter requests this week, so we will let two additional *Q* drivers into the field.

I can't exactly say that I'm ready.. But is this open for driver submissions throughout the season? I'd love to make use of any extra Q spots.. At least for a limited set of races. :)

Hello! There are not actually any open spots in the series at this time. At best, you or anyone else could see if a participating nation wanted to allow a driver of theirs to have a one-off race as an open charter driver.

That's what I meant, a one-off 'Open Charter' race. I could have sworn open charters were open to outside nations at one point. But no worries. I don't have a concept in mind and am so rusty at racing that I don't mind sitting out. :D

So if anyone has wondered about my absence in the last few days - especially during this time, I have been in the hospital since late Thursday night due to the pneumonia I have been dealing with. I don't know when I'll be back, but I'll be back.

I'd like to formally apologize to TJUN-ia as at least, in my mind, I fear I took that storyline a touch too far. A lot of it has reflected the negative mood I have been in lately, and I don't want to take my anger out on any of you or your characters.

You came to visit us? I live on the St Lawrence River nowadays, and I promise it's much nicer in the summer.
