NOTE: Only post in this thread if you're one of the two hosts or was one of the invited teams.
So, time passed and things didn't go really the best on the Qualifiers, right? You either don't feel like you put your best, didn't have the luck on the draw or scores were just unfair to you? Well, buckle up. It's not like the guys on the other tournament know what they're losing anyway. You, on the other hand, got an opportunity. An opportunity that doesn't pop up every time. Instead of playing at some frozen frostbites or a random Rushmori country, you earned a pretty nice ticket to the nicest places in the globe! That's right, you got a ticket to play at Northern Sunrise and Red Blackiland. And no, no refunds.
The Cup of Harmony has been a long running event where teams that were left out of the World Cup for god knows what reason have the chance to still display their craft, leave with some nice points on their ranks and maybe even a trophy or two. Hmmm-hmmm! And what better places to play such an event than the colourful states up on Esportiva, am I right? Sit back, relax... and then play the games because this isn't just a glorified vacation!
As you've noticed, this tournament had some obtuse numbers. We'll have a total of 9 groups: 2 with 5 teams and the other 7 with 4. Play-off qualifiers will be as this:
The leaders from the groups of 4 teams plus the best leader from the groups of 5 teams will be one side, while the other side will consist of the other 5-team group leader, both runner ups from the 5-team groups and the five best runner-ups from the 4-team groups. Cut-offs will be at 21:00, UTC -3:00.
