My gosh, it's about time for another one of these isn't it?

An introduction: Rugby in NS is not too different from football/soccer, in that a scorinator is used to generate scores based on roleplaying bonuses etc etc, read the stickies.

We have a ranking system, made and kept updated (although not all that promptly) by me that takes into account 3 previous world cup results to help reward regulars and stuff. If you have a better system then please suggest/use it.

Eligible voters for hosting are those who are members of the International Rugby League Committee, created prior to the last tournament. I'm not sure of exactly who the current members are but it is those who posted rosters in the last two world cups (unless there are IC reasons not to).

So get signed up for the 6th Rugby League World Cup.

I am not in the position right now to go about hosting things, but if nothing has happened by February then I might put one in.
