As per yesterday's RP, Justin Zheng is now a free agent! He would prefer to go to another top league around the level of the LBL, and he would also want to be the ace on whatever team he ends up on, so keep that in mind. TG me if you're interested!

God, I hate not being able to RP, but senior year of high school doesn't mess around.

High School should be some of the best years of your life.

Personally, my senior year was the easiest of the four. Of course, if you're talking about non-school activities taking up time, then its a little different.

I'm talking about work and scholarships, mostly.

Super-Llamaland, what did you think of the Unicorns bid to get Justin Zheng?

Thought we could do a Strawbee after beating Drawkland in MD25, but the losses in the next two games sealed our fate. Posting an exit RP within the next two days :P

Apologies if I haven't RPd much in my return, though I will be back next edition with a different puppet. My RP idea with Ajian Empire really didn't pan out.

Hey, Equestrian States, what happened to the colored text showing who was qualified and who was eliminated?

It's not in the todays game days but it was in the yesterdays game days.

I didn't have time to run through all of the tables and figure out all the scenarios last night, so I just posted the results. I have since done the calculations and have updated the last MD's results post.

By my math, you're actually not quite officially eliminated yet, as you could qualify by going unbeaten with Drawkland going winless and then beating Drawkland head-to-head on MD30 by more than 9 runs. Now, that's statistically very unlikely, but it is technically possible.

Ok, cool. Thanks.

It is great for me, I just haven't ha enough time to RP because of a combination of things. I decided to take a lot of AP to save money on college, but the workload is unbearable at times. I get home from school, go immediately to work, get home, work on homework until 11 or 12, and then go to bed, repeat. Senior year has been worth it though.

So, it appears I still hold favor with Margaret, somehow. Might just put up something for the playoffs so I don't leave Anthor out to dry.

This is not a place to discuss friendlies. It is to discuss the World Baseball Classic or things relevant to it, which even the posts above yours were, as they were in regards to why some nations were not to RP as much as they wanted. Speaking of RP, I noticed very, very little actual contribution from you in regards to actually roleplaying in this tournament.

If you want to play Cosumar, how about TG'ing him* about it instead.

*- Apologies in advance to Cosumar.

Meanwhile Margaret has decided that I pay my debts for my undeserved runs in WBCs 28 and 31

You don't know who the mighty Margaret is? You better pray for her forgiveness now, or you will be her next victim!

Margaret, in NS Sports folklore (used more commonly in the World Cup, but references are everywhere), is the Goddess of Scores. She controls all things random in the scorination of scores. When you need a good result, you pray to Margaret. If you believe you are on her bad side, you pray for forgiveness. Or offer up a sacrifice to her majesty.

The traditional sacrifice for Margaret on the WBC circuit is ducks, as of the miracle at the pond in WBC 35. This is because one of the only RPs by The Great Pond was a one liner about their team being nicknamed that Ducks. That post is here: viewtopic.php?p=27497645#p27497645
