The 6th Champions’ League: The number of teams allowed is determined according to the association coëfficient ranking, with the following distribution:

• Associations ranked 1–4 (Audioslavia, Nephara, Vilita, and Valanora) are allowed to enter four teams.
• Associations ranked 5–8 (Brenecia, Banija, Zwangzug, and Eura) are allowed to enter three teams.
• Associations ranked 9–33 (Farfadillis, Eastfield Lodge, Pasarga, Siovanija and Teusland, Turori, Savojarna, Valladares, Taeshan, Kelssek, Ko-oren, Chromatika, Abanhfleft, Schottia, Crystal Empire, Astograth, Poafmersia, Darmen, Squornshelan Remnant States, Mercedini, Mriin, Equestria, Cosumar, Flavovespia, and Græntfjall) are allowed to enter two teams.
• Associations ranked 34 and below, and unranked associations, are allowed to enter one team.

Special considerations:

• Raynor City United and Spartangrad are assured places in the Champions’ League group stage. If either fails to qualify for the Champions’ League through their domestic league, their association will receive an additional place. If either qualifies for the Challengers Cup, their Challengers Cup place will be vacated.
• V-League: Has six places. Vilita must enter at least three teams into the Champions’ League and Turori must enter at least one.
• Shango-Fogoa Premier League: Has five places. Banija must enter at least two teams and Farfadillis must enter at least one.
• United League: Has four places. Equestria and Crystal Empire must each enter at least one team.
• Ancherion Super League, Liga Sureste del Melayu: Each has two places, which must be filled by their two primary associations.
• Because Freeport (ranked 21st) is a secondary association and the United League may only register two primary associations, 33rd-ranked Græntfjall is allotted a second place in the Champions’ League.

The 6th Challengers Cup: Every association is allowed to enter three teams. Multiassociational leagues with two primary associations may enter six teams, of which no more than four may be from the same association; associations ranked 1–4 (including Vilita) must enter at least two teams each, and associations ranked 5–12 must enter at least one team each.

Prediction: They can beat the best on their day – their Challengers Cup run was proof of that – it's whether or not they can do it consistently. Always is with Casuals, though. 6th

Unless, of course, it leads to a fight with the manager, who decides to decamp to Stanton...and now you know the rest of the story. Still, forty million argentals on a striker says something.

Prediction: Upside: Alun Belmwr. Downside: Yet another new manager. Must improve, surely? 4th

Their property empire includes a litany of government contracts that have led to the nation having probably the best social housing stock in Calania. They're also not afraid to splash the cash on the team, as anyone who remembers the Tigers teams of the past will attest.

Prediction: Bob O'Neill has gone, with a boot-room promotion for reserve team coach Mark Russell. I believe the phrase is “It's a bold strategy, Cotton...” 7th

Final Site Election

Six football associations (Commonwealth of Baker Park, Tikariot, Audioslavia, Ko-oren, Valanora, and Vilita) expressed their interest in hosting this edition's final and sent their bids, with all of them being accepted by the Organizing Committee. This time, one delegate representing each of the six bids was invited to a meeting in the Valladar exclave of Junín, where they were stripped of all their money and belongings and left to fend for themselves in the closed city, with the mission to find a way how to make the 2,500-kilometre trip west to the headquarters of the Valladar Football Association in the outskirts of Metropolis to both recover their valuables and also win the hosting rights. While some delegates opted to get temporary poorly-paid jobs, and some others chose to sit down on a street and beg passer-bys for Points in the hopes of gathering enough money to buy a plane or TAV (rail) ticket to the Valladar capital, the delegate from Baker Park preferred to set off and make the long journey to Metropolis on foot. Eventually, after more than a month of journey through Electrum, Río Oscuro, and the harshness of the heights of the Ituyán mountain range, and enduring hunger, pain, fatigue, suffering, and even humiliation, the delegate managed to reach the VFA headquarters before everyone else. Therefore, the rights to host the fifty-third Cup Winners' Cup final were awarded to BBP National Stadium in Belle Haven, Baker Park (cap. 74,000).

It looked almost certain as if we were about to experience the same final in back to back cycles, but like they had done the previous round, Energija Chernovets managed to come back against Audioslavia opposition in Audioslavia to advance on away goals to face the newly Champions' League crowned Raynor City United in Istria. Ninety minutes was not enough for the sides and they were equal in the extra half hour as well, until spotkicks were used to decide the winner, with Energija Chernovets edging out the Vanorian champions, to lift their first ever AOCL title and first for Siovanija and Teusland. All entrants into the next AOCL must have won their nation's league or be the highest placed team of their association in a multiassociation league, with the exception of Energija Chernovets who are guaranteed a spot in the next AOCL first round. Should they fail to qualify directly, Siovanija and Teusland will be granted a second spot.
