Unfortunately, in order to make the reports 100% automated (where all I have to do is click the refresh button), I had to cancel the reporting service for everyone. Furthermore, if someone wants a report done, they'll have also be using one of our other services such as opening an investment or credit account.

The best news is that all I have to do is click refresh all and copy & paste it here. The not-so-good news is that I had to change everything to do it but I think automation proved to be worth it.
