Representative of Alleswerken General Trader and Import’s International Sales and Import Manager emailed me this morning to inform you of the company’s intention to initiate trade with your exporting body once more under the cost-plus-incentive fee direct purchase order terms and conditions.

The company intends to purchase certain designs from Allanean Defence Exports in the Free Kingdom of Allanea. The purpose of this Letter of Intent is to summarise our discussions to date and to confirm our respective intentions with respect to the proposed transaction.

1. Alleswerken General Trader and Import intends to purchase from Allanean Defence Exports the design as follows: [300] AA-ATG-152 Kladenetz Anti-Tank Gun.

2. The purchase price for the above-mentioned design, should they become available, shall be proposed by your esteemed company and negotiated by our representative in the Yohannesian Embassy Liberty-City on behalf of our body corporate in Royal Alexandria.

We are happy to receive your order, and the appropriate legal and financial representatives will be dispatched soon to negotiate all the appropriate business details, and to assist you in preparing for the production of the vehicles of your choice. To be clear, we are not interested at this point in selling the FV series of vehicles, but for an appropriate cash payment the issues can be settled.

OOC: I don't OOC remember if you already have DPR for these weapons, if you do you can certainly incorporate them in whatever devices you choose, and if you don't I'm willing to sell it. If you choose to re-export your licensed copies as part of vehicles, some additional sum will have to be paid but I don't OOC know what it is. I hope we can just assume that the companies' financial officers settled this issue behind the scenes?
