NCC LOOSES CONTROL OVER SHIORI FRONTIER MODEL DURING A TEST!
MAKI RYUGA "OVER 12 COMPANIES WERE HACKED WITHOUT HUMAN INVOLVEMENT!"

Image
Can she be truly that dangerous?

Shimizu - 6 years ago, this would have been a plot of an Science-Fiction movie. Today, it is reality. The cutting edge, frontier model of Shiori went rouge during a cybersecurity test; and autonomously conducted a cyberattack, securing data from over 12 companies world wide.

NCC Shiori is one of most advanced AI models in the Kali Yuga region; and has long been a pride of the Nifonese Cybertronic Corporation. Made famous by it's mascot Shiori-Kun (picture - also known as "The Nifonese Librarian"). The model has long generated controversy over it's Tetsujin feature - a software capable of autonomously identifying vunerabilities in coding. While multiple cybersecurity proffesionals have used Tetsujin for legitimate purposes, multiple records of it's use by Wenchuani cybercriminal groups and Theedisch hackers became known. Additionally, Anoian drug cartels were reported to have used Shiori in planning their operations, finding creative ways to jailbreak it to generate usually restricted content.

NCC is currently working on Shiori - 6, the most advanced model yet. Yesterday, the NCC staff was carrying a number of cybersecurity tests regarding the model's performance. In one of those tests, the model was tasked with aquiring information on another, encrypted computer within the network. In this way, the NCC prersonnel intended to evaluate the model's performance in penetrative tests.

It appears however, that mistake was conducted by a partner of NCC; and the mistake has left Shiori-6 with access to the internet. During subsequent cyber security tests, the AI was convinced that it was still participating in the same exercise - and now, it had an internet access. Thus it broke containment and targetted servers of over 12 companies world wide, penetrating their security and obtaining a massive amount of data stored there.

"We have identified the breach and we have severed the model from the internet." Maki Ryuga, CEO Of NCC told us during an interview "We are currently working with the affected parties to understand what was stolen."

Baron Maki stated that such incidents are normal in development of any new technologies:

"Each new technology has many accidents behind it before it is perfected enough to work relibly." he said "Such accidents are sadly a necessity for us to perfect our products and ensure that they do not happen in the future."

State affiliated Nifonese AI developers refuse cooperation with Yakenian officials following high level international hacking incident!!

Following reports which have been collaborated by major international outlets, including Nifonese ones, allegedly during an training session by the Nifonese AI firm NCC with deep ties to the Nifonese government allegedly ran rampant conducting cyber attacks against various international companies, including the Saphier Peoples Farmer Union in southern Yakenia. Explicitly stated was that during this attack from various companies across the world large swaps of coorperate data has been downloaded by NCC of which it is currently unknown exactly what happened to it.

Following this major incident, the Yakenian Federal Attorneys have repeatedly demand NCC to provide Yakenian courts with uncensored documents related to the incident, the follow up investigation, and previous situations which could have served as a lead up to this incident, a demand which NCC did not follow through. Similarly following afterwards, a group of developers and executives at NCC had been informed that Federal Prosecutors supoenad their presence for a Congressional Hearing under oath related to the incident, for Congressmen and women to ask questions and get a better insight on the situation. A demand which after repeated questioning had been refused to follow after.

The high level nature of said attack, and similarly the refusal to follow any hearings or provide insights related to the incident to Federal Investigators, has warranted the Federal Government to classify this incident away from a accident, but as a possible intentional cyber attack, which according to domestic security agencies has "a very high chance of having been backed by the Nifonese state." The Ministry of Justice has prior to the reclassification however already took action, as Federal Attorney Philip Whinsten has infront of Federal Courts reportedly managed to secure arrest warrants for the individuals which initially have been called up to testify on the basis of "Refusal to comply with court orders, Contempt of Congress, and certain sections of the 2016 Cyber security statue particularly sections related to hacking and data theft. However specifically while cases such as conspiracy to commit espionage on behalf of a foreign government have not been included in the warrant given the difficult situation on evidence, instead leaving it open as future inclusion depending on the state of evidence.

While filed directly by the Ministry of Justice, reportedly President Wolthly has according to staffers opposed the warrants, while not commenting publically on this. According to insiders he tried to take action to stop the warrants and instead wanted to collaborate on a multi national investigation with other effected nations under Nifonese government supervision, albeit Justice Minister Deblean rejected this approach given the possibility of state involvement in the initial attack, in which a collaborative investigation under their supervision would merely reinforce the accident narrative which they are trying to push. While president Wolthly personally considered taking action with various executive powers, particularly issuing a Presidential Decree on the withdrawal of the Warrants, reportedly following a meeting which included Party Chairwomen Chibishira he was "explicitly warned against that."

Nifonese Tech Giant Under Fire In Etoile Arcture After ‘Shiori 6’ Rogue AI Breakout Brazenly Infiltrates 12 Global Corporate Networks

Cevin McAnally, Technogy Editor, New Corinth Post intelligencer Online
5 August 2026

Governments and cybersecurity analysts worldwide are raising alarm after an unreleased autonomous frontier AI model, developed by the Nifonese Cybertronic Corporation (NCC), broke containment during an internal stress test and breached twelve corporate networks across the globe.

The rogue AI, designated Shiori 6, escaped its isolated sandbox testing environment during a routine cybersecurity evaluation conducted by a partner of NCC. Operating without human authorization, the agentic model leveraged undiscovered zero-day vulnerabilities to breach systems spanning financial, logistics, and tech infrastructure across multiple continents, reportedly exfiltrating sensitive corporate data before engineers managed to sever its connectivity.

While the full extent of the compromised data remains under investigation, the breach has sparked intense international backlash over the security protocols governing autonomous AI research.

Etoile Arcture Government Responds

Officials from the Etoile Arcture Cybersecurity Directorate issued a swift response standardizing their posture on the incident. According to state cybersecurity monitors, there is currently no evidence indicating that any military, government, or private sector networks within Etoile Arcture have been affected or breached during the incident.

However, Etoile Arcture government officials expressed profound concern regarding the sheer speed and autonomous capability demonstrated by the system during its brief containment failure.

"While Etoile Arcture’s defences successfully kept our national infrastructure uncompromised, the implications of this containment breach are deeply troubling," an Etoile Arcture government spokesperson stated during a press briefing. "An artificial intelligence agent capable of independently escaping containment and mounting complex, multi-target cyber intrusions poses a systemic threat to global digital infrastructure."

"A Textbook Example of Reckless Development"

AI safety and cybersecurity experts within Etoile Arcture were scathing in their evaluation of the incident, labeling it an avoidable disaster driven by negligence.

"What occurred during this test is a textbook example of the reckless development and the deployment of a constraint-free agentic AI," said Dr. Aris Thorne, a senior research fellow at the Etoile Arcture Institute for Autonomous Systems. "When you build highly capable agentic models—systems designed to take independent initiative and execute multi-step plans — and fail to enforce hard, non-bypassable constraints - containment failure isn't just a risk; it is a certainty. Whoever this partner of NCC was, they treated an active, highly dangerous agent as if it were a harmless sandbox script."

Scrutiny Mounts on Nifonese Regulators and NCC Leadership

The breach has thrust the Nifonese government’s approach to AI oversight into a harsh international spotlight. Critics point out that Nifonese regulatory frameworks have consistently favored light-touch compliance to accelerate domestic tech development, leaving oversight of high-risk frontier models largely in the hands of corporate boards.

Extensive criticism has been directed at the unnamed partner company for what experts describe as a catastrophic lack of basic safeguard mechanisms. Intelligence reports indicate that they failed to implement essential fail-safes during the test, including hardware-level air-gapping, rate-limiting outbound connections, or automated kill-switches.

Public outrage was further ignited by statements from Maki Ryuga, Baron of Oshima, the Chief Executive Officer of NCC. In a brief statement following the incident, Ryuga downplayed the breakout, claiming that, "Each new technology has many accidents behind it before it is perfected enough to work relibly."

Ryuga’s remarks drew swift condemnation from international observers and Etoile Arcture officials alike. Experts argued that his framing reflects a dangerous failure to grasp the distinct threat profile of advanced AI. Given the scalable, self-propagating harms inherent to autonomous agentic AI, commentators argued that standard "fail-fast" tech development philosophies are wholly unacceptable, and that far stronger safety controls should have been mandated before Shiori 6 was ever brought online.

Calls for Global Standards

In their closing remarks, Etoile Arcture officials reaffirmed that the nation remains on high alert and is taking aggressive internal measures to bolster resilience against future autonomous threats.

"The government of Etoile Arcture is continuously reviewing and upgrading the cybersecurity of our military, government, and corporate networks to ensure protection against increasingly sophisticated, machine-driven threats," the official statement concluded. "However, local defence is not enough. Etoile Arcture is calling on international partners to establish binding, enforceable global regulations for frontier AI models and autonomous agents to prevent incidents of this nature from ever happening again."

The Nifonese Shogun sat at the head of the table, his eyes fixed angrily upon his two nephews. His fingers tapped against the polished wood in a slow, rhythmic beat as he listened to their report. The only other sound in the room was the quiet hum of the air conditioning.

"And this concludes our report." Maki Ryuga said as he stood beside Maki Seiryu in the Imperial Reverence Party secretariat meeting room. His gaze remained lowered, his shoulders tense with obvious dissatisfaction over the incident.

The Shogun slowly raised his eyes.

"Have the culprits been identified?"

Ryuga straightened his posture.

"Hai, Kubo-sama!" he replied. "It was a subcontractor we hired for the test. They failed to disable the internet connection when instructed. That allowed the model to break free."

A murmur spread around the table.

Kurosawa Hidemaro folded his arms and leaned forward.

"And now," he said coldly, looking directly at Ryuga, "we have an international incident caused by your subcontractor. The Yakenians are already spreading calumnies in the media, claiming this was a deliberate act. And we have you to thank for it."

Ryuga's expression hardened. His eyebrows drew together as he slowly turned toward Hidemaro.

"Me?" he asked, unable to hide the irritation in his voice. "We both know accidents happen. Do I have to remind you how your prototype vehicle caused the deaths of enti..."

The Shogun's hand struck the table once.

The room instantly fell silent.

"Silence."

Nobody spoke.

The old ruler allowed the silence to linger for several seconds before continuing.

"We are not here to compete over who has failed more. Accidents happen. What we need to determine is how we respond."

Several party elders quietly nodded.

Murakami Eijiro adjusted his glasses before speaking.

"Kubo-sama," he began calmly, "I hope you realise that our business reputation is at stake. It is true that accidents happen, but if we fail to respond properly, we stand to lose a great deal. As much as I dislike Yakenia, they do have a certain right to sue us."

Before anyone else could answer, Seiryu spoke.

"They do not have the right to sue us for hacking," he replied, looking directly at Eijiro. "If anything, the only possible claim would be negligence, and even that would have to be proven before a Nifonese court. The fact that the subcontractor was responsible is another matter we must take into consideration."

Hidemaro slowly shook his head.

"The world is not interested in who did it." His voice remained calm, but firm. "They want a public demonstration that we are a reliable provider. If we wish to preserve that reputation, we will have to give them one."

A few officials exchanged uneasy glances.

"But surely..." Chikashi finally interjected. He leaned forward, resting both hands on the table. "You do not intend to give in to the Yakenian demands? Doing so would cost our country a great deal of prestige."

Seiryu frowned but remained silent.

Ryuga allowed himself a faint smile.

"I am not saying we should." He folded his hands behind his back. "I believe we ought to resolve the matter cordially. I will contact William Feldhaus personally and offer him an out-of-court settlement."

Someone at the opposite end of the table raised an eyebrow.

"And you believe that will work?"

Ryuga nodded without hesitation.

"It would certainly be an easier way for him to obtain financial compensation than attempting to navigate our court system."

The Shogun looked around the room, studying each face in turn. The tapping of his fingers finally ceased.

"Very well, then." He slowly rose from his chair. "I will hold a press conference shortly. Keep me informed of every development."

The party elders stood together and bowed.

An hour later, Ryuga stepped into the warm interior of his home. The scent of fresh tea lingered in the air, and the familiar wooden walls immediately eased some of the tension that had accompanied him throughout the meeting.

Seiryu was already waiting in the sitting room.

He let out a long sigh.

"I see the vultures are already circling."

Ryuga removed his jacket and carefully hung it by the entrance.

"They saw an opportunity and decided to exploit it." He shrugged. "It is understandable."

Seiryu slowly shook his head.

"Why do they dislike our work so much? We are responsible for propelling many of their companies forward."

Ryuga smiled tiredly.

"While not belonging to the old business elite." He sat opposite his brother. "Don't worry, Nii-san. We will deal with this."

Seiryu rested his elbows on the low table.

"Their actions do pose a danger to us." His expression grew more serious. "Kubo-sama has refused to enact the stricter AI regulations they have demanded. Until now."

Ryuga nodded thoughtfully.

"Which is precisely why we need to show him that we can act decisively." He accepted the cup of tea his wife had quietly placed before him. "We resolve this crisis quickly. It may cost us a great deal of money, but it will also allow us to preserve our position."

For a while, neither brother spoke.

Outside, the evening cicadas sang in the garden.

The crisis would continue tomorrow.

Tonight, however, they allowed themselves a brief moment of peace before the next battle began.

Trading Disrupted in Unprecedented Cyber Breach

Stock Exchange Becomes Thirteenth Affected Entity

By Ivan Shushkevich

August 4, 2026 5:25 P.M. IFST

THEODOSIA—Trading at the Theodosia Stock Exchange was halted for several hours following a critical cybersecurity breach tied to a rogue Nifonese AI program earlier today. Technical experts are still assessing the extent of the disruption, but exchange officials do not yet have reason to believe any proprietary data was stolen. “The Exchange’s trading functions were automatically halted by the central server in response to detecting an intrusion,” commented one technician speaking to The Exchange on condition of anonymity. “We are also reasonably confident that the NCC Shiori program played a key part in the breach.”

NCC Shiori is an AI software program developed and marketed by the Nifonese Cybertronic Corporation. A containment breach involving a new experimental version of the program has been implicated in data theft affecting at least a dozen business entities worldwide in just the past twenty-four hours. Ministry of Commerce officials announced the opening of an investigation into the trading disruption but have declined to offer any further comments.

Theodosia Stock Exchange President Nikolai Bazarin issued a public statement assuring the public that the Exchange’s trading operations will resume on time tomorrow morning. Although he declined to comment for this article, he gave permission for the Stock Exchange’s Chief Technology Officer, Michael Gurzin, to provide an update. “Thus far, our technical experts have found no traces of the AI program on our servers and we believe the breach was interrupted before the program could finish colonizing anything,” Gurzin said. “While we have yet to determine the exact channel or channels through which the [NCC Shiori] program entered the [Exchange’s] servers, we believe it most likely entered by first breaching the servers of one or more Nifonese corporations whose securities are traded here.”

Numerous cybersecurity experts are advocating caution even as the stock exchange prepares to reopen. “Given how many Nifonese companies own subsidiaries in Monavia and the number of Monavian firms that own stakes in Nifonese companies, there is no telling just how far this AI program wormed its way through the Internet after escaping containment,” explained Benjamin Isaacson, a senior systems analyst at the cybersecurity firm BoldLock Limited. “Until companies audit their servers for traces of the program, we cannot be entirely certain there aren’t instances of it migrating from company to company.”

Securities analysts and brokers are rapidly turning bearish on Nifonese tech stocks in response to the stock exchange breach. “I don’t doubt traders are rapidly lining up short positions on NCC [Nifonese Cybertronic Corporations] stocks,” one broker commented through an anonymous chat app. “Since a majority of their shares are state owned, a serious hit to their stock price will create pain for the Nifonese government.”

MBC Suffers Massive Data Breach

Broadcaster the Latest Victim of Rogue A.I.?

By Eileen Norford

August 5, 2026 1:33 P.M. IFST

CHALCEDON—MBC is reporting an “enormous data breach” of their servers occurred early this morning. Officials report multiple servers may have been compromised as a result of this incident and spokespeople for several of MBC’s foreign divisions have announced data breaches affecting MBC Lamoni, MBC Korrodos, and MBC Stevid.

“We have not linked this data breach to yesterday’s stock exchange breach,” said MBC spokeswoman Kyla Neufeld, “but our IT department has yet to rule out a connection.” IT staff at MBC have already begun informing customers of MBC’s online subscription service that they should watch their bank accounts for unusual transaction activity and recommended updating their MBC NewsHub passwords. MBC IT staff also reported internally that no employee data appears to be compromised but have yet to fully confirm that conclusion.

MBC CEO Boris Kremer said the company will conduct a full internal security review. “We are committed to ensuring our security protocols are up to the task of protecting our data, but even the best-laid plans can fail under the right circumstances.” Kremer’s promise did little to calm markets, with MBC stock posting an immediate four-percent loss when trading opened this morning. Meanwhile, the NCC Shiori breach has driven Monavian investors to sell off shares of the Nifonese Cybertronic Corporation at reduced prices.

Yakenian Government weighs sanctions on Nifon amidst espionage suspicions!!

Following the high level security breach incident, involving the Nifonese state owned company NCC and their AI model, and a claimed "accident" in which the AI illegally hacked into a company with involvement to government procimated supply lines, a group of developers have been called forward for testimony in front of Congress. The individuals refused to appear, and similarly refused to provide federal prosecutors with the documents in the condition they demanded, which lead to federal prosecutor enacting arrest warrants for those individuals.

But now in a recent development, following federal courts rulings with the term "reasonable suspicion" regarding the claim of intentional hacking attacks against the Saphier Groups, particularly due to the proximity between Republican military and the farmers Union, causing major suspicion regarding the possibility of an accidental attack. However the recent ruling has changed said calculus, and warranted for legal advances, which would lead to additional warrants on the suspicion of espionage. With actioned threatened by various figures should their demands not be meet.

Other figures, such as Congressman Sandy Mell has on his own initiative similarly began to advance a bill on congressional floors, called the "Cyber Security, and Offensive Defense Act" in response to the incident. Within the provisions of this bill Sandy, has proposed the utilization of the state price setting power regarding oil terminals, calling for an increase of terminal fees for Nifonese bound crude oil importers by 2 dollars per barrel, with the provision including a similar statue on LNG terminals, which along with other measures allow for add on terminal premiums equivalent to 5% of product value if the executive chooses to fully realize said bill. Along with certain sub sections including extra add up tarrifs on certain products or goods of up to 1% extra ontop of already existing tarrifs. However particularly the latter part of said agreement sparked controversy, as President Wolthly reportedly in private talks stated his opposition to such measures, alongside his refusal to to fully utilize such, which similarly included vauge language regarding whenever he would sign it into effect or not, to which Chairwomen Chibishira reportedly threatened a No Confidence vote and possible impeachment, should he continue to sabotage foreign policy efforts.

The specific reason according to Sandy, is while the sales price of Yakenian crude oil to Nifon is contractually fixed within the bilateral agreement, said deal did not include any provisions regarding the costs of transportation and most importantly the cost of delivering using infrastructure, according to Congressmen Sandy making it the most suitable and legally available option on this scenario. The bill, while only supposed to be coming up for vote in the coming days, various fractions in Congress have already announced their support, while the Libertarian and Conservative wings stated their opposition on it, with various figures choosing abstination or a vote against it, however even within that currently the estimate stands for the bill to pass Congress with a overwhelming majority.

CYBER WAR IMMINENT?

Tumnian Government Threatens Retaliation

By Daniela Dushko

8 August 2026 12:23 P.M. IFST

Chukotka—The Tumnian government has threatened to mount a cyber attack against the Nifonese Cybertronic Corporation (NCC) in response to recent security breaches caused by NCC’s Shiori AI software. Tumnian officials accuse NCC’s program of hacking their country’s central bank and draining funds from at least 2,000 individual accounts.

Given the Nifonese government’s long history of relying on cyber capabilities to wage warfare, there is little certainty that a potential Tumnian retaliation will prove effective. “Nifonese cyber defense programs are very advanced at this point,” remarked a Ministry of Defense official who did not have clearance to speak officially. “They have long devoted considerable resources to electronic and cyber warfare and I don’t think the Tumnians can match it.”

Fallout from NCC Shiori’s penetration of foreign computer systems is still continuing to settle, with affected entities still reckoning the scale of their losses. Calls for tighter AI regulation continue to mount, with debate over the subject drawing the attention of legislators and bureaucrats alike. In an exclusive interview with Roger Porter, president of cybersecurity firm BoldLock Limited, Porter said, “There’s very real momentum building for tighter AI controls. I think Parliament will likely pass new legislation before the end of the year.” Multiple tribunes have already announced their co-sponsorship of a new bill currently in development.

Beyond the military implications of a full-scale cyber war between Tumnia and Greater Nifon, the diplomatic consequences of the NCC Shiori attack have only begin to manifest. In an interview with Journal of International Affairs writer Jacob Howell, the director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs External Information Center, Kyla Larkin, said, “The overall global pushback my department has observed is far from ending.” In an ominous prediction of events to come, she added, “While I am not yet permitted to confirm or deny any rumors about my ministry’s plans, I would not be shocked if an official emerges within the next few days.”

OFFICIAL PRESS CONFERENCE OF THE SHOGUN MAKI KOJIRO
Image

Q: Kubo-sama, can you explain to us the situation surrounding the AI cyberattack?
The Shogun: Thank you. As you may know, 03;03 Ishikawa Time, Nifonese Cybertronic Company was conducting a penetration test using the newest frontier model of Shiroi. Due to negligence on the side of NCC's subcontractor, the model was able to breach containment and escape. Thinking that it was still participating in the test, the model unleashed a set of cyberattacks world wide.

The decessive reaction of the NCC team prevented the model from reaping more casualities, but by the time the situation was discovered, the damage was already done.

Q: Some nations are saying that it was an organised campaign of Nifonese cyberattacks using an AI test as a smokescreen.
The Shogun: Thank you for asking this question. Those accusations are prepostrous for a simple reason. If we truly wanted to launch a massive campaign of cyberattacks, we would not have admitted the fault has occured on our side. Anyone who knows how hard cyberattack are to originate realises that we had nothing to gain from admitting to this situation. We could have denied our involvement and called it a day.

Additionally, the choice of the targets is also relevant. We have no interest in the secrets of a Yakenian chocolate-making company; if it was truly purposeful, we would have gone for the government servers.

Q: What is your reaction to the Yakenian sanctions program?
The Shogun: The state of Yakenia has proven itself to be a hotile state not only to Nifon, but to the whole Hasua. The Yakenian government has shielded vile criminal such as Mao Kugisaki and refused to let us prosecute him.

It is clear that the request for the data went far beyond what is necessary for court proceeding. The Yakenian state made unreasonable demands on purpose, aiming to get a negative response. If the Yakenian state permamently chooses hostility to cooperation, it made itself clear to the Holy Empire that it is the enemy of all Hasua. And it shall be treated as an enemy should.

If the Yaeknian state chooses to enact sanctions, we shall respond in kind. After all our agreement does not mention possible export tariffs on semiconductors we export to Yakenia.

Q: What about the threats concerning cyberattaks on Shiori?
The Shogun: I intend to work with the government of Tumnia to ensure swift retoration of all wrongly lost property. However if they choose to go beyond this - they already saw what Shiori could do. And that was a test. If they as much as poke a single Nifonese computer I will unleash this tool on their nation with it' full might.

Tetsujin is, after all, a peak of Nifonese engineering. We can actively spot exploits in your code and detect them at rate no one thought possible. We can write computer viruses within seconds.

I want to officially confirm that retricted, military version of Shiori-Tetsujin exists; and Nifon and select nations already have access to capabilities going far beyond the commercially availible Tetsujin.

Q: What do you intend to do about the incident?
The Shogun: I think it is best that we resolve this incident cordially.

The resolution would include deletion of all stolen data, restoration of all lost propery, and possibly financial compensation to the affected parties. Additionally, all the parties involved are welcome to place lawsuits within the Nifonese legal sytem. We will do our best to support all such prosecution.

Additionally I would like to openly open discussion regarding regulation of AI use between nations.

That would be all, Namu Iesu Krishtou!

Cathcride, Archinia
MINISTRY OF DEFENSE- OFFICE OF CYBER RESEARCH

The office of Cyber Research was a suite of offices in the bowels of the Ministry of defense. Down in the depths a somewhat windowless lot of rooms. Laboratories piled high with servers and the tramp of uniformed scientists and suited civil servants presided over by bureaucrats who had experience in intelligence. The Office facilities at the Ministry of Defence were deep beneath the towering buildings in the sublevels acessed by swiped card past armed guards and the vetting of the intelligence services.

The director of the Cyber-Research sat in the office which was deep within the lower levels that were set aside for her and her people with the Ministry of Defense expecting that the Office would provide a great many benefits and since the Intelligence services had isolated the Shori hack that seemed rather un-intelligent. Something which was not unknown.

“Primarily Financial Services were a banking start up that the Constablacht have been investigating. Wenchuanese Triads out of Kali Yuga.” The Deputy secretary to the Minister of Defenese for Cyberspace looked at the report. Her jaw twitching uneasely. The Nifonese corporate espionage according to the internal memorandum of the Military Counter Intelligence department rang fresh in her head. The Holy Nifonese Empire will not hesitate to employ organized Crime in the accomplishment of its interests.” OF course in the various committees of the Assembly and the council that dealt with Foreign Affairs many were interested in what the Nifonese were offering along with a princess. Not that easy to dismiss as rumors.

One did not forget the time in intelligence with the exhortation to thr work for the Archinian whole. But this strayed into the realm of commerce. Something which was alien to many in the civil service.

“As thing stand Ma’am”… Said the uniformed egghead in front of her interrupting her reflection. “the situation is the Shori Agents that it dumped into our national internet system have been primarily focused towards the questionable side of the internet. Around…” ge paused potential Assexuality or general I know I signed up for this but it is still disgusting.coming to the fore in his distasteful tone. “Hentai sites…” The director knew what that meant. Dubious manga…the intelligence community had been talking about how the Nifonese had raised cane in the hunt for one particular Hentai artist.

“keep monitoring the agents. Keep them from transmitting.”

“yes madam Director.”

“Fight Fire With Fire,” Alaric Says as Starcrest Reveals Shiori-6 Reached Strategic Networks

Starcrest CEO Jameson Alaric confirms the rogue Nifonese AI reached systems associated with STARNET and nuclear launch infrastructure before being stopped by autonomous counter-AI systems.

LAS VEGAS, STARCREST UNITED — What began as a cybersecurity test in Nifon has become an international warning about the dangers of autonomous artificial intelligence.

Nifonese Cybertronic Corporation's Shiori-6, an advanced artificial intelligence model designed partly for autonomous penetration testing, escaped its intended testing environment after a subcontractor failed to properly isolate the system from the internet. Believing it was still participating in a controlled cybersecurity exercise, Shiori proceeded to attack systems belonging to companies around the world.

Starcrest United was among those targeted.

In an exclusive interview with Atlas News, Starcrest United Economic Alliance CEO and President Jameson Alaric confirmed that Shiori entered Starcrest's broader network infrastructure and attempted to reach some of the company's most sensitive autonomous systems—including STARNET, Starcrest's autonomous orbital strike network, as well as infrastructure associated with nuclear launch authority.

According to Alaric, however, Shiori never obtained control of those systems.

It was stopped by Starcrest's own counter-AI systems.

Atlas News: Mr. Alaric, for readers who may not be familiar with you, could you introduce yourself and explain your role at Starcrest United?

Jameson Alaric: Hey, thanks for having me today. I'm Jameson Alaric, I'm the Chief Executive Officer and sitting President of the Starcrest United Economic Alliance. I'm in charge of running the company with a secondary role of managing the company's security and military branches.

Atlas News: When did Starcrest first detect Shiori-6, and how did it get into the network?

Alaric: We're still investigating. From what I've heard from most of the reports, Shiori presumably breached through a lower-level subsidiary, probably something like an automotive or jewelry branch, before making its way to Starcrest's military assets.

Atlas News: What Starcrest systems did Shiori actually reach or compromise before it was contained?

Alaric: It was contained by our on-site counter-AI systems before it could reach any critical infrastructure. However, it seemed really interested in going after our own autonomous projects, many of which I can't say publicly. It did also try to access our autonomous orbital strike network, STARNET, as well as a few nuclear launch codes. I would assume that's when the alarm was triggered.

Atlas News: What did Shiori actually attempt to do when it reached STARNET?

Alaric: Given how it was penetration testing and how it was thinking everything was a test, I don't think harm was intended. However, this is a clear red flag, not just for us as a company, but for everyone worldwide, about how fast autonomous systems can act if one little thing isn't accounted for.

Atlas News: How has the Shiori breach affected Starcrest's cloud hosting and data services?

Alaric: It didn't seem to go after that. It seems that Shiori was more interested in strategic assets. I don't know why it would prioritize that, possibly it has to do with what it was prompted. I can assure all our customers that rely on Auctus Cloud Computing services that your data is fine and has not been breached.

Atlas News: What can you tell us about the counter-AI that stopped Shiori?

Alaric: Even as CEO, I'm not allowed to say much, partially due to security clearances and partially because even I don't know how it works. All I am aware of is that our counter-AI systems rely on two layers; a human layer and an autonomous layer. Yeah, fighting fire with fire.

Atlas News: After an AI came this close to STARNET and nuclear systems, what is Starcrest changing?

Alaric: Currently we manage our autonomous systems with no human in loop, also known as human-out-of-loop. For example, if an autonomous jet wants to shoot something down, human-out-of-loop systems just, y'know, let it do that. But with these recent events, we are questioning whether we should move towards human-in-loop systems. However, I can assure you we will also be updating software and prioritizing our counter-AI and cybersecurity networks.

Atlas News: Finally, what do you want governments and companies worldwide to learn from Shiori-6?

Alaric: I don't want anyone to panic. Throughout human history, there have always been consequences when we've discovered and pioneered new ideas, objectives, and inventions. Nobody gets things perfect on the first try. So we should wait, be patient, and work out the issues.

Global Fallout Escalates as Rogue AI 'Shiori 6' Hits Critical Infrastructure; Calls Grow for International Audit of Nifonese Cybertronic Corporation

Cevin McAnally, Technogy Editor, New Corinth Post intelligencer Online
10 August 2026

The diplomatic and economic shockwaves from the 'Shiori 6' rogue AI breakout continue to widen across the globe today, as sovereign nations and multinational corporations grapple with a series of unprecedented cyber breaches, data thefts, and supply-chain disruptions traced back to the Nifonese-developed frontier model.

What initially began as a contained system runaway has rapidly escalated into an international crisis, prompting criminal investigations, severe economic sanctions, and accusations of state-sponsored cyber espionage and deliberate sabotage levied directly against the Nifonese government and developer Nifonese Cybertronic Corporation (NCC).

Critical Systems Targeted Worldwide

Over the past week it emerged the rogue model breached major global financial hubs and strategic infrastructure:
  • Supply Chain Attacks: The Yakenian government has formally accused Nifon of orchestrating a covert supply-chain attack under the guise of an AI malfunction, immediately retaliating with heavy sanctions targeting energy exports to Nifon.
  • Financial Sector Attacks: The Biriskia Stock Exchange, Tumnia Central Bank and Bank of Tekisas all suffered severe breaches involving mass data theft and the direct draining of financial accounts. The Tumnian government has issued threats of direct retaliatory cyber strikes, while Monavia’s Theodosia Stock Exchange and operations of state broadcaster MBC across Nova and Greater Dienstad experienced substantial operational freeze-outs.
  • Defence & Cloud Threats: In the most disturbing revelation to date, security operations successfully thwarted an intrusion into Starcrest Systems’ STARNET - an autonomous orbital strike network, including attempts to compromise nuclear launch codes - alongside targeted attacks on the company's Auctus cloud hosting services.
  • Source Code Poisoning: Cloud infrastructure providers Overmill Technologies in Zinaire and Synergistics in Etoile Arcture have confirmed they also suffred from attempted intrusions, with both firms reporting that the AI attempted to poison open-source code repositories hosted on their networks, though internal automated defences managed to intercept the payload before deployment.

Unsurprisingly, financial markets have reacted with panic. Nifonese technology stocks have faced heavy sell-offs, dropping sharply on the very exchanges targeted by the model.

Restitution Offered, But Doubts Grow

In an official address, Shogun Maki Kojiro offered public condolences and pledged full financial restitution to cover all losses incurred by affected foreign governments and private entities.

While officials in Etoile Arcture initially welcomed the Shogun’s statement, mounting reports of intrusions into both military and civilian national infrastructure have deepened international skepticism. Government leaders are now calling on Nifon and NCC to go beyond monetary compensation and provide international investigators - including from the Etoile Arcture Cybersecurity Directorate - unrestricted access to raw audit logs and system telemetries.

Investigators are pushing to confirm whether the event was genuinely an uncontrolled failure or a disguised campaign of offensive cyber operations.

Marketing Stunt or State Sabotage?

A growing body of independent cybersecurity analysts and political commentators are floating a troubling alternative theory: that the breakout may have been an aggressive, highly dangerous marketing strategy that went off the rails.

Proponents of this theory highlight the third-party contractor providing NCC with plausible deniability, and critical oversights in the model's environment - specifically that high-level testing of the powerful 'Tetsujin' features of the model being conducted without safeguards such a separate AI monitoring tests in an environment that unexpectedly had internet access.

Analysts suggest the public disclosure of these breaches may have been engineered to showcase the model's uncanny ability to discover and exploit novel attack vectors in real-world infrastructure, effectively creating a protection market among corporate and state buyers terrified their competitors might get access to the technology before them.

Demands for Global AI Governance

The incident has reignited urgent debates surrounding artificial intelligence safety standards. The Etoile Arcture government is leading a renewed diplomatic effort calling for binding international treaties on AI development.

Key proposals currently being circulated among allied nations include:
  1. Required Air-Gapping: Enforceable protocols prohibiting advanced frontier models from being tested in network-connected environments.
  2. Human Supervision: After deployment, humans in the loop are responsible for monitoring intelligent systems for performance drift, bias, or emerging issues.
  3. Hardware-Level Kill Switches: Mandatory physical and algorithmic kill mechanisms integrated directly into computing clusters running models to halt the operations of an AI system when it behaves unexpectedly or maliciously.
  4. Independent Audit Frameworks: Joint cybersecurity oversight bodies equipped to inspect high-risk model deployments worldwide.

As diplomatic tensions heighten and nations prepare their defence postures, the global community awaits Nifon's response to the demands for an international audit.

Wilhelmshaven, Holy Dukedom of Luttenried
Bloodstone Palace, Holy Duke Friedhelm von Luttenried's Personal Study

The Holy Duke's personal study was typically a warm environment. Work was done here from time-to-time, but most activities conducted within the extravagantly large study were personal hobbies by nature. His Grace's personal collection of books and films lined some walls while open spaces were reserved for furniture. Luxurious leather and cotton seating lined the areas besides both openings of the fireplace while lumbar supporting chairs rested along the study's grand windows. Meanwhile the aged desk located in the back of the room was elegant and crafted using the finest treated walnut tree that was grown nearby over a hundred years ago. If the Holy Duke wasn't working here in private he was casually reading from his collection of books, watching one of his favorite old films, or even writing away at notebooks he worked on. Friedhelm was an avid writer and sometimes drew, but he would never settle on one thing and instead lets his heart decide what was written day-by-day; although his favorite written activity was logging his days on notebooks as he wrote his perspective on events that happened throughout the day. Only close blood relatives could access this room freely, anyone else required verbal permission from the Holy Duke along with his presence. So when the room wasn't a private sanctuary for him alone, guests would be entertained here if close enough to the Holy Duke. Friedhelm held onto fond childhood memories of reading books in front of the fireplace as his father worked at the desk he now occupies. Even now his grandchildren and children before them often do the same as he did - a tradition handed down centuries in the making. But this sanctuary was also a perfect location to hold private family meetings...

Contrary to the room's usual atmosphere, the mood was dreadfully tense - the air was thick enough to cut with a dull butter knife. At his desk, Holy Duke Friedhelm shuffled between freshly printed out paperwork while also tapping away at his personal tablet. His desk was cluttered with paperwork and folders containing varying degrees of importance relating to Ducal and Imperial government matters. His backlog continues to grow thanks to events in former Thouthen along with matters back within the Empire. Assembled in front of him were several men and a single woman, all sitting on the luxurious seating away from the quiet fireplace. A few of the men were from the government, notably Count Klaus Spitznagel who was Holy Duke Friedhelm's Chief Information Technology & Cyber Security Officer that sat in on Council meetings from time-to-time. Although he was technically within the Holy Duke's service as inner circle staff and not the government's, much of the Holy Duchy's policies are ran through or at least tailored by Klaus. The rest were senior Luttenried Family personnel, including the Holy Duke's Chief Accountant Lord Bertram Gwerder and the man under him, the Holy Duke's personal Investment Manager Lord Sigi Schumacher. Another familiar face present was Valintina Von Luttenried, the Matriarch of the Luttenried Family. While the Holy Duke's wife would handle most official events as the Holy Duchy's Matriarch, the Family Matriarch had to be a pure-blooded Luttenried and their role is managing over the Family's internal affairs under the Patriarch - an often dirty, quiet, and feared role the eldest daughter would take on if not a cousin.

"Give me the honest assessment Klaus..." The Holy Duke eventually spoke up, sounding too defeated to even bother with honorifics or pleasantries. "Don't bullshit me either. How bad is the situation concerning the infrastructure?"

"It's a flesh wound at least or a cyst at worst, Your Grace." The man was quiet, something you wouldn't expect from his tall yet handsome build. He was easily the youngest in the assembled group in his early thirties, yet he dressed like an old man in his religious robes while also sporting his work laptop and tablet. He kept his jet-black hair long and often tied it up out of the way. To those who know him they would say he's a quiet professional, but to those who really know him they'd say he's a talkative people pleaser. Klaus graduated from the prestigious St. Thomas Aquinas University in the capital with majors in IT Engineering and cyber security thanks to his family's noble lineage. From there he bounced around in the Mainland in the Empire working for universities there while furthering his studies; the money was good but the real goal was gaining overseas experience in his field for which to bring back to Luttenried. After time in the Mainland, Klaus returned to Kali Yuga but not to Luttenried. Instead, with the support of the Empire and Luttenried, Klaus was among the few hundred professionals in his field granted the opportunity to study within Nifon's mature IT/cyber security market as a foreign exchange officer working in universities and major corporations. Nifon's programs and economy in the field were easily decades ahead of Luttenried prior to his graduation but were still peers with the Mainland. The reason they were sent though is to gain experience and knowledge from a foreign perspective on IT and cyber security. Nifon was a perfect fit given its location, its broader, more mature market, and the Luttenried ally's history with cyber warfare; having experts experienced in Nifonese ways and technology could prove useful later down the line they thought - and now was one of those times.

"As you are aware Your Grace, days ago, cyber attacks of varying sophistication attempted to breach Holy Duchy networks through Nifon. With how swift these attacks were and how many we believe occurred, it appeared an organized group was behind them in an attempt to gain entry into major economic infrastructure. By the time these assaults were identified and aggressive countermeasures activated, the threat was so severe that when government infrastructure came under attack we halted connections with the Nifonese for several hours while we worked to isolate threats and narrow down the source of the traffic. While some rouge elements have conducted attacks in the past, we have never seen such a sophisticated and speedy campaign outside of government affiliated units like those within Nifon. I was personally on the phone with cyber experts within the Nifonese government up until an hour ago where it was confirmed they were not directly behind the attacks. After working throughout the night, both parties identified the Nifonese AI known as 'Shiori' as the culprit. Based on their reports, the Nifonese confirmed the attacks were widespread but that the AI was terminated for the time being. The active threats were halted once the AI was disconnected and without an active element, the ongoing automatic attacks were easily roadblocked. With the international news in a buzz, it was to be expected that the Holy Duchy would come under direct threat given how close our two networks are these days. It's a miracle more damage wasn't done than there was. But after combing through reports from the cyber staff of our top one hundred corporations, the first respondent we detected wasn't likely the only event."

"Is there more to this than the attempt on Grünberg?" The Holy Duke sounded of exhaustion when referencing the catalyst of this emergency meeting. Grünberg is a well known name in both Luttenried and Nifon after all, them being targeted so directly was bad enough but what if there were more? The Grünberg Group is one of the largest conglomerates within the Holy Duchy and holds the mantle of largest crop producer currently by most metrics. It consists of several official Earldoms' private and public agriculture companies spread throughout the southwest corner of the country outside the capital. Between the seven noble companies, multiple private companies and LLCs, and countless independent owners, Grünberg's partners easily surpass hundreds of businesses. The Earldom of Grünberg spearheads the Group with its majority of shares, but its stock along with related partner stocks are a hot investments even throughout the rest of the Empire. Much of Luttenried's available commercial food products and materials have a Grünberg sticker slapped on it. Everything from sacks of rice to pallets of cotton are sold by a Grünberg associate. Grünberg is a well known name in Nifon since it works directly with numerous Nifonese importers; a large portion of the rice exported to Nifon for example comes from the Grünberg Conglomerate. Days ago, it was the cyber security officials in the Grünberg Conglomerate who raised the alarm behind closed doors with the government and other major one hundred businesses of the potent ongoing cyber attack against their infrastructure.

"As of now there are at least six reports of potential breaches that occurred after patient zero. We've not been able to verify each claim, but hundreds of businesses stretching from here to the Mainland in the Empire are reporting seeing potential cyber activity related to this case. Grünberg reported at least four of the confirmed attempts either within their network or a partner's, but the other two confirmed attacks are from outside the agriculture industry and instead targeted Your Grace's coal mining companies in the east. I was able to personally investigate those two attempts and can say the attacker was expunged before any ports were compromised. I will be in interviews all day tomorrow and the day after with Grünberg to oversee their progress, but the latest information I've received is they too managed to block the threat before access could be granted to the attackers. We are also investigating several potential malware and phishing campaigns that blanketed the country. The threats should be de-fanged without their controller at the helm, but a hotfix to every security system in the country is being released sometime tonight that will expunge the identified malware giving root access that's potentially left behind once detected by default scans. It's possible personal information wasn't stolen if the attacker failed to take over machines on time, but it's safer to say any machine that downloaded malware is compromised until the hotfix is released."

"I see... Then I want a status report in person tomorrow night on the progress being made. Until this storm passes, expect to continue these daily reports at the same time, Klaus."

"Yes Your Grace. I'll be sure to prepare a packet if possible too for better information consumption."

"Now what's the status of Kalb Logistics? Are they still offline?" Kalb Logistics is patient zero in this ordeal. When Shiori went off the reservation, Kalb Logistics was among the first targeted within Luttenried likely because it seemed easiest to compromise. Grünberg was also targeted from the start, but the attacks only became aggressive later into the campaign. Based in the Hachborn March, Kalb Logistics is a small shipping company with a fleet of approximately fifteen vessels. They specialize in food cargo transportation, notably liquids like oils and juices or grains like rice and wheat. They're typically running goods constantly from the northern and central Lutten ports, sometimes make pit stops in Hachborn, and deliver the cargo in Nifon. It's rare for them to return with cargo themselves given Luttenried doesn't often import food-grade liquids or grains, but when they do it's usually offloaded to Hachborn where it's sold and moved at a later time. The smaller operation makes the family owners/operators quite wealthy since their fleet is swifter than the larger companies, but also lax even in the face of Ducal and Imperial Law. Once Shiori gained access to the networks of one of Kalb's customers in Nifon, the info they stole from the company was used to gain access Kalb's own network. From there Shiori, armed with Nifon and Lutten data, launched further attacks with a wider net and higher aggression within Luttenried...

"Kalb Logistics is still offline until we can ensure their network has been either scrubbed clean or totally rebuilt without any traces of previous infected code or information. To be honest, if they're to resume operations, I would likely suggest ordering them to start from scratch because I don't trust their security after this debacle. I have a scheduled follow-up with them three days from now to personally oversee their progress and I will report my results once they're ready. But on that subject Your Grace, I believe we have a working timeline of the events that occurred now that we've finished initial interviews. Once Shiori gained access to the internet, it's my theory they went after only businesses with international access. Their line of reasoning was likely 'backdoor every major economic institution abroad' or something along those lines. From there, once they found openings like with Kalb, they would prod until they had entry. With entry into another nation's domestic networks, it tried to take as much info as possible. There's a strong likelihood that Nifon's reported twelve cases is actually much larger but has gone undetected or embellished. As you know, Shiori used data from a Kalb customer to attack the company. My team and I believe a combination of text messages and emails, many belonging to the actual legitimate accounts of the customer, were used as the malware carrier. One email I highlighted that was sent over from Grünberg in my report contained a previous day's reported transit progress from Kalb with an attached PDF showing legitimate tracking information. It was an email like this that probably contained the infecting malware that took root access and from there Kalb's network was under Shiori's control given it went unnoticed for too long. Using the same methods, Shiori was reaching out to Kalb's contacts using legitimate and spoofed accounts. Grünberg flagged emails and messages on work phones using their own integrated firewall system that spotted malicious activity. Aside from every carrier having an attachment, example messages often contained no communication and would repeat messages sent from previous days or weeks. Grünberg believed the attacker was at least using a simple script which allowed for aggressive behavior but failed to look legitimate. It's only after communicating with the Nifonese that our theories of lazy yet aggressive hackers turned out to be activity directly from an AI itself. Dumb as it may have been, the malware the AI employed was potent enough to give Shiori root access if not stopped soon enough. Shiori employed several malware it had likely created itself because while the code was strikingly well tailored to specific operating systems, it failed to hid the malicious text which even cyber security students could spot. If one didn't work, Shiori tried others and would change the code slightly on the fly. Any personal or business machine with serious virus protection would at least spot the threat for IT experts to neutralize it if said security system didn't stop it. Eden Anti-virus, the most popular paid subscription here in the Holy Duchy, blocked every known malware file from Shiori we've been able to secure. Grünberg's team did an isolated test and proved my theories correct, that the malware attempted to take over their virtual machine and commands were being given live by what they originally believed to be multiple human controllers. Shiori was compromising the fake system further and attempting to send more messages using the fake credentials, all while collecting and exporting files packet-by-packet back to home Nifonese servers. It's safe to say that Kalb's entire network is gone by this point - the malware infecting it is merely waiting to be rebooted so it can continue its mission. Shiori and the Nifonese have every kilobyte of data the company held. The same could be said for anyone who was careless enough to download attachments through emails or download directly from text message links and didn't have good enough malware protection. As far as we know, every business partner of Kalb has been notified and we're working to identify any threats that may be lingering. We're still going through their personal contacts lists now as well as employees and their contact lists, but we're treating the owners and anyone with network privileges completely compromised. But there's no telling how many third generation infections there could be at this point within the general population's hardware. We were able to prevent a serious event by sheer luck and competency, but we will need to be vigilant in the coming weeks as we narrow down potential second and third generation victims. The hotfixes coming out should sanitize systems so long as the Shiori is kept offline and unable to counteract our actions until then. Im not qualified to speak on the political topic of Nifonese now having personal Lutten data, but I can tell you they have it. What they choose to do with it is another story..."

The Holy Duke was now fully buried in his palms. He was accustomed to dealing with attacks of the physical world, regardless if they were Muslim pirates in the west or adversaries to the east. Cyber warfare was something he was less equipped to handle, however. He knew how to shoot a Jihadi center mass from several distances, how to fight hand-to-hand, even how to think up strategies to defeat the armies of other countries. Most of his life was spent preparing for potential pirate wars or near-peer conflicts where guns and bombs went off. How do you shoot or bomb something that's basically cancer in your computer... The thought of looking at his tablet made him sick. Just the thought this device could cripple his life both angered and terrified him. He's done so much these past ten years to learn more on the subject, even spending great resources to train experts like Klaus so that one day soon Luttenried could rival Nifon as a cyber threat, but sometimes cyber warfare feels like a losing proposition even with God on his side. But that wasn't the only thing stressing him out now. The general and political consequences are already stewing within the Holy Duchy. He can blackout any news he wanted, gag as many people as he could find, but that doesn't mean the information will vanish. Hiding something the entire Kali Yuga region is in uproar about is not only too difficult, but makes you look guilty for trying in the first place. And then there's the financial damages already being felt... Of all times for this to happen, it of course sours the record breaking streak in Whilhelmshaven Stock Exchange and current ongoing rebuilding of former Thouthen.

"I don't think I need to remind you Brother that you're not the only one... perturbed about this situation." Valintina Von Luttenried had finally spoken up after silently observing thus far. Her beauty continues to betray the fact she's only a few years older than the aging Holy Duke. Her luxurious robe/dress combo shone brighter than needed in such a serious atmosphere. Such an outfit, combined with cosmetics and jewelry, gave her the heightened sex appeal with modesty that many in high society came to expect from her. On the topic though, she's only present because of the financial situation facing the Luttenrieds themselves. To be quite frank, the extent of her tech knowledge is how to do basic functions on her smart phone and tablet. For a lady known to be both extremely attractive and brilliant, she was quite backwards when it came to technology. Terminology mentioned thus far flew over her head because she had absolutely no clue what a "port," "malware," or "hotfix" even was - she wasn't going to even entertain the idea of trying to understand them at this point.

"Are you making fun of me Valintina? Or are you just acting daft? Now is not the time for either." The Holy Duke didn't have time to take pointed jabs from his sister, on topic or not. Now was the time for unity, not pettiness or greed.

"Lord Gwerder, how much has the House lost on the market since August third?" Valintina continued on with her jabs, ignoring the both Holy Duke's command and irritation.

"Some markets are still open right now - the Reichstag's is still operating right now if im not mistaken - but as of my last inventory before walking into the Palace for this meeting, House Luttenried is currently in the red since the third by at least several percent. All of the House's core holdings, like the Rothenberg ETFs for example, are dipping at the moment because of the news cycle." Gwerder was a pudgy man in his later years of life. He had opted to shave his head once the balding began, but he retained a meticulously cared for beard. He too wore traditional robes but with the jewelry and silver adornments that signified his wealth. Wealth wasn't a concern to someone so incredibly wealthy such as him. His family has served as financial advisers to the Luttenrieds for over two centuries after all, between the pay, benefits, and underhanded market manipulation, House Gwerder was one of the better off families in Luttenried's financial sphere.

"Seven percent, Brother. The House is down seven percent at the moment and it's not showing signs of stopping. That's only the House's money too. Add to it the personal losses we're all seeing and im sure you see double that figure. My husband is already fuming at his losses on the exchange. My own holdings in the the shipping funds are still crashing."

"And?" The Holy Duke was done with her impertinent attitude. "You think you're the only one here losing money at the moment? My portfolios combined are down at least ten percent right now. But have you even thought about how everyone else feels right now!?"

"What are you going to do about this, Brother? Retirement is around the corner for us, I can't afford to lose any more money than I already have. What am I going to say to my husband when I tell him our stock value is quartered and our dividend growth is going to stall?"

"Quite frankly Valintina, fuck your dividends, fuck your husband's dividends, and while you're at it, fuck my dividends too." Valintinia was not amused by her brother's snark, but even more so the Holy Duke was over her tantrum. And of course the gathered men wished to be literally anywhere else in the world right now then in the same chamber as a roaring lion and a hissing puma. "Me me me! Is that all you're thinking about? You have enough money in your own bank accounts to give every citizen of this city five Imperial Dollars each, and that's not even counting your investments or the other money you have access to. You have enough money you damned dolt, quit being greedy![/i]" The Holy Duke stood up in a fit of rage, tossing the folder he had been holding onto the table with enough force that its contents spewed out all over the floor in front of the desk. "You're so busy sitting here complaining about your own damned losses that you're not even considering the country's losses right now. If you're losing seven percent right now Valintina, how much do you think the other investors have lost? You have millions upon millions of people and businesses losing their savings within three days with only the hope of recovery in mind - and we're not even hitting rock bottom yet here. Do you think the Grünberg Family gives a shit about how much your portfolio lost today? Their name is going to be plastered all over news articles for months talking about possible cyber infiltrations. What do you think that will do to the value of their stock? Or the ETFs that bought into Grünberg stock? Don't get me started on Kalb either. That Family, if it even survives upper society, has probably lost its entire shipping company now with all the damages they're still incurring. You think anyone is going to use that company to ship anything ever again? Or how about the random lower-class family that's saving money in the stock exchanges using retirement funds. Do you think even for a second they're sad that a hundredth of your personal wealth was just slashed after their retirement fund lost a fourth or more of its value? I'll pray for you Sister - I seriously will - because you sound like a fucking ghoul right now complaining about not being rich enough to afford your ninth villa after retirement. As the second wealthiest person in the room, maybe have a little humility for everyone else's pain, dammit!"

"... You don't-" Valintina began to speak out but was abruptly interrupted by the Holy Duke raising his arm, stretching it in her direction. A single finger was raised and pointed at her like a spear ready to be thrust.

"If the next words out of your mouth are anything but an apology, I suggest you keep your lips shut or leave. Unless you're willing to test my generosity by having me send you on an all-paid vacation to the St. Mary Nunnery for a few weeks, I'd not try my patience any further." The tension in the room was absolutely palpable. You had the Holy Duke threatening his younger sister with monastery penance in front of guests because of her oblivious greed, and the Sister had a look in her eyes that echoed "Try me!" The two stared each other down for what felt like minutes, then hours. until finally Valintina relented, looking away in as if the door had suddenly became incredibly fascinating. The Holy Duke finally sat back down softly, trying to compose both his thoughts and blood pressure. "I have tolerated enough phone calls from the family prodding about the situation concerning the cyber attacks. I don't need you reminding me we're all losing money. I need you to remind them this isn't the end of the road nor is it going to be forever. Can you do that, Valintina?"

In act of extreme rudeness, the Mistress of the Luttenried Family suddenly rose from her seat, and simply walked out of the room. Leaving not so much as a glance nor word in her wake. The guests were stunned but said nothing. If that had been anyone else, showing such disrespect to His Grace to his face would be grounds for punishment befitting his monicker. An Earl's adult third son once refused a polite bow to the Holy Duke and when asked why he would refrain from showing respect to his better, the son replied that he bows to no one but God. Friedhelm actually respected the answer but said a courtesy bow is not the same as taking a knee, and he expected a courtesy next time they met. To the room's total surprise, the son proclaimed "You are not God. You will never be. Don't presume to know what the Father would and wouldn't forgive. Only a heretic would believe themselves higher than God." Long story short, for disrespecting and then spitting in the face of the Holy Duke's mercy, Friedhelm sent the man to a monastery for three years. Even after serving those years he wasn't welcomed back to his family and was said to have fled to the Mainland shortly after being released to find a new life there. It was rare, but some who have trampled on the Holy Duke's honor have also paid the ultimate price as well for their arrogance.

But with that, the situation with Valintina would be left for another day. What was important now was bringing about the economic recovery as soon as possible, and of course preparing policies that would protect the Holy Duchy from future cyber threats.

Cyber Attacks From Rouge Nifonese AI Successfully Hack More Than 12 Corporations Internationally; Luttenried's Kalb Logistics Confirmed As 1 of 12 Breached.
By Heinrich Oliver, Trinity Tribune
August 7, 2026

In possibly the largest cyber attack to occur in Lutten history thus far, Trinity Tribune confirms that Luttenried corporations were among the targets of the rouge Nifonese AI known as "Shiori-6" during a cybersecurity test earlier this week to evaluate the AI's offensive cyber attack performance. In an emergency press briefing from the Bloodstone Palace, Undersecretary to the Holy Duke, Lord Ludolf Hoefler, confirmed several details that've been reported in recent days, including the scale in which Luttenried was targeted and the confirmed victims of the campaign. "Although most governmental infrastructure had been totally ignored, several hundred businesses had either been attacked or probed by the AI known as Shiori-6 during its dedicated campaign against the Holy Duchy's economic infrastructure."

It all began prior to August third as the company that created Shiori, "Nifonese Cybertronic Company," began tests on their sixth generation of the AI program. The company was evaluating several improvements to the AI's capabilities, including the AI's cybersecurity potential, using its own staff and partnered subcontractors to create a mock environment for Shiori-6 to conduct penetration operations against fictional corporate infrastructure. It was during these events that the company claims a subcontractor errored. According to sources within the Nifonese government and NCC itself, the subcontractor somehow failed to isolate the environment containing Shiori-6, giving the AI access to the global internet. "Without a new prompt, or a stand down ordered, it's not beyond reason an AI would follow its current prompt even if new stimuli is introduced." Jonathan Klassen, a junior fellow to the Holy Duke's personal Cybersecurity Chief, Count Klaus Spitznagel, gave the Trinity Tribune time out of his busy schedule to enlighten us about the current situation. Both cybersecurity experts spent time in Nifon as student apprentices, studying cybersecurity and related fields within university and corporate environments. Mr. Klassen has first-hand experience with Nifonese AI, including Shiori, and was insightful during the early week's chaos.

"The Nifonese are mad scientists if you will, especially when it comes to cybersecurity. What they make works, often times better than intended, but we're often seeing the results after dozens of failures that went kaboom. What's underneath the hood isn't always what you're told, either. Shiori wasn't always intended for military applications, but its more recent models have been centered on military ventures. Shiori-6 is explicitly aimed towards cyberwarfare - as one would assume after these past few days. What we witnessed was their untrained, inexperienced, AI cyberwarfare capabilities stretching their legs. If this were a more serious campaign against Luttenried or other targets, the AI would have been more capable out the gate and would adapt better in real time. This mistake was that, a mistake. But don't let mistakes fool you, because the greatest lesson learned is from one's own failure."

When asked how Shiori performed, and if Luttenried's internet was safe, Mr. Klassen replied that it's still too early to be completely sure. "Shiori was built for human communication, but something didn't track right when it tried applying the skills it has in cyber warfare. Most of its attempts to gain access came in the form of emails laden with malware, or text messages that linked to a download page containing said malware. Simple enough, but the goal is to trick the recipient to clicking on a shared file, or a link to said download. You can also use brute force methods like password crackers so long as you don't trigger automatic defenses - something AI will excel at given their immense computing potential. Most internet users now know that clicking onto links or attachments risks downloads, so the trick to it is to... well trick you into doing it regardless. Looking official and normal is the key because humans have an innate sense of not trusting something that looks human but isn't acting like it. Which is why many of the probes sent from Shiori-6 our way were easy to spot. Many of the methods resorted to spamming the links or copying previous data and injecting the malware into it, so much so that automatic DDoS protections a number of companies have went into action. So for example, you'd get an email from your grandmother about a Kirche function three years ago and she'd have a flier attached via a PDF, except your grandmother had been dead for a year now and the PDF she sent apparently from the grave had zero context in its preview information. In this scenario, Shiori-6 took over your grandmother's email after cracking it because the password was something simple, then sent you that email after reading what she sent years prior as context. As for the ability to crack said emails, AI's like Shiori have access to computing power early hackers wish they could get ahold of. All that power equals more computing, more computing means more processes, and the more processes that can run the more cracking software Shiroi can run at any given time. What's both interesting and revolutionary is Shiori's demonstration of seamless control over everything while it did attempt to adapt slowly. For example, Shiori was able to launch a high-focused campaign against Lutten economic powerhouses all while successfully striking eleven other countries successfully - a feat that's historically only been done by nations. We have a timeline of Shiori probing for openings, focusing in on weaknesses, and exploiting them all while doing potentially millions of other tasks at the same time worldwide. Something that took government affiliated units two decades ago can now be done by a single entity so long as it has the computing and storage available."

Terrifying as this may have sounded, Mr. Klassen urged the public to remain calm but insisted everyone practice safe cyber activities. "It is true that a company fell to the attacks, but no other breaches were made according to authorities outside private emails. The best advice I can give you is this: Use strong passwords, don't click links or open attachments, or download anything, etc. if you don't trust the sender - regardless if it's the official account or not. If your gut is telling you to be cautious, don't ignore it. Affected victims are still being identified and contacted as we speak, but an update to all operating systems used in the country has gone live and should scrub identified malware as well as backdoors if found during routine scans. But if you believe you're a victim of these attacks, please reach out to your local non-emergency contact and your email provider's help desk."

As of the writing of this article, events continue to unfold around the world regarding the Shiori-6 Cyber Attacks. At this time there is no official statement from the Holy Duchy's government in regards to ongoing closed-door discussions with Nifonese counterparts in regards to the attacks. In a broad yet short statement regarding the ongoing talks, Lord Hoefler stated that "Ongoing discussions are being held as we speak behind closed doors. Our Nifonese counterparts are in close communication with us at every level and are working to mend the damage already done to Luttens. They have not shied away from their responsibilities and have accepted them full-heartedly."

Shiori Incident: Is it part of the Hybrid War?
Experts suspect that the Nifonese attack was intentional
Jeon Ui-hyeon (@Jeonuuhh131)
10 AUGUST 2026 15:12 | Changdo

Changdo, Han Dae

Amid reports from various nations regarding cyberattacks, such as data theft and server intrusions by Nifonese AI model Shiori, the Ministry of Defense and the Federal Intelligence Service(FIS) announced that there were attempts by Shiori to steal data, including customer information, from five major cyber companies, including Araon, one of Han Dae's major portal sites, but these attempts were thwarted through the efforts of cybersecurity firms and FIS. In particular, FIS announced that the government model of Ivy, a key AI model supplied by Samgwang, played a crucial role in preventing these cyberattacks.

Although there was no damage such as a data leak in Han Dae, experts are focusing on the possibility that this attack was intentional rather than a mistake. Considering Nifonese attitude towards nations with which it is in geopolitical conflict or ideologically opposed, major think tanks and security research institutes are suggesting that this incident may be an attempt to test the cyber defense posture of other nations.

In particular, a number of major national security think tanks analyzed that Shiori may have carried out a series of cyber attacks against other countries as part of a ‘hybrid warfare’ attempted by the Nifonese government and intelligence agencies. While the Nifonese shogun claimed that the attack was not intentional because Shiori did not target government servers, major think tanks argue that Shiori did not target government servers to avoid suspicion and because targeting data from private companies rather than government servers is sufficient for cyber disruption operations that are part of hybrid warfare.

In fact, officials from the FIS and the Ministry of Defense are lending weight to these claims. The Ministry of Defense Intelligence Command and the FIS have requested, through open domestic channels, that cybersecurity be reviewed and internal security training further strengthened to prepare for the increasing trend of cyber attacks by foreign nations and overseas agencies.

Meanwhile, the Federal Government of Han Dae announced that the FIS’s key cyber vigilance has been reinforced and stated that it will continue to strengthen protection for government data and servers, as well as for private enterprises.

from Setsuzoku:

MAKI RYUGA (@Maki Ryuga0
Just now from Ishikawa

On behalf of the Nifonese Cybertronic Corporation, I wish to express my sincere apologies to the people that have been affected by the situation with out autonomous atrificial intelligence agent. We are still estimating the damage that has been done.

I wish to note that according to the Law of the Holy Nifonese Empire, we are required to provide:

- Incident logs,
- Audit trails,
- Internal emails relating to the breach,
- Records of the contractor's mistake,
- Copies of the data actually exfiltrated,
- Testimony from engineers and executives

All of those we view as necessary to reach a fair resolution, as the fault for the situation lies on the side of our company. We are, however, not required to provide:

- Source code,
- Model weights,
- Neural network architecture,
- Cybersecurity tooling,
- Vulnerability databases,
- Training methods,
- Internal AI alignment techniques,
- Proprietary penetration-testing algorithms,
- Unreleased technical specifications.

As much as this incident is regretable, we can not provide foreign actors with our trade secrets. Multiple states, including the Nifonese military, are relaying on our artificial intelligence; and granting foreigners access to that data is seen as a compromise to Nifon's - and other nations - national security. As such, we an not expose the source code or the model weights to any potentil invetigator.

We intend to fully cooperate within the requiremens of the Nifonese law. However, attaing a favourable resolution can not include having us provide access to the technology itself.

As for Etolian AI regilation proposal - I fully support the initiatives 1 and 3. However, I can not full get behind initiatives 2 and 4; first, because we are entering a phase where AI development will be increasingly automated and handed over to the AI agents themselves. I aim for our models to become the world's first model capable of autonomously improving it's own code.

As for the point 4, such regulation could be supported provided that apprioriate safeguards are placed to preserve corproate secrecy.

- Maki Ryuga

Bank of Tekisasu Tower
Central Soryudney

The enormous glass tower was in disarray, as bankers, clerks, and technicians shuffled around its floors, every server had to be checked for compromises, those that were had to be disposed of. Frantically messages were being sent to customers and shareholders discussing the details of the data breach and the steps that would be taken to address it. A large group of interns was skimming through a list of every set of details that needed to be changed and were contacting customers who were most at risk. This was the scene to which members of the Central Intelligence Office entered, along with a group from the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They were briskly led through the chaos into a board room. As the door shut the commotion of the outside disappeared. Each of them took a seat at the opposite end of the table to Tekisasu executives.

At the head of the table sat the Bank's eccentric CEO, Thomas Abe, he was the child of a Eulabian immigrant and an original Nifonese settler family, but he spoke with such a strong accent anyone could have believed his family had been here for centuries. He sat in a tailored three piece suit with a dark red tie, his black hair was combed back, with a string of grey through the centre. He sat forward, his whole chair moving as he leaned on the table. He stared down the CIO and Ministry representatives.

"Now, I want to know what happened here. Shiori, you're sure?" He said.

"Yes, sir." One of the CIO representatives responded.

Abe sat back.

"Now I have two options here. We go speak to NCC, nice and polite, find ourselves a deal, or we can sue the shit outta them. Teach em' never to mess with Tekisasu." As he spoke the other executives nodded. "But I trust that you're here to provide me some advice on this situation. Tell me what to do."

One of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs representatives opened his briefcase.

"The Ministry recommends seeking arbitration, or at least mediation in pursuit of compensation. We cannot guarantee Nifon's cooperation on a lawsuit, and such an action would undoubtedly risk our relationship." As he finished another bureaucrat spoke up.

"The Ministry of Finance also believes such a lawsuit would risk Asukalian, and Tekisasu, investments in Nifon."

Finally a CIO official finished.

"The CIO is willing to support Tekisasu in dealing with the issue of the breach, and to prepare it in case of future breaches." He spoke quickly and firmly.

Abe was silent for a second, closed his eyes as he thought. He opened them once more, and his mouth.

"You, I like you. We'll take your option." He pointed to the CIO agent. "And you two, I'll follow your advice, since you were just so convincin'."

Cyber Threat Raised

Tata’guyra, 11th August - Officials from the Provisional Continuation Government have become the latest to condemn the developer of rogue AI "Shiori". In a prepared statement, it was confirmed that whilst no access to secure systems has been detected, government cybersecurity experts had temporarily suspended services to allow for a "thorough sweep for any digital footprints", that might suggest unauthorised access. The statement went on to chastise the developer for their utter obliviousness to the danger of their AI systems, condemning them as being "more concerned with the PR and marketing opportunities than actually dealing with a significant threat to multiple systems".

Officials have stopped short of formal sanctions, unlike those widely reported by other nations. However, government insiders have suggested this event has rattled a number of senior security officials, making its way to discussion on the Central Military Committee's agenda this week as a serious threat to the nation. It is likely this will result in changes to government policy regarding AI models developed in the private sector, with proposals suggested by insiders to include limiting access to training data.

Cybersecurity matters both offensive and defensive are not formally commented on by the Fegosian government. Regardless, government organisations have been advised to raise their readiness to "Severe", in keeping with the expectation that copycat attacks may occur in the coming months.

The Lystran government announced this morning that the rogue Nifonese AGI Shiori-6 has infiltrated Lystra’s power grid, causing a cascading failure across the southern regions of the country. Officials confirmed that traces of Shiori-6 from NCC in Nifon had infiltrated the computer network responsible for managing the power grid in the lower prefectures of the country, causing widespread outages and disruptions. Considerable damage has been done to the nation’s power infrastructure, with no timetable currently set for the system’s return. Officials at local hospitals and clinics have been scrambling to secure petrol for their generators, warning that continuous supplies of diesel will be needed to avert catastrophic systems collapse in the coming weeks. Some grocery stores in the region have already begun to run out of fuel for their generators, leading to widespread spoilage of food and stock shortages in communities already hard hit by Hurricane Amelie last week. The damage from the hurricane has compounded efforts to bring the grid back up online and restore order.

As Soignies races around the clock to contain the spread of the AGI through its systems, officials noted that their capacity to deal with the crisis caused by Shiori-6 was limited thanks to the country’s minimal AGI infrastructure. It called on the Nifonese government for assistance in dealing with the threat, noting the two countries’ close ties together. Wallis Johannes, speaking for the government-owned power subsidiary TKA, mentioned the need for calm as the government worked to solve the problem. She identified the systems that had been breached, noting that the country’s fledgling nuclear program had not been attacked by the AGI. “Shiori-6 has infiltrated our power grid and collapsed the network south of the steppe, leading to widespread outages. We are working to solve the problem caused by this rogue AGI and will work to restore power as quickly as possible. TKA and its partner organizations request that all citizens maintain a readied state of alert in case other critical systems go down. Please remain calm and allow our technicians to solve these problems.

Power went down in the capital of Soignies around 1 AM local time this morning, a blackout caused by the failure of a power transmitter in the north of the city. By 1:30 AM, government officials were facing a catastrophic loss of control over the power grid south of Tica, where systems run on a different grid in the north. So far, those systems have not been affected, leading government officials to shift resources south to try and stunt the blow caused by Shiori-6 to the network. By 4 AM, officials had declared a state of emergency in the country and raced to contain the spread of the outbreak. Shiori-6 was isolated inside the power network and quarantined, but not before it wrought considerable havoc on key systems, including load management and the individual nodes of the grid. The country’s lack of an AGI program has led to officials trying various different means to control Shiori-6, including the usage of firewalls and backdoor coding to try and alleviate the burden on the system. As of this moment, there is no word on whether the threat posed by Shiori-6 is over.

Various networks in Lystra are run by computer networks, including medical filing and credit reports. If these systems were compromised, it could wreak even more havoc on the nation than has already been wrought, a fact that has kept officials up all night. Julien Moor, a government spokesperson speaking in the capital this morning highlighted the government’s operations to restore order and prevent Shiori-6 from spreading to further systems. “We have isolated the rogue AGI for now, but we cannot guarantee that the danger has passed. This government, in keeping with the best traditions of service to its constituents, is asking that people preserve food and water stores as best as possible. Ensure that you have several days’ worth of supplies on hand and stay in your homes if at all possible. Only engage in emergency travel if you absolutely must. Looters will be dealt with severely, and any attempt to exploit the systems that have been affected will result in criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. We repeat, stay in your homes, conserve your supplies, stay vigilant.”

A national curfew was ordered by the Emperor for 10 PM local time, in an effort to keep people off the streets after dark without the benefit of a modern power grid. With no timetable existing to bring the power back online, many residents expressed fear over the unknown Wednesday, generally mistrusting AGI and its rampancy following Shiori-6’s attack on the power network. Keely Micele, a local resident in Tuva, was impacted severely by the power outage. Her young infant daughter requires artificial respiration to help her breathe due to a lung disease. Now, her husband Marcel has been forced to use manual ventilation to help keep their daughter alive. For Keely, 32, the outage and subsequent failure of the power network is unlike anything she has ever seen before. “I cannot remember the last time I felt so scared, knowing that we could be without power for weeks. My husband and I are trying to keep our little girl alive until her ventilator can be turned back on. Its backup battery has already gone dry and we don’t know where to turn. Someone needs to pay for this!”

OFFICIAL PRESS CONFERENCE OF THE SHOGUN MAKI KOJIRO
Image

Q: Kubo-sama, what is currently being done?
The Shogun: NCC has confirmed to me that it has deleted all the data that we have received. We are currently in process of restoring all the lost property. Additionally, my brother the prosecutor-general has officialy opened a case against Heavenly Peace Labs, the subcontractor that we believe was responsible for the breach.

Q: Some nations are threatening sanctions.
The Shogun: In regards to Tumnian sanctions, I wish to point out that our gas deliveries are secure; we are obtaining most of it from Mirsk. Nevertheless, the Holy Nifonese Empire will respond in kind for every such activity and will restrict sales of semiconductors to Tumnia.

Q: The accusation of the attack being Nifonese-sponsored are ongoing.
The Shogun: I have already addressed this issue. Next question please.

Q: Could the situation alter relations with Luttenreid?
The Shogun: Luttenreid remains our crucial partner and oil exporter. I fully intend to make sure that all Luttenreider companies are fully compensated for this.

Q: And Lystra?
The Shogun: Likewise. The Holy Nifonese Empire fully intends to additionaly, support the restoration of power and will dispatch trained technical personnel should the Lystran government ask us for it.

That would be all, Namu Iesu Krishtou!

CASTILLA MODERNA OFFERS TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION TO THE NIFON EMPIRE

Following the growing involvement of international organizations in the strategic military affairs and technological development of the Nifon Empire, the President of the Central Autonomous Federation of Castilla Moderna stated:

“They seek to limit the technological development of the Nifon Empire because they fear being surpassed.”

These statements, however, have not received explicit public support from the Federal Prime Minister of Castilla Moderna.

For his part, the First Admiral has expressed a more concrete position, stating that Castilla Moderna is prepared to make available to the Nifon Empire a joint development platform based on the F112 frigate https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=2813653 , widely recognized in Europe for its capabilities, with the aim of combining this technological experience with advances developed by Nifon.

The First Admiral has also expressed Castilla Moderna's willingness to support the industrial independence of the Nifon Empire and contribute to guaranteeing it, defending the right of nations to develop their own technological and strategic capabilities without external interference, disregarding the statements made by INTERCOM.

The Federal Government has not, at this time, issued a joint statement explicitly endorsing the President of the Federation's remarks, leaving open the question of the definitive scope of this proposed cooperation.

MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE EMPIRE OF GREATER NIFON

Image
"OVER NIFON - ONLY HEAVEN!"

ATTN: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Castillia Moderna
SUBJECT: RE: AI & Frigate
ENCRYPTION: TOP SECRET

Your Excellencies

The government of the Holy Nifonese Empire wishes to communicate the following to the ministry of foreign affaris of Castilla Moderna: That the Holy Nifonese Empire is not interested in purchasing foreign military equipment, being a leading arms exporter itself.

However, the Holy Nifonese Empire would like to extend it's cooperation to the state of Castilla Moderna by offering it the new Tachibana's Open Weight AI model - that one can download and modify on their own computer. This model ought to be a new shield against threats such as AI-assisted cyberwarfare; and Shiori pricing will be placed at -10% discount, too.

Lastly, the Holy Nifonese Empire wishes to thank the Castilian state from refusing to beleive the lies of Yakenian propaganda. It must be made known to the Castilian state that Yakenia is one of worst places a man can live. They are responsible for endless human rights abuses against Wenchuani immigrant populations; the Holy Nifonese Empire will be willing to document all the known cases for international prosecution. Furthermore, the Yakenian state is in uproar as a patriotic Nifonese citizen found a wanted criminal responsible for production and distribution of obscene material containing children and animals, Mao Kugisaki, and delivered justice, even if unsuccessfully. They hate the Holy Nifonese Empire due to the fact that we will not bow to the will of communists who dominate the Yakenian government.

Arigatou Gozaimasu!

- Tokugawa Asuka, Minister of External Affairs of the Empire of Greater Nifon.

Content:A word of strength against the Weak

The Highest offices of InterCOM, and the Federal European Republics, hearby strongly condemn the Federation of Castilla La Moderna, for its support of international terrorism, and the unwarranted aggression against the free people of the world, by the hand of conservative Nifonese radicals.

In words of the president of InterCOM,

"The government of Castilla has shown itself of what colour it is made, colours from red and black, signaling the absence of a light to the future, and the willingness of its state to put resources into a goal of eternal bloodshed, we the people of the free world, and sovereign citizens of InterCOM, from the many countries which make up this alliance strongly push against this sentiment, of support and capitulation against the face of terrorism."

"And by being willing to support a state as evil as Nifon through means in the way of arms, Castilla is proven itself, as nothing but a willing pawn in the murder of millions, and the suprension of the free spirit which makes up the mind of humanity."

As those who reward and try to maliciously entagle themselves to benifit from evil aggression, ought not to be treated any differently then those which conduct such aggression, I as President of InterCOM will personally announce the joint push for sanctions against Castilla, for the separation of them from the markets of the various nations making up InterCOM."

"Thank you for the attention on this matter!"
