A large cyber-attack took place against nacradian civilians, 186.000 dildos and more than 2mn condoms were bought through a local online shopping service, 85.000 accounts have been breached in total.
The attack might have serious consequences on the local online shopping corporation.
The attack was allegedly done by the DEAR as most of the products bought were produced and marketed by a joint-venture between a kergstani state company and a Pohneian private company.

Notice on the Recent Breach of Security

At 02:00 Nacrad Standard Time on 3 Aug, a large-scale cyber attack was launched. In the process, the hackers attempted to breach the accounts of our customers. Of which, approximately 85,000 accounts have been breached. However, due to the security practices in place, the breach was not successful, as in that the attackers have not been able to make any purchases. We have currently shut down most of our servers to evaluate any damage done, and have contacted the Federal Law Enforcement Agency. By preliminary investigation, it seems that the attackers are based in Salampat, Kergstan. As a result, the services to Kergstan shall be temporarily paused until further notice.

We hereby apologise for the inconvenience caused. We pledge to protect customer identity, and hereby condemn the attackers.

The 18th Brigade, after being notified of the breach, immediately launched a large-scale DDoS attack against the IP range of Kergstan. At the same time, having hired services from a foreign hacker group, a cyber attack also took place against the government websites of Kergstan.

Dozens of government websites were shut down for up to half an hour, it created discomfort especially because the online court hearings were shut down too.

The deputy-chief of the State Department of Foreign Affairs, Almar Kina, has requested his nacradian counterpart to hold a meeting in Almatar.

Deputy-Chief of the State Dept. of Foreign Relations Almar Kina was accompanied by a small number of low-ranking officials of his state department and by the Executive Director of the State Shipbuilding Company at the Almatar International Airport to wait the Nacradian Minister of Foreign Affairs Jackson N. Mann.

The ceremony was quiet and reserved and undemostrative, the state television and the orchestra weren't present, a total of 6 soldiers made a military salute as the foreign official passed, before shaking the hand of Almar Kina.

''Welcome to Kergstan Mr. Mann, as you can see the climate is very warm here, you might melt with that black suit'' Kina says chuckling, trying to ease the tension.

Kina invited Jackson to get inside a car by opening the door for him, they were directed to the State Department of Foreign Affairs, escorted by six military vehicles packed with soldiers from the Special Forces of the PLAK-PMF.

Minister Mann put down his briefcase of documents, And made himself comfortable, having came to Alamatar after 7 hours of flight. He was quite nervous too, seeing so many military vehicles around him through the tight streets of Alamatar.

"Truth be told, this solution seems to be a practical one, but in my opinion the islands are better off as a full on sovereign nation. Or at the very least a jointly-operated zone, not a protectorate. I do agree that these islands must be demilitarised, though.

So, I propose that we declare the island in question as an international zone at this moment, jointly run by all three of us, and then we work out how to let them have their own nation? In that case, they'd be able to have true self-governance."

As the doors of the office were opened, the two officials shook hands, and for the first time a camera appeared, just outside the office.
Kina accompanied Mr. Mann to the department's doorway shaking hands a second time, more vigorously.

A KTV anchor asked Chief Kina on how the meeting went :

''You can't tell from my face? It was a very sincere dialogue which will surely result in shared peace and prosperity''.

''Will you visit Nacrad sir?''

''Maybe one of my superiors will, i mean uh, surely there's need for more dialogue but i can't say much for now''

Minister Mann flew back to Riverfort, being relieved of the pressure of dealing with this situation. After landing, he asked his secretary to send a message to the Pohneian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

As you may know, we have had preliminary talks with Kergstan earlier today. We decided to declare the Ankedo Islands an international demilitarised zone, to be jointly run by Kergstan, Nacrad and Pohnei jointly. Please expect a further round of talks regarding the formation of the actual operational board shortly between all three nations.

We acknowledge your sincerity in resolving the issue in the best way for both of our nations but we can't refrain from believing that Kergstan's position on Pohnei is and will remain unchanged, it is even codified in the internal documents of the Communist Party of Kergstan named ''Oranitera Unity'', they desire to dismember our nation sooner or later, added to that is the issue that they host the PKP (Partai Komunis Pohnei) and treat it as a legitimate political force when we deem it illegal, some former members of the PKP have even become high-ranking members within their own government party.
Due to those reasons we pretend more assurances in order to accept the deal.

Kergstani troops have started the almost total demobilization process in the Samora Machel artificial island.

Two patrol boats of the Unirok-class are being painted light blue, with Kergstani, Nacradian and Pohneian flags on the sides.
They will host 30 personnel each.

180 Troops from the Marines branch of the PLAK-Naval Force equipped with 20 Gaz ''Tigr'' vehicles and 3 Mil Mi-38 transport helicopters.
Those vehicles have been painted in the same way.

Kergstan made the Samora Machel Island accessible to Nacradian and Pohneian forces too.
