I decided to edit this in since I thought that I lacked clarity regarding my weapons and whatnot:

My troops are outfitted with light webbing and (tropical?) camouflaged field dresses. The Paratroop units traditionally wear red berets, while the airmobile (more regular) units wear grey ones. Considering that berets aren't as effective at stopping shrapnel from piercing your head, most soldiers prefer the M17 Combat Helmet. The weaponry used by the Airmobile units include the Belgium SCAR-L, the American M4A1 Carbine, two great guns renowned for their versatility, mobility and firepower. The SCAR-L and the M4A1 are the most common firearms in the Paratrooper groups. The SAW (Squad Automatic Weapon) is the H&K MG4 due to its acceptable weight, magazine size and rate of fire. Marksmen and sharpshooters are usually armed with a HK417 7.62mm DMR, although there are some snipers that use the SSG08, of which Smaze has a significant stockpile. The Paraborne use the SiG Sauer P226 as their standard-issue sidearm.

The airmobile infantry units don't use SCAR-Ls or M4A1s. They are equipped with the R45 Battle Rifle. The SAW is the FN MAG,and some units use the FN Minimi. The few marksmen and snipers that the unit's got use SSG08s. One should not that airmobile infantry troops pack more of a punch when it comes to grenades, so they are a versatile and mobile infantry unit, dependant of its (outdated) Chinook helicopters. The Paratroopers can be deployed through the C-130 Transport aircraft and through airmobile deploy by helicopter. The airmobile units use the Glock 17 as their sidearm.

The Paratroopers have a structure that fits their way of combat perfectly. The airmobile infantry units have platoons of 40-50 men, while the paratroops only have around 30 men per platoon. Instead of using the two companies to strike at one place, splitting of their platoons and letting their lieutenants lead the men is an excellent idea, especially if you consider that every 30-man platoon has one communication specialist, one marksman, a medic and a demolitions specialist. This permits the unit to be mobile, hard-hitting formation, that can easily extract intel, VIPs or prisoners. The airmobile units don't have this "commando" side to them, and are therefore less able to disrupt enemy supply lines, blow up infrastructure, etc. They are more likely to fight as frontline units. Extraction of the paratroopers can either be through heli evac, retreat on foot back through the lines, and the companies can try to dig in and wait until the airmobile units either evacuate them, or so that the regular troops can push up. The troops aren't trained to do this, though, and doing that is very risky.

Yeah, that's why my nation doesn't mention any organisations, just the ideologies that have somewhat of a presence in the country, and that it's expected that the country tumults into chaos and civil unrest.
