Seeing that the Extra-Universal Territories don't have much in terms of anything (the few solar systems in control are underdeveloped to varying degrees), I'm likely not going to initiate any hostilities, but expect plenty of banter from the political attaches. Militarily the most we got are a few starships and a rather unremarkable "national guard".

Funnily enough, we don't even have money (our form of energy-credit exchange probably doesn't have anything to convert to). Everything is simply measured in "value" by how much energy it takes to make it. So in the case my political attaches to pop up, they would sadly probably lack a way to buy anything (assuming you require currency).

You can, though the Decepticons probably would initially decline to allow you to do so ICly; they want to use Unicron as a superweapon to crush the Autobots/conquer the galaxy/whatever Megatron thinks up. If it was possible to keep Unicron relatively intact so that they could do so, then Megatron would be more willing to accept your request.
