I'd say very low, but not impossible. It depends on the Herald, really. The Herald would have an advantage in terms of size discrepancy, presuming Relay's the size of your average human, as well as being far more powerful than your average Transformer because of Unicron's influences (he upgraded most of his Heralds ala Galvatron, Thundercracker, Skywarp and the Insecticons). Unicron would have also likely have armed them with some powerful weapons of his own just in case they were ambushed. That being said, survival isn't impossible and they are capable of being defeated, though I wouldn't recommend it, really.

That's a good tactic, though the Heralds would probably tear apart the hijacked Herald ship and kill Relay once the Herald ship started attacking them. Depending on how much Unicron has corrupted their sanity, they might discover John Relay once they started to rip apart the Herald ship.

Remember the Railcraft? I’m planning on Relay delaying the Heralds long enough for the Railcraft to stoke their energy up to the explosive power of an antimatter bomb, then have them launch that energy which will basically be the equivalent of launching 50 antimatter bombs at Unicron.

I have a slightly smarter idea now that I think of it. Maybe I’ll have Relay take one of our Vipers (Real little ships) and kamikaze it straight into the Herald ship but at the last moment I’ll have Relay eject from the ship and have the Viper crash into it then I’ll have Relay go through that hole from the Viper and have him start attacking Heralds then I’ll turn that Herald ship onto the other Herald ships or maybe Unicron itself and delay them long enough for the Railcraft to get in position and blast all that energy at Unicron. I bet that won’t kill it but I bet it isn’t going to feel nice.
