Dimtrov Rubenovi stalks to his seat in the Official Summit Meeting Hall, a tall seat at the front of a long arc of other chairs. Arranged beside him were seats for his Ministers, and a personal secretary. The others filed in, sitting down, shuffling through notes, and generally looking bored. Dimitrov beckoned for his assistant, who came running to his side. "Yes, sir?" asked the assistant. "James, go see when the other Delegates are to arrive." demanded Dimitrov. "Yes, sir," replied James. A few minutes passed, with Dimitrov idly shifting through a stack of dossiers on the attending nations. Finally, James returned, stating: "They should arrive any minute now, sir,". "Very good..." muttered Dimitrov. The Summit was about to being.

[Seculartopia]

Aksinya Vatsisov heard the pilot announcing from the cockpit: "We have arrived. We expect to land shortly"

With that the pilot began to ask the Zykorinov authority for permission to land.

"Zykorinov Tower, this is Seculartopia Flight 32. Permission to Land, we have our ambassador aboard"

[Goldsaver]

Vladimir Krotsov was in his Air Plane, when the pilot sent a message to the tower.

"Permission to Land, We have Diplomat on board."

[Allrule]

Chancellor Frank-Walter Kohler came in and sat down. "Good afternoon, good friends." he said. "If you're wondering why the president isn't here, he was too sick to come. So, shall we get down to business?"

[Zykorinov]

Aksinya Vatsisov heard the pilot announcing from the cockpit: "We have arrived. We expect to land shortly"

With that the pilot began to ask the Zykorinov authority for permission to land.

"Zykorinov Tower, this is Seculartopia Flight 32. Permission to Land, we have our ambassador aboard"

The Zykorinov Tower spotted the Seculartopia jet. "That's a 10-4. Permission to land granted. Have a nice day."

[Albrante]

It is with great sadness that we must decline our seat at this meeting. Our fair land is fully mobilized for war and both the prime-minister and the King are at specified and protected locations.

Dimitrov looked up from his papers, adjusting the spectacles now perched on his nose. "Hmm.. I'd say we should wait for the other Delegates get here. There's around... 33, but several are sure to cancel at the last moment. Sorry to keep you waiting." He then proceeded to study the dossiers infront of him.

[Justorica]

The Justorica One was flying over the place where the summit was being held. President Justori Bronzeg was on board. He heard the pilot's voice over the intercom.

"President Justori, we are over the summit building. We shall be landing momentarily."

Justori sat up straight and stretched. What a long flight. He was glad the flight was almost over. He would also be glad to be out of the air.

"This is the Justorican One, we are requesting permission to land."

With that, the CRJ lowered into landing position, its landing gear out. The plane eventually touched down with a screech and a plume of smoke, and initiated its brakes down the runway.

Then it began its taxi to the general parking.

The Justorica One was flying over the place where the summit was being held. President Justori Bronzeg was on board. He heard the pilot's voice over the intercom.

"President Justori, we are over the summit building. We shall be landing momentarily."

Justori sat up straight and stretched. What a long flight. He was glad the flight was almost over. He would also be glad to be out of the air.

"This is the Justorican One, we are requesting permission to land."

One of the tower operators spotted the Justorican Jet, and tuned in to the radio transmit. "That's a 10-4. Justorican One, cleared for landing. Have a nice day."

The Vice-President and two members of Parliament took their chairs, all next to eachother, the vice-president being in the middle. The guards stood behind them. "We apologize for being late to this meeting...The time change wasn't sufficient to our schedule and we had to do other things first." Said the Vice-President, speaking into his microphone. Delegate Seat Number Thirty-Five had arrived. The delegates began looking through dossiers, with the guards watching the area carefully in case of any danger. As custom with the Royal Guards, they always had their hands on their pistol holsters.

Vice-President Riola with Parliament members Sue Fafidalo and Mitchell Yukovich. The Vice-President is in the middle, with Sue being on the left and Mitchell being on the right.

Aksinya Vatsisov sighed. It had been a rather turbulent journey, with a stop in 3 airports to refuel. "Aksinya, We have arrived." the intercom said, and she walked to the door, where the guard was already waiting. He opened the door, and revealed the tarmack below.

Then a rented car rolled into place, and the guard and Aksinya both climbed in, and began their ride to the Summit chamber. Hopefully this would be worth the trip, but the diplomacy was intriguing, especially a world summit.

The Pilot pressed a few buttons and the plane slowed down and the landing gear popped out. He eased the throttle back slowly and the plane touched town on the air strip.

"We have now landed. Mr.President, you may now exit."

Justori yanwed and stepped out of his eat. He exited the jet and walked to the nearest door. he knocked on the door and awatied a response.

Ambassador Gedorov sat down in his seat, a small hunk of cheese in one hand and a cup of hot coffee in another.

Dimitrov watched each and every person entering the Summit Hall with a cold and calculating precision that had become his hallmark. Not one detail went unnoticed as he regarded the various Delegates, and their entourage of assistants, bodyguards, and other political nuisances. At the same time, he would flip through to the dossier of the nation that had just arrived, and study it until a new nation entered.

The Goldsaver plane circled the air port.

"We need permission to land! Are you guys deaf!??!"

The plane landed, and Vladimir walked off, and went to the summit, waiting to be greeted.

Recently appointed head of No-Nonsenseland's Council on Foreign Affairs, Philistine von Flugie, attempted to do his own translating while the pilot requested permission to land their jet.

After several minutes, the Tower controller was called in. He was fluent in numerous languages. Speaking in No-Nonsense, he said: "Yes, you are cleared to land. Please go to strip 10. Thank you, over."

[Noordeinde]

Afther a long but nice flight the "Presidential" Fokker F-27 Friendship, with onboard President Roosevelt and his delegation approached, Zikorinov's main airport.

"Noordeindian Presidential Airforce One for Zikorinov flight control, we are on final approach to the runway, requesting clearance for landing, Over."

Immediatley afther permission was given to land the Fokker F-27 Friendship touched down very smooth and used the entire runway to slow down. At the end of the runway the plane made a 45 degrees turn and entered the tarmac.

The plane slowely drove to where the Noordeindian Ambassador and the entire Presidential motorcade were waiting. At that point the plane stopped, the engines were turned off and the aircraftstairs were placed near the back-door of the plane.

A female Sergeant of the Airforce, who acted as flight attendant, opened the door and saluted when President Roosevelt left the plane. Down the stairs he greeted his ambassador and had a little conversation with him before he walked to his Caddilac Fleetwood Brougham Presidential Limousine and stepped in.

When the entire delegation and the Secret Service agents were all onboard of one of the vehicles in the motorcade the motorcade started to drive away from the plane, out of the airport and hitted the highway. The motocade drove quite fast, which was possible because all vehicles had their lights and sirens on.

Afther a 20 minute drive the motorcade entered the extra secured zone and stopped in front of the Conference building. One of the Secret Service opened his door, and together with his Personnal Atjutant next to him he walked inside the building.

[Nouvelle Rhodes]

Minister Marcoux walked into the entrance hall of the grand Summit building with his trademark cool confidence and charismatic smile which have led him to his objectives on many a tough diplomatic mission. Once getting through the maelstrom of reporters and media while at the same time being briefed by his main political advisor, Gianluco Bertoluscci, Minister Marcoux finds his seat, Delegate 7. He puts out his very pure Rhodian cigar, while analyzing the design of the beautifully made Mpingo African Blackwood desk. Gracefully sitting down in his alotted chair, Sir Philippe immediately gets to examining for a second time the dossiers read on the plane.

[The Union of Myanmar]

Ambassador Nyan Win of Myanmar:

"I am proud to be here to represent the Democratic Republic of The Union of Myanmar. My government does not take a liking to unnecessarily long speeches, so I will simply state what President Aung San Suu Kyi wishes to cover at this summit. Myanmar has just emerged from a large civil war. The democracy movement has toppled the military regime which I was once a member of. Myanmar is now relaxing regulations and restrictions concerning international politics. Myanmar is opening its doors to foreign investment and trade. We have a strong agricultural sector and oil sector. We wish to establish firm foreign relations. On the most serious note, there are three members of the State Peace & Development Council military regime who have escaped the territories of Myanmar. They have been found guilty in our court martial of human rights abuse, genocide of multiple ethnic & religious groups, and illegal possession & development of nuclear weapons. We ask the nations attending this summit to help us in capturing these men and returning them to Myanmar for proper punishment of their heinous crimes."

Representatives of each nation are given a sheet of paper that contains the following information:

A modified Tu-154 has landed in Zikorinov's main airport, and major Anatolij Koryskin, the chairman of Central Slavia's nationalal assembly has left the deck together with pilot, driver and security personal

While the pilot, mechanics and other support personal were discharged, and they began to wander around, spending their hard-earned toliars in the almost "capitalist" foreign land that Zykorinov appears to them as, buying souvenirs for family and friends, alcohol for them and government officials, and generally being amazed at the amount of luxurious consumer goods (eg. televisions) present in the shops,
the delegate entered the building where the summit was to take place.
