So two minor changes to the ILAF

• B-1C Lancer, which was my own modified B-1B is kind of foolish so I axed it and just went to the RL B-1B though I put four squadrons as the B-1A instead of all as the B-1B since the RoL/EoL would have bought some B-1As initially - and yes they're still nuclear-only so they don't do much
• B-4A Magnum, which was my own stealth bomber had capabilities above and beyond anything I've ever used so I removed it and went to the RL B-2A Spirit

Welcome back to EII! I'll be interested to see what the policy towards vessels using the Turkish Straits will be, as you now own both ends of the only access route that the Black Sea Fleet has to the Mediterranean.

The EoL would not stand in the way of even an international treaty governing the straits into and out of the Black Sea provided it was fair to all parties. We like the Soviet Navy being able to get out of the Black Sea. A Soviet Navy restricted to the Black Sea is - in our collective opinion - unconscionable.

Good to hear. Since the USSR in EII doesn't have the likes of St.Petersburg/Leningrad, Murmansk, or the Baltic nation ports, Sevastopol and the Black Sea ports are pretty much the only western trade ports for the USSR; if the Turkish Straits are made difficult for Soviet shipping then that would leave us with Magadan as anything even approaching a primary trade hub (since we also lack Vladivostok). Since Constantinople and Carthago Magna are trading cities I'd be surprised if the Carthage Company tried to clamp down on Soviet movement through the Straits because it would affect Constantinople's income by eliminating a massive source of passing civilian shipping, plus Premier Zharkov would force the Black Sea Fleet through one way or another if it came to it.

Just looking for Temnorus to say one way or another whether the USSR will still have the same level of access through the Turkish Straits as they had before the claim.
