We wish to announce, that this is not only to make our alliances with certain nations official, yet also to make sure, that we have secured a New Dawn of a New World Order. In addition, A binding agreement to recognize nations with Weapons of Nuclear proportions and protect these nations from the prosecution of the WA and other nations. We shall also hold a mutual Sovietnik coalition Comitern to discuss affairs between us, as well as propose certain legislation for the alliance to uphold.
In addition, a trading agreement of technologies, scientific knowledge, military designs, shall help us move on forward in the long run. We also protect the sovereignty of nations whom are being persecuted for being Communist, Far Left or Far Right, as well as nuclear states. We shall also harbour rogue nations.
Rules to Apply
In order to join this Highly Prestigious Alliance, one must do the following:
1. Have a sizable nuclear arsenal
2. Be a far left or far right, unless you already had excellent relations with us, or are already our ally, this does not count. However, to new applications, this will be investigated
3. A valid reason to join us, as well as how you will contribute to our alliance
4. Maintain your obligations as a fellow member, to participate in all military, economic, as well as political events this alliance shall entail
5. Agree to never betray the alliance, or seek to turn on us
6. Make a contribution to the Mutual Economic Agreement Pact, to make each other prosper, as well as share our government budgets together, to make it easier to pay things off, or to maintain our nations as well as armed forces.
7. Must relinquish any form of slavery, if you have it (unless your economy is sorely dependent on it, we can help you out of its dependence)
8. Some of the above rules may be circumvented, if we invited you over telegram, regardless of who you are you may come, since we investigated, deeeming you all worthy.
About our previous allies
1. Anyone who was already our ally, or something along that line, should come here to officially enter the Strategic pact.
2. Anyone who was invited by me over telegram, should show up here if they have accepted the invitation.

4. If you have already applied for an embassy, or are already an ally to us, this shall increase your chances of entering this pact.

The Alliance
1. The Economic Pact: entails total mutual cooperation as well as merging our economies together. We shall also merge our government budgets together, as well as reduce each other's burdens in certain payments of diffculty. There shall be no tarriffs or border restrictions between us.
2. Free Flow of Labour Force: This entails guest workers, business people, etc. being able to freely move between our Great Motherlands, allowing the circulation of economic growth.
3. Miliary Pact: A full transit, non agression, mutual defence, missile defence, technology + military designs trade, as well as full scale interdefence shall be enforced
4. Nuclear Pact: All sovereign nations should have a right to nuclear weapons as well as nuclear power. There shall be no restrictions as to what we can hold. We shall merge all our WMDs together, as well as merge all our missile defence systems, into a strong efficient system.
5. Satellite Pact: Reliance on each other's satellites, as well as merging them into a single system, to connect each other's satellites from one nation to another
6. Political: 100% cooperation in all important political affairs, or issues.
7. Meetings: We shall hold an annual Sovietnik Comitern Politburo Coalition Meeting to discuss our nations' affairs on a year to year basis.

The DRAGON'S FURY PACT OF SOVEREIGN NATIONS hereby DECLARES:
- All member nations are to recognize this Charter in its entirety as the condition of membership in the Dragon's Fury Pact of Sovereign Nations
- No member nation is obligated to maintain membership in the Dragon's Fury Pact of Sovereign Nations, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All member nations are to be given equal power in all decisions of the Dragon's Fury Pact of Sovereign Nations, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All member nations will adhere to this Charter in its entirety, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No particular political, economic, or social ideologies will be endorsed or condemned by the text of this Charter, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No trade barriers shall exist between any two member nations
- No tariffs shall exist between any two member nations, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation is obligated to provide direct monetary contributions to any other member nation, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation is obligated to merge its economy, either wholly or in part, with the the economy of any other member nation, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No barriers to flow of labor shall exist between any two member nations
- The laws of each member nation are to be respected by all immigrants residing in or visiting said member nation, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All member nations shall remain in a state of non-aggression with all other member nations
- No member nation is obligated to provide military support in the form of personnel, equipment, weaponry, vehicles, or facilities to any other member nation, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation is obligated to cede control of its respective military or government, either wholly or in part, to any other member nation, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation is obligated to cede control of any weapons of mass destruction or any facilities related thereof to any other member nation, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation is obligated to cede control of territory to any other member nation, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation is obligated to provide automatic consent to the movement of military personnel, equipment, weaponry, or vehicles belonging to any other member nation within its own borders or airspace, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- In the event of a request for assistance in a military conflict from the Pact in its entirety, the request may be approved with a three-fourths vote at the subsequent Summit, and such approval will result in all member nations of the Pact officially participating on the side of the requester, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- In the event that a Pact-wide military conflict has been approved, a member nation may opt out of conflict if involvement in said conflict would interfere with existing alliances or philosophical values, or if it would place excessive strain on political, economic, or social structures on said member nation, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All member nations are encouraged, but not obligated, to allow use of publicly-owned orbital infrastructure by other member nations
- No privately-owned entity within a member nation is obligated to cede control of any elements of orbital infrastructure in its possession to an entity of another member nation, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation is obligated to permit use of any personnel, equipment, weaponry, vehicles, or facilities pertaining to reaching or bypassing Earth's orbit by any other member, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All member nations will seek to maintain diplomatic cooperation whenever possible
- No member nation is obligated to adopt the political, social, or economic opinions or policies of another member nation, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All member nations are expected to send at least one diplomatic representative to every Summit of the Dragon's Fury Pact of Sovereign Nations, and waive any authority on decisions made during the Summit in question by failing to send at least one diplomatic representative, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All representatives of member nations are to be courteous to the representatives of other member nations at all times, and to discuss disagreements in a non-hostile manner, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All representatives of member nations are to respect the laws of other member nations during diplomatic missions and Summits at all times, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- Any disputes between two or more member nations that cannot be solved through diplomacy are to be resolved by an unbiased arbitration of the current Commissar of Diplomatic Arbitration, and said decision is to be regarded as the resolution of said dispute, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All member nations are to respect the basic rights of all sentient beings within their borders
- All member nations will recognize the definition of "sentient being" to be any being who demonstrates reasoning, judgement, and/or wisdom at any level, and/or belongs to a species which demonstrates reasoning, judgement, and/or wisdom at any level, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation will allow or participate in the international slave trade, and no member nation will permit the private ownership of one or more sentient beings by one or more other sentient beings in any form, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation will allow or participate in an act of violence against any sentient being or group of sentient beings on the basis of race, species, gender, sexual orientation, religion, mental capacity, physical appearance, or political opinion, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation will allow or participate in the imprisonment or other deprivation of rights of any sentient being or group of sentient beings on the basis of race, species, gender, religion, or mental capacity, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All member nations are to cooperate scientifically
- All member nations will define "public ownership" as ownership by a government or military entity, and will define "private ownership" as ownership by a non-government entity, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All member nations will release all technical documentation on any publicly owned designs, including full schematics and blueprints, to all other member nations, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No member nation is obligated to disclose technical documentation if such release poses the potential of a reduction of national safety and security, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- No non-governmental entity of a member nation is obligated to force disclosure of privately owned designs, including full schematics and blueprints, to any other member nation or entity thereof, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- All government entities of member nations will exclusively use software released under a license compatible with the standards set forth by the Open Source Initiative in all operations and activities, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
- Government entities may use software released under a license not compatible with the standards set forth by the Open Source Initiative if it is the only option in accomplishing a specific task, or if the adoption of open-source software will be disruptive to its operations, except for where otherwise noted in this Charter.
FASCISTS, MONARCHISTS, MODERATES, MILITARISTS, are all welcome to this mostly COMMUNIST alliance. Anyone of any ideology can join, so long as I am telegrammed in advance.
