Fair enough, I was just wanting to make sure that this was not sanctioned by the ULN and was against the charter. Especially in light of the fact that I'm hardly cheerfully massacring people and telling the world to mind their own business (ie inviting in peacekeepers and so on). In character wise Vici Minerva is actually rping extremely well, I should make haste to say. He's not godmodding or anything. In character wise however I am denouncing his nation for violating our sovereignty.

Your military strength is unfortunately over 10%. A strength of 400,000 is 5% but I would let you get away with 500,000. Do not worry, you will eventually grow.

This is a link to a peace conference I'm attempting to have, it makes reference to Vicious Minerva's actions. What I would like to know is: does Vicious Minerva have the right to just send in a force in the capacity of peacekeeping without the consent of my country?

If there is peace that needs keeping, they can do so. I do it regularly. However, if you want them ousted, I think you have a right to throw them out.

I'm trying to simply keep the peace, there's already been a skirmish between the two feuding factions; it's all really a misunderstanding, and King has already agreed to keep his forces in Raith Immel to prevent any hostile actions from being taken by both sides.

Yes, well, in character wise I'm hoping your representatives at my peace conference have a very good explanation for why your country has a single soldier without my actual consent in my country at all.
