My card has been uncommon for 2 seasons so it is likely to be uncommon again. But there is a chance it will become rare because I have the founder badge, easter eggs badge and a top 1% badge.

I think that rare is a safe assumption, especially if you can get a couple more 1% badges in the coming weeks

I used to think that I maybe could get an uncommon card, but now I know that I am almost guaranteed one, and I have a higher possibility of getting a rare due to my Post-Master General, Easter Eggs, and Gold Badges. If the issue that I'm working on gets accepted, my rarity, of course, would be much higher.

Uncommon would be my guess, since you have a few gold badges to get above common. But beyond that you need to acquire more badges in order to get up higher. There are quite a few ways to do so... and since s3 is a while from now, you can definitely go beyond that by improving stats, and maybe even writing issues, etc..

The only possibility of me moving higher is if the rarity boost for top 100 is really good, if I get a great issue that increases my cheese exports and retail stat to top 1%, or if I submit a GA proposal about now, and get it to pass. All of which are very unlikely.

Top 250 for cards and 2200 DV are the same boost, and the dominator influence won't matter much because your plain influence score is actually low. WA can have a big impact on rarity if you have a big amount of endorsements and influence, though you'll have to trade that with the founder badge, given that a good ranking in those stats is only achievable by joining a region with lots of WA members.
On the other side you do have one gold badge and possibly another one with pizza delivery if you increase it. Plus, season 3 is the first one with the top 250/100/etc cards buff so nobody knows how it will affect rarities. That way I'd say you could have either an uncommon or rare card.

Rare or Ultra Rare. I'm pretty sure my card was rare last season because of how high my stats are but now my stats are even higher, especially Ignorance and Primitivism. Because of that, my card could become an Ultra Rare. I also got more badges.
