Well, WorldVision 15 is almost over, so it's about time to start the next signups. For those who have never participated before, here's the breakdown:
This is basically an NS version of Eurovision, with the same basic structure of countries selecting, performing and voting on songs. Except this contest open to countries in any region. Countries paricipating in the contest are also allowed to enter a maximum of two puppet nations.
After the signups, the contest is done through two RP threads. The first is the national finals thread, in which all countries select their songs for the contest. The second thread is the actual contest, in which all the performances (with song lyrics), votings and other RP's are posted.
Oh, and one last thing, all songs in the contest must be original. No cover versions. Parodies are okay though.
