"That is noted, I am more particularly concerned about taking the core regions or Rhodesia and the divisions of Madascagar. I think Namibia and Botswana should be returned, however most of the core territory in Rhodesia should remain independent. The German Delegation is preparing a modified map which will be proposed."

Colonel Arnold Titus arrived at the ICDN General Assembly, entering the chambers and sitting himself far in the back. Anagonia had chosen to take on an Observer role in regards to the ICDN, nervous and cautious after its prior heavy investment in an alliance went belly up. The Chief General had with the President tasked Arnold with reporting any and all relevant information on the matter back to the Confederacy, and Arnold figured that if the information supported a positive impression of the ICDN that it wouldn't be but a few months until the Confederacy committed to a full membership. As it was, Arnold had arrived at the tail end of a conversation concerning some international matter. Taking out a pen and paper, he began making notes, and watching respectively. He didn't intend to speak up in any situation, not unless the situation was close to Anagonian interests.

As the last telegram from Dalmannia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has suggested, Dalmannia is dispatching a new acting-ambassador to the UAC.
