Each summit could be held in a different member nation.

The Comintern Pact has the goal of fighting against the aggression Capitalist & Imperialist world powers with the help of our comrades in arms. However it is more than that, whenever there is stately opposition of us and our fellow proletarian brothers, be it fellow proletarian nations, or individuals proletarians who have been oppressed under authoritarian regimes, we will stand to oppose!

Now to be technical the Comintern Pact is a Mutual Defense Pact and optional Aggression Pact (MDPoAP) between Socialist and Communist nations. It also serves as an organization to unite Communist and Socialist nations, allowing for open discussion between its members, so that we can find better strategies to help our proletarian brethren internationally.

Observers are invited, should they wish to attend.

A video link could be set up, however travel to Emericia could be set up quite cheaply should you wish to attend. Emericia National Airlines offers flights from the UK to Emericia for about 150 Emerician Rubles (roughly worth as much as a euro at the moment)
